Mikaela Kamish: I had my first acupuncture treatment done yesterday and I am shocked! I went there with a two day migraine and felt relief almost instantly. My pain level went from about a 7 to a 2 when I was there. Then by the time I got home, my migraine was completely gone! I tried EVERYTHING before that - meds, ice packs, etc. Nothing helped. Jesse Owings: Concussion Headaches - I have been suffering from different types of head issues for years. From brain fog in my 20's and 30's to piercing debilitating headaches in my 40's. In the last couple of years I could barely get out of bed some days. I have gone to every type of doctor imaginable with them finding nothing that is wrong with me. A neurologist finally ordered an MRI. The neurologist said I may be suffering from an old head injury from my youth. Sometimes I would just forget what I was doing out of the blue. I was literally walking around for 3 decades with an undiagnosed old brain injury. They're options for me were medications that may or may not work for disorders I do not have. Also toting horrible side effects. No thank you. I then heard acupuncture helps with many conditions that there are no other treatments for. I started seeing Dr Ma before Covid-19 and my headaches were almost completely gone! I could not be happier with the results I have gotten and the staff is wonderful icing on the cake!

Tom Ehlinger: Dr. Ma was able to give me relief from a long term chronic cough. I had had a cough for several years that interfered with conversations and I'd frequently have coughing fits that left me dizzy. I'd had an MRI which turned up nothing and was prescribed an inhaler that had no effect on the cough. I never knew that acupuncture could treat coughs, but upon recommendation of a close friend I went to see Dr. Ma and I'm glad I did. I've had two sessions and my cough has been drastically reduced to an occasional small throat clearing. I will definitely keep Dr. Ma and acupuncture included in available options for my health care going forward.

Laura: Have you noticed how almost every review is 5/5 on here? Believe the hype! It's all legit! Shane is my 3rd Acupuncturist and my favorite! I know nothing about acupuncture or chinese medicine but from the quality of my care alone I can tell that Shane is experienced, highly knowledgable, and passionate about his work. I have terrible TMJ, and his treatment is amazing! Very helpful and chill guy!

All around great experience as a 2 year customer. Not to mention acupuncture has been the best treatment for making the withdrawal from prescription drugs less awful — physically and mentally. Headaches, anxiety, stress, depression treatment is great. In addition, I’ve had better luck here with range of motion in my neck, and less back pain, than seeing my chiropractor- couldn’t believe it. Sammy_Hy: I got to try a sensory deprivation float tank. It was by far one of the most relaxing experiences of my life. For 90 minutes, I was completely weightless in a comfortable tub. I chose to shut off my tank light to experience full sensory deprivation, and I felt it felt like I was floating down an endless river. Unlike floating in a normal pool, these tanks are diluted with hundreds of pounds of salt, making you float on top of the water without any effort. The tank was very large, and when the lights were off, it felt infinite. I highly recommend this experience!

As a plus size woman, I went through waves of worrying if I was "too big" to fit or that I'd overflow the tank. But after reassurance from family that've gone, I tried it and from the moment seeing the setup, my worries were gone and it was an AMAZING experience!! The tank was so spacious and I didn't feel claustrophobic at all. I can't recommend them enough!!

I have had both Matt and Laconia provide my acupuncture at this location. Laconia was knowledgeable, caring, and was incredibly soothing just to even be around. Matt has amazing energy when you are with him. It's hard to even describe, but it's good. He is also really smart and shared with me things I had never known about acupuncture, despite the many years I've gone. Both are great, and I highly recommend this center.
