I'm a country little boujee girl, and I don't particularly appreciate getting into someone's vehicle, feeling like I have to keep my feet up all day because I'm scared something may come out. ✨🖤 The black car service was clean inside and out, with no ripped leather seats or snow residue on the floor, and it smelled good inside. I recommend booking with Erix if you're ever in Minnesota.

Rich gross: We have been using Eric for all of our needs this last year and we are so happy we found him. Before we started using Eric, we had several bad experiences with other services and we were always nervous whether we would get picked up on time to get to the airport. With Eric, he is always there when we need him. He communicates with us by text and email confirming the trip, a reminder again just before the trip and also as he is arriving. We love the fact that on the return trip he meets us at the baggage area and helps us with the bags. He is very professional and his car is beautiful with lots of room for luggage. We were concerned about the extra cost in the beginning, but for the service and reliability we are so happy that we found him.

Tom Pick: choosing to take a bizarrely circuitous route to one of our stops, adding extra time. Instead of being gracious about it, the company billed us for an extra hour, after the fact. That was tacky, petty, and cost them a fifth star on this rating. I would still recommend Renee's, but make it clear up front that the agreed upon price will be honored.

Brynn Campbell: I found Lakes Limo through research and comparing providers, and Favian gave us the best service possible. I would 100% hire him again. He accommodated every single request, was flexible to our changing plans, the limo he arrived with was beautiful, and he even provided champagne for our celebration. It was all around the best experience I could have imagined!
Rachana Thapa: Rented a 15 seater hummer from Lakes Limo. The process was hassle free. Favian got to the pickup location on time, he was polite, the hummer was nice and clean. From my research before renting I think the price was comparable with other places! No complaints, was a fun night driving around town!

Jeff Hayes: Favian was a great communicator, on time, professional, had cold waters ready and even pulled out a red carpet for photos outside the limo. We rented the black Hummer H2 Limo for a Prom night this past Saturday with 10 young adults. Favian was more than willing to help take their group photos as well. Overall, a great experience and we would use Lakes Limo again in the future!

Steve Noon: We started looking at Limos in Jan and Oh it was extremely cold. I had an appt with two services. When we arrived at Lakes limo Favian had all his limos started. Our son, Daughter-in-law and husband looked and talked prices. We went to next limo place but we had our mind made up to use Lakes. All the vehicles in good shape. Favian worked with us on the Limo going to Scandia, Mn for our grandsons wedding. We were able to call him and have a contract drawn. He emailed it to us. We put down a small down payment. The day before we changed time slightly with no problem. He does not keep your credit card info so we gave him it to finish payment. The kids had not put a game plan together as living out of state prior to their special day. Favian was so patient as the kids winged the day. All went well.
