Zarine McDaniel: Finally a primary care that spends more than an hour with your for your check up! Most doctors offices you get 15min and then their on to the next one. These people really care. Don’t hesitate jumping ship at your current conglomerate clinic and come here instead.

K Ping: First time at The Good Clinic in St. Louis Park this morning and I agree with the other reviews that have been submitted thus far. The Good Clinic is fantastic! Paul, the Certified Nurse Practitioner and Anne, a new Good Clinic CNP in training, met with me for an hour. I had a Wellness Exam and learned quite a bit about myself. When I got home and explained what I just learned, my wife said she would like to do this too. Paul and Anne are both very knowledgeable, and their clinical experience is phenomenal. They're excellent listeners and are motivated to use their knowledge and experience to educate and guide clients into better health. In my case, I'm doing quite a bit right, but I got some valuable tips on what I can do to improve and ensure my best health going forward. Can't say enough good things about my experience. I'd recommend The Good Clinic to anyone!

B B: Dr. Totoe basically saved my life by seeing that my psa levels were very high and referring me to a specialist. I had other doctors that knew these levels were high but I was not referred. Gloria Abas: Everyone from the doctors to the nurses were excellent! My husband was on the 6th floor ICU unit. One of his nurses named Lexi provided such great care. The hospital itself can be a little overwhelming due to construction but everyone was so friendly on giving directions for where we needed to be.Thank you for your kindness and the care you provided!

terry jaffoni: . From arrival to discharge, the experience was very positive, professional and caring. Dr. Robert Tuttle was my surgeon, and I can't say enough good things about him. He was thorough in his initial consultation, saw me again in his office prior to surgery to ensure I had read all the material and answered any questions. The Allina book about hip replacement was well written and an excellent resource before, during and after my surgery. Admissions at the hospital went smoothly, all staff was especially caring and also fun, which put me at ease. In particular, I want to recognize my nurse Stacy, who was part of the care team on the 7th floor. She was absolutely excellent, reassuring, caring and fun. I am so appreciative of all the providers at Abbott as the job they do is hard and not without risk. We are lucky here in Minnesota to have such a great hospital and talented professionals to provide us care!

Anika Monroe: I got the first dose of my covid vaccination today. It was a great experience! All the staff and volunteers I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Everything was organized and ran smoothly. I would recommend coming here to anyone who is still looking to get their covid vaccine but are having trouble finding an appointment. They offer both Pfizer and Moderna on a walk in basis. I was in and out pretty quickly. While I was waiting the 15 minutes after getting my vaccine there was great conversation going on with the volunteer handing out the vaccination cards and all the other people who were waiting the 15 minutes. It was a great experience all around!

Jessica went out of her way and called my pharmacy with me on the phone and was able to resolve the problem in less than ten minutes. Jay Schroer: is a major plus. Everyone's been super nice, and usually if they don't have an answer or they need help they are quick to find it. I have had a couple issues with people putting needles into me unable to find a vein on the first/second/third try and wish they had those IR imagers that let them project your veins on your arm so they can get the blood or insert an IV quickly, but I'm on meds that cause the issues so I'm a rare case

Pam Curtis: I absolutely adore my healthcare team now ! Sam Maiser and his team are the best neurologists around. The building is well maintained, easy to navigate and while busy and at times or places crowded this facility handles the twin cities chronic patients very well, everything all in one building, is an unspoken gem. While my ER and hospital stays were poor with HCMC all my other care has been professional, fast, and fantastic. Avoid the ER like the plague but the specialty clinic is worthy of giving HCMC another shot.

LENNY KUKURUZA: Due to an injury caused by a fall, I was in a lot of pain. Had a friend pick me up and drive me to Urgent Care. When we arrived, there was no line so I walked right up to the reception desk to be checked in. Because of the nature of my injury, I was triaged so my wait time was short.As the doctor asked me questions, I felt actually listened to. It was decided that I needed to have x-rays taken to see if I had any broken bones. As soon as the x-rays were taken they were submitted to the radiologist on hand. Shortly afterwards, the doctor received the report, confirming her suspicions that I had a fractured rib.The whole time I was at this Urgent Care, I was treated with respect and dignity.
Cali Jirsa: This location is excellent. The front desk staff are friendly and considerate. Dr. E Jungbauer is the best. Answers all my questions and makes sure all of my health concerns are addressed. Very timely notes on test results and I feel great about the care I'm getting.

He got me all squared away and got my bracelet.There were plenty of open spots, and we got called back within 30-ish min to triage.Triage at this hospital is simply outstanding. Kaitlin S. was my triage nurse, and I’d never felt more comforted and supported before ever. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and hands down the highlight of our experience at this hospital. G. Beaudry: Had my carotid arteries looked at in 2017 and the gal did the test with a necklace, that I had on, and I said I don’t think that’s how the test is supposed to be done, with jewelry on, and the probe going over the top of my necklace, because of artifacts may show up ? She said that rest assured it’s fine but I’ve been told that they are not supposed to do that testing with my necklace on per some one else that did the same type of work in that field at the time, and they would not offer a redo of the test for me at Methodist hospital per my request. They affirmed with the new machine that they had, is fine it and it won’t effect it at all, but that they are really supposed to have know jewelry on because they really do have people remove the jewelry. I think they should redo it, they made me pay without redoing it. I felt stressed out dissatisfied, disappointed, emotionally was drained over it, and found a different hospital to do my future testing. Since they would not accommodate me and I’m the dissatisfied customer with the complaint to redo or not pay but have to pay the bill my experience otherwise was always excellent there.

Linda Neilsen: I walked in feeling light headed. They took details of who I am, took my blood pressure, and some blood work and I think something else all right away. Then there was going to be a several hour wait. I waited for about 45 minutes and felt significantly better. So they took the stint out of my arm and I left. They were all very nice and kind. Each nurse and or technician and or staff member was attentive and pleasant.
Sheryl Turner: I took a nasty fall with a ladder while taking down Christmas lights - LAST strand. After urgent care at TCO had determined my hip was fractured, I was taken to the the hospital and had surgery the next day - painful!! Not only did I benefit from a skilled surgeon but was taken care of by the most caring and capable staff you can imagine. I was surrounded by angels. I was fortunate enough to have a private room in the newly remodeled wing. Comfortable bed, attentive nurses and good food. If a person has to be hospitalized, definitely the place to be !!

Luke Morin: I was here for 4 months in 2022 and received exceptional care from the nurses, doctors, and surgeons after suffering a cardiac arrest as an outpatient, and 2 cardiac arrests as an inpatient. I would not be here today if it wasn't for the highly skilled and attentive staff at Fairview. This hospital is like a second home to me!

Pamela O'Hara: has been my best hospital stay yet. The rooms are large private rooms, they have an in suite bathroom, a window with a bench seat for guests, a recliner, flat screen TV with DVD player. For storage you have a night stand with 3 drawers and a small closet to hang clothes and bags. They also have folding chairs for additional guest The staff is hard working and dedicated and the patient to nurse ratio is 1:4 meaning call light response is on point. I never had to wait more than 3 minutes my entire time. I was admitted by Dr. Patel directly so I arrived at noon the day of admission and the team was not only prepared but was ready. The food was above average similar to a school lunch style ,with plenty of variety, and offers room service so you can call down for food or snacks from 630am-6pm. If you have guests they can have meals brought up for them as well for $10 each. The size of a meal is very good value, you get a drink entree and up to 4 sides. The nurses and staff are all well versed with mental health and when I crashed that team not only kept me safe but talked through me the entire time, even when I couldn't respond they still took time to explain what was going on and comforted me. I recommend this hospital and would return again.

They take all the time it needs to listen and help guide you and always treat you with kindness, concern and deepest respect.Take the time to learn to use the patient portal and it will help expedite things like prescription refills and scheduling non-emergent things.Dr. Janine Pingel and Dr. John Halberg are fabulous docs and nursing staff and assistants have always been efficient and kind.I have been a patient over ten years, have complex medical history and Dr. Pingel has been my steadfast collaborator helping me through some tough times. Even willing to take me back after I had been out of state for over 3 years.Trust.
Josie Franklin: Excellent! Moved here from out of state, and am a very nervous person. It was clean, cozy, easy to get to, and the nurses and doctors are friendly and take care to listen.
Tom Skogström: Easy access by public transit. Friendly staff. Quick appointments. Plus a nearby Trader Joe's for a treat after your flu jab. What more could you want?
