Starr Auto got my car in ASAP to diagnose, found out it needed a new engine and advised me to return the car ASAP, so I was able to immediately return the vehicle to the dealership and cancel the contract. This shop is by far one of the best I have been to, and love their drop off policy and quick turnaround. Seth Anderson-Matz: Green Garage has saved the day for me two different times, the second time being today when I discovered my catalytic converter was stolen. Dan Lindstrom: These guys are great, brought my vehicle into them after 2 other shops just wanted to throw parts at my vehicle that have already been replaced. They actually dug a little deeper and found what was causing the issue and not throwing a part at it because the code reader said a crank shaft sensor was bad. My girlfriend has been using them forever and never had any issues so I figured I would give them a shot. Give them a try and they will earn your business on their own. My girlfriend also said they even offer loaner cars if needed.

I initially went to a shop that billed directly with my insurance company, and they quoted me $1500 for the job. I then went to Central Ave and their estimate was $1000. They were able to replace the back parts of the car in 3 days instead of their first estimate of 5 days. They also did a great job of wrapping my dashcam cable around the edge of the windshield so it was out of the way. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Worth the 4-month wait, and very happy with the service!

While I didn't have anything major done to my car so I cannot speak to repair work, this shop has by far the best customer communication of any mechanic I've been to in 3 states. Anvis Aryavong: Everything was easy at Turbo Tim’s. I dropped off my vehicle. They ordered transportation for me to get to work. They provided updates via text with links to approve or deny the work they recommend. The work that was approved was done in a timely manner. One of the things I had them do was my water pump. About a month later, there was some coolant leaking. I brought it in and they tightened everything up and topped everything off free of charge. Excellent work. And on top of that, every one on their staff is amazing! Great customer service to match their work!
