K Y: The MENTAL HEALTHCARE FACILITY here is PHENOMENAL!!! I am a healthcare worker myself and I know the ins and outs of healthcare. My care was handled properly by people who had the biggest hearts to understand what I was going through and even being able to handle me as a patient! I felt validated and understood. The common people who don’t have the knowledge about healthcare do not understand how the healthcare system works. A lot of bad reviews are based on that, and it’s not their fault because they lack the understanding of how the healthcare industry works. The front desk worker D checked me in and was treating me normally. Dr. Tschonol was amazing!! She knew exactly what I needed as a patient! Sharon greeted me and she was so kind!! KingMai was an angel, I knew she was compassionate and she cared for me as her patient. Jessica was so nice to me. She took care of me throughout the night and my discharge Nurse MJ was so sweet!! Bruce was so sweet and personable! He was so understanding and he helped me to feel better about myself. Dr. Lee was also very nice and informed me of what I needed to know. Emily was great she helped me to understand the next steps so that I had care after I left. Thank you Fairview Health for actually treating me as if I was an important person. You will be the people I would like to continue my care with, going forward, and for my family/friends. I TRUST IN YOU and I say this from the bottom of my heart as a fellow healthcare worker. Nicole Stendel: It was quite busy the day I scheduled an appointment and it was my first time getting labs done here, but that didn’t stop the staff from providing great customer service. The staff was patient and thorough in going through all the options of labs I had to choose from, along with providing costs of each lab prior to beginning the blood draw. I do think prices were slightly on the high side, but the option to have panels/bundles done made it slightly more affordable. I would use Any Lab Test Now again because the convenience and great customer service outweighs the increased cost.

Tom Cofer: I had my first visit yesterday. The doctor was extremely thorough with the exam, asking questions about things I have long forgotten. He and the rest of the staff were very polite and patient. They even had a bit of a sense of humor. I've had some unpleasant experiences at other VA clinics/hospitals in the past so I was very pleased with them.
