Susan L Solarz: They treated my parents like royalty, starting with showing up on time and finding my parents at the baggage carousel. They actually carried their suitcases for them! The Car Service drove a spotless, roomy SUV so after being stuck in the airport for 6 hrs, and a crowded plane ride, my parents were comfortable.Very much worth the $85 vs $50 for them to catch a taxi.

They call the day before to confirm and consistently show up a few minutes early. Before we started using Eric, we had several bad experiences with other services and we were always nervous whether we would get picked up on time to get to the airport. With Eric, he is always there when we need him. He communicates with us by text and email confirming the trip, a reminder again just before the trip and also as he is arriving. We love the fact that on the return trip he meets us at the baggage area and helps us with the bags. He is very professional and his car is beautiful with lots of room for luggage. We were concerned about the extra cost in the beginning, but for the service and reliability we are so happy that we found him.

Tony Bendorf: Called them at 4:00pm from the Chicago airport needing a ride to Faribault from the Minneapolis airport. Flight landed at 6:00pm. The driver texted me at 6:15 with a vehicle picture he was driving. I was in the wrong spot but he called me and said "wait. I'll come pick up you." He arrived and we chatted like old friends to my destination. The Yukon was clean and nice. Will do business again when I go back to Minneapolis to see the stadium
