Nickolas Gerr: This place does great work and they are up front with the customer about how long the truck will be down which is clutch. Some shops will bury your truck behind 15 trucks owned by the big money fleets and you end up renting a truck for 2 weeks when you thought it would only be 2 days. No thanks. Just be honest, do good work, and stand behind your repairs. A shop that does those 3 things helps tremendously in this cutthroat, dog eat dog trucking industry.I dont know about you, but I'll gladly pay full price every time for the luxury of not getting screwed around in regardsto when my truck will be back on the road. But the crazy part is that the most expensive shops are the ones that do most of the screwing! They can keep that, I'll just roll with Twin City.If youre reading this and your truck is down, this is the shop you want. Good luck, it'll get better.

Maryah Glover: I really appreciated the online portal where I got to see pictures of exactly what the mechanics were talking about without having to go into the shop. While I didn't have anything major done to my car so I cannot speak to repair work, this shop has by far the best customer communication of any mechanic I've been to in 3 states. No talking down to you, clear outlines of what they are going to do to your car, no jargon, and just overall politeness.

Anvis Aryavong: Everything was easy at Turbo Tim’s. I dropped off my vehicle. They ordered transportation for me to get to work. They provided updates via text with links to approve or deny the work they recommend. The work that was approved was done in a timely manner. One of the things I had them do was my water pump. About a month later, there was some coolant leaking. I brought it in and they tightened everything up and topped everything off free of charge. Excellent work. And on top of that, every one on their staff is amazing! Great customer service to match their work!

Your Mom: This gas station is super clean, open 24/7, and has a lot of variety as far as snacks and things. Cashiers are friendly and helpful. Seems to also be a cop hangout spot. So I suppose that makes it a little safer as well if your heading there after hours. They also have really cool Coca Cola antiques and a big old classic car. It’s really a one of a kind station and you can tell a lot of effort has been put into it.
