The Car Service drove a spotless, roomy SUV so after being stuck in the airport for 6 hrs, and a crowded plane ride, my parents were comfortable.Very much worth the $85 vs $50 for them to catch a taxi.

I rented a car and my email was wrong and when i called the customer service number i was told they could not fix it over the phone, so when i returned my car I went up to the counter and expected the same thing i was told over the phone. Lacey Hylen: I used Renee's Limousines for a corporate event we had in Minnesota, and our driver Josh was incredible! There was continuous communication pre, during and after the event to ensure that we were always aligned. Very impressed and will use these services again.
Shana Heisler: We have used Renee's Limo's a couple times for staff outings and they have delivered excellent service and value both times. The drivers have been friendly and professional, most recently, Josh took excellent care of us. I have also found the admin staff to be extremely accommodating and helpful. We will definitely use Renee's again when transportation is needed.

Cathy LeCompte: I highly recommend Renee's Limousines! I used them for a two day corporate meeting which included company employees and high level customers. Everyone attending the meeting was from out of town, along with the corrdination being done remotely. They were very easy to work with and responded quickly to any of my questions or concerns. We had two different drivers. Both were very professional, personable and where at each location pick-up ahead of schedule. If and when we're back in the Minneapolis area, I would only use Renee's Limousines.

Tom Pick: choosing to take a bizarrely circuitous route to one of our stops, adding extra time. Instead of being gracious about it, the company billed us for an extra hour, after the fact. That was tacky, petty, and cost them a fifth star on this rating. I would still recommend Renee's, but make it clear up front that the agreed upon price will be honored.

I'm a country little boujee girl, and I don't particularly appreciate getting into someone's vehicle, feeling like I have to keep my feet up all day because I'm scared something may come out. ✨🖤 The black car service was clean inside and out, with no ripped leather seats or snow residue on the floor, and it smelled good inside. I recommend booking with Erix if you're ever in Minnesota.

Rich gross: We have been using Eric for all of our needs this last year and we are so happy we found him. Before we started using Eric, we had several bad experiences with other services and we were always nervous whether we would get picked up on time to get to the airport. With Eric, he is always there when we need him. He communicates with us by text and email confirming the trip, a reminder again just before the trip and also as he is arriving. We love the fact that on the return trip he meets us at the baggage area and helps us with the bags. He is very professional and his car is beautiful with lots of room for luggage. We were concerned about the extra cost in the beginning, but for the service and reliability we are so happy that we found him.
