I’ve been going here a couple years now and sometimes they’ll be overbooked or they have no one to see me at my scheduled time. Those are the only down sides that become hassles. Otherwise I’ve been in an out pretty quick for my birth control and haven't had any other problems!
Emily Butler: I had my IUD removed here today and it went so smoothly. I had it inserted somewhere else and the experience was honestly traumatizing- it was very painful and triggered a fainting response, and the doctor there couldn't have cared less. Needless to say I went into this visit very nervous, but PP was amazing. They gave me some advice on what to do ahead of time to reduce the potential for a reaction. During the procedure, the doctor went slow and talked me through the whole thing, checking on me regularly. I didn't have any reaction this time, and while it definitely wasn't the most fun part of my day, they made it manageable. I so appreciate PP and all they do.

Kelly Downing: I received my first hearing aids in Washington and then had a year follow-up in Maple Grove, MN. I had another hearing test and found out I was about the same as a year ago. After updating the firmware on my hearing aids, I was astounded, was with the time the person spent with me making adjustments so that I was happy with what I was hearing. He added three more presets for environments I'm normally in. Wind noise was one of the big ones as well as noisy restaurants. I was able to test the new settings, and to my joy, restaurants ate no longer a problem, and wind noise isb75% better. I am very happy with my time spent here.
Jean Day: Joel at the Maple Grove MN America’s Best Hearing is patient, and works hard to make sure your hearing aids as well as the phone app work well. From the testing to the computer graphics to syncing it all is high tech, and impressive. I drive 14 miles one way, just so I can get the best I can out of my hearing aids.

He was thorough in his initial consultation, saw me again in his office prior to surgery to ensure I had read all the material and answered any questions. The Allina book about hip replacement was well written and an excellent resource before, during and after my surgery. Admissions at the hospital went smoothly, all staff was especially caring and also fun, which put me at ease. In particular, I want to recognize my nurse Stacy, who was part of the care team on the 7th floor. She was absolutely excellent, reassuring, caring and fun. I am so appreciative of all the providers at Abbott as the job they do is hard and not without risk. We are lucky here in Minnesota to have such a great hospital and talented professionals to provide us care!

Bruce Bruemmer: One of my receivers went out on a Thursday, so I hung out at the store at opening without an appointment. Dale was the only one there, saw me waiting, and changed the receiver on the spot so I didn't have to struggle through the weekend. This is the difference between a big operation and a small one. Service.

Jools Brandt: and he made custom molds of my ear canals so I will hear enough to sing but the ear protection will filter out damaging sounds levels. So excited about all of this! My father had significant hearing loss and it really reduced his quality of life in his last 10-15 years. I will add some pics to this review when everything arrives in 2 weeks.

Janelle Klander: We are so lucky to have a clinic like this in MN-- one that serves up until 24 weeks. The staff is amazing -- people don't work at a clinic like this unless they care. I know they put up with a lot from patients that take all of this for granted. They are so respectful, trustworthy and accepting. In most countries in the world, this type of clinic doesn't exist. They would never question your decision-- because they respect it and trust you to choose your path. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Jens Åhlund: not negative feedback for the clinic, but to anyone who walks past here, please watch yourself. religious deathcult types stand with signs not too far from here because they are uneducated and loudmouthed. those 'protestors' will try to harrass you and back you up into traffic. watch your back, ignore them, or they could harrass you into being hit by a truck. that being said, safe area besides the idiots, TRY to take the other side of the street if youre going to get medical care. safe travels and much love from a friend and ally.

kim stasica: My appointment was right on time. Receptionist was knowledgeable and quick getting me checked in. The nurse Lindsay was very kind and listened to what I was feeling. She was very supportive the whole time. This was the most painful experience of my life though. Not only emotionally but physically as well. I only opted for the mild sedation which was a mistake. I wish I would have done the moderate level. Bonnie, the volunteer in the procedure room was amazing. Im so glad she was there! After the procedure I did not recover well. Was very warm, couldn't hear or see and was in terrible pain. The nurses did what they could to get me to feel better considering the circumstances. I would recommend this place to anyone going through the same thing.
Amanda Bradley: From start to finish my experience here was everything I could’ve asked for. I had previously gone to 2 other clinics before coming here and did not have good experiences and I would definitely recommend this clinic. The staff was so friendly and comforting. The wait time was pretty long but I was informed of that prior to the appointment but they gave me snacks and juice and I was able to wait in my own private area and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time.
Hazey: I came here so nervous , they made me feel so welcome. Also better about the whole situation. I loved every single staff member I met , no judgment here. It was a great experience , despite the circumstances. 10/10 would recommend. The staff will make you feel good and always stand by what the patient wants and needs.
