Hazim Hashim: Great customer service and friendly staff, I’ve had my Lasik surgery done over there, they went above and beyond to support me through the process I was really scared from the beginning but after talking to the doctors and the nurses they had me in and out with no time, two days later I drove back home to fargo.

Spencer Nelson: I'm of the opinion that choosing to have Lasik is a very big decision. Any surgical procedure having to do with your eyes can be a scary proposition. I have been contemplating Lasik for a few years before I went with Joffe. I did my due diligence and visited 3 Lasik providers in the area. Joffe stood out with there friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. I felt as if they understood the importance of this decision and respected my time and opinion. The procedure itself was amazing, Dr. Heuer was very reassuring the entire time and explained what was happening and why. I couldn't be happier with the results. I can see without the need for any contacts or glasses a mere 4 hours after the procedure. I will recommend Joffe and Dr. Heuer to anyone interested in getting Lasik.

Bob Olson: I would highly recommend Joffe MediCenter for lasik surgery. I’m a 59 year old male who has enjoyed good vision for most of my life. In my early 40s I started using cheaters to read and within the last 5 years have needed prescription glasses to drive. I’d been thinking about lasik and wondered how it could help me. I did some research , read reviews and decided to go with Joffe. I called and set a time for a free consultation . I found there staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. After a thorough eye exam I was told I was a good candidate for lasik and shown what my vision would be like after. I was told about payment plans, in my case I was able to use HCSA funds. A week later had the surgery, it was quick and painless, the next day went in for a follow up exam and I had 20-20 vision. It’s been 2 weeks since surgery and had last exam today, all is well seeing 20-20 which is great but the biggest surprise is my mid range vision has improved greatly, watching tv- computer etc. also my reading glasses have gone from +275 to + 150 . I’m very happy with results and would recommend Joffe to family and friends, Thank You Joffe Bob.
Gventures: Great staff, easy process. Took all of half an hour to do the surgery and I was on my way. No pain, no problems, just a quick, easy process. Woke up in the morning with....Vision! No contacts, no glasses, I could see. A little cloudy here and there due to dry eyes, a normal part of the healing process. It hasn't even been a full day though and my vision is perfect as if I had my contacts in. Over the next few days and weeks it will only get better as it stabilizes and I'm so glad I made this investment. My sister had LASIK done at Joffe 7 years ago and said it was the best thing she has done with her money. Couldn't agree more! Thanks, people over at Joffe

I have seen Dr's Engman, Croissant, Mellema, and Maltry over the years 😄!Each took patient time with me , fully understood and answered my issues/needs .Another value is their office has quick access with parking right outside their lobby 😀. It's been over a couple of decades since I've had an exam, and as I'm getting older and have a family history of Glaucoma I came in for checkup. They have allot of impressive technology. I Opted for a computer readout of my eyes instead of getting the old school dialation done. Both Meridith and Dr. Osowski were very thorough and professional in covering all my questions. Grant: I have worn glasses since I was 8 years old. I am now 59 and my vision has been so bad that I can’t see more than about 15 inches in front of me! I had lasik yesterday and am amazed! I can see very well with the exception of some haze that will clear more with each passing day. I cant say enough about this whole experience! From the initial consultation to now, everything was handled with so much care! Everyone at Whiting were so professional and engaging. Thank you all so much for this wonderful gift!
Preston Carlson: One week after my lasik surgery, I can say my eyes feel 90% healed. I was nearsighted and now I have 20/15, seeing in detail I never could with contacts or glasses. Everything about the lasik process was very smooth and my eyes only hurt for a day.

Dr. McHugh: Just had my eyes checked for the first time. Dr. Sanderson and his staff were very friendly and punctual. I could tell right away that Dr. Sanderson has been doing this for quite some time. He has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. My family goes here as well and are very happy.
Ben Johnson: Came in for a scratched cornea. Met with Dr. Sanderson. I was impressed that he spent time addressing other concerns of mine using models and other visual aides. He literally spent more time with me than my primary doc did on my 5 year physical. Great guy! Great clinic!

Needless to say I was uneasy - to say the least - at the prospect of laser surgery. Dr Patterson was able to make this a virtually painless process. Notwithstanding, I tend to believe his work likely goes without the special thanks it deserves so, Thank you again Dr. Patterson, Dr. Sanderson, and all the friendly and profession staff. Especially given the COVID restrictions.

Eli Mash: I've been wearing contacts for 10 years. Approximately 6 years ago, I went to monthly contact lenses and within that time frame, have slowly progressed further down the negative spectrum, most recently being at -1.75.Dr. Moss and his team identified that my sight should actually be closer to -1.25: -1.5 dependent on the eye. Additionally, the team properly diagnosed that my contacts were irritating my eyes and directed me to a daily lens that wouldn't be an irritant. They also provided me with eye drops that would clear up the irritation.I'm grateful to the team, as my eyesight is clearer and my eyes are not constantly itchy. I've seen multiple doctors over the past few years, as I've moved and not one was able to properly identify these things.

Sue Ponsford: I've been a patient at McCannel for the past few years. Their attention to my well being is what sets them apart from other health practitioners I see. They always take the time to gather thorough information abou,t not only my vision, but my general health. Another great thing about the McCannel team is their availability--they follow old school doctoring rules. If you have a concern after hours, you can actually reach one of them, in person if needed. This is so rare for doctors in general but something I've never experienced in my 20 plus years of navigating fussy eyes. Keep up the great work!!

Two weeks later my eye began to bleed. Between Dr. Hanson at St Anthony Eye Clinic quickly passing me on to Dr Williams I am not blind today. Dr Williams began seeing patients during Covid-19 when other Clinics at WH wouldn't see patients even for blood pressure checks, stating well we are a "Well hospital ". So curious I asked Dr Williams & he said people would go blind if I didn't. I worked an ER for 20yrs & he showed me why he was a physician & his passion. He is worth the drive. Thank you! ❤

Mary Williams: As a caregiver, I have the opportunity to visit many different doctors offices for different issues. It was nice to see how detail-oriented the staff and Doctor were at this clinic. They made sure that they had the correct information from us and then offered to make sure that they were sending their information out to the appropriate clinics. The new doctor went through all aspects of the many issues contributing to the problem. He took the time to talk it over with us and make sure that he had it all correct in the chart so that he could compose a good game plan. It's a rare thing to see a specialist delve into the broader picture instead of focusing only on their specialty. Very refreshing and impressive. I am exceedingly grateful to this clinic for taking such good care of my aunt.
