Hannele Nicholson: Cheryl is fabulous! No one wants to have lice but if you do, you're going to be very well taken care of at The Lice Crew. She went out of her way to do lice checks on us on the Saturday before Easter and assured us we were not contagious and could attend family functions. Her studio is well organized and she uses a large magnifying glass to check everything out right in front of you. She told us amazing facts about lice such as they primarily prefer one blood type and cannot change types which limits how far they can spread. Finally, she is a kindred spirit and loves animals. We had some great conversations! If I ever am in this situation again, I know where to go!

These people are very knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and patient. 3 out of 4 of our household had lice and we all got treated/checked. Jessica Barott: I have so many wonderful things to say about this company but I want to direct this review to the company and the owners:Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping us in such a tricky and stressful situation. This was my very first time dealing with lice. As I said today at our appointment, my daughter woke up crying last night saying her head itched. When I looked at her scalp, I saw the lice. I frantically drove around looking for a 24 hour pharmacy late at night to try an over the counter medicine. We used a very popular over the counter medicine which seemed to only stun them enough to remove the adults. After doing a quick search online, I saw 3 companies pop up. I called the number for the Lice Crew and they were able to get me in within the next 2 hours, despite their schedule being so busy.The space was very clean and organized, and my daughter was able to watch a kids movie while they treated her hair. The price was very reasonable, and I feel 100x better now knowing we took care of the problem right away instead of trying to do it at home and possibly missing nits. I like that there is a re-check a few days later just to really make sure it’s gone so I’m not left wondering.We listened to the advice for home treatment and feel completely at ease. Thank you so so so much! My daughter also said her head feels so much better. I could cry. THANK YOU!

Emily Carr: This was the most stressful vacation when we discovered my two girls had lice at the start of it. Cheryl worked all 4 of us into her busy schedule after she heard the ordeal we went thru traveling and trying to treat the lice on our own in a tiny town that didn't provide these services. She was very thorough and took her time explaining the process and what she would be doing. Crystal took the time to educate us on the lice life cycle and what to expect. She told us everything we needed to do in our house as far as cleaning and bagging things. Crystal was available at all hours to answer questions and truly cared about helping us. Sadly, we did still have lice but The Lice Crew took great care of us. I really appreciate the extra time they took to answer questions, encourage, and inform us. After a treatment with them and doing the follow-up directions at home, I am happy to say we found out we are officially lice-free after getting a recheck at The Lice Crew.
