Mikaela Kamish: I had my first acupuncture treatment done yesterday and I am shocked! I went there with a two day migraine and felt relief almost instantly. My pain level went from about a 7 to a 2 when I was there. Then by the time I got home, my migraine was completely gone! I tried EVERYTHING before that - meds, ice packs, etc. Nothing helped. Jesse Owings: Concussion Headaches - I have been suffering from different types of head issues for years. From brain fog in my 20's and 30's to piercing debilitating headaches in my 40's. In the last couple of years I could barely get out of bed some days. I have gone to every type of doctor imaginable with them finding nothing that is wrong with me. A neurologist finally ordered an MRI. The neurologist said I may be suffering from an old head injury from my youth. Sometimes I would just forget what I was doing out of the blue. I was literally walking around for 3 decades with an undiagnosed old brain injury. They're options for me were medications that may or may not work for disorders I do not have. Also toting horrible side effects. No thank you. I then heard acupuncture helps with many conditions that there are no other treatments for. I started seeing Dr Ma before Covid-19 and my headaches were almost completely gone! I could not be happier with the results I have gotten and the staff is wonderful icing on the cake!

Tom Ehlinger: Dr. Ma was able to give me relief from a long term chronic cough. I had had a cough for several years that interfered with conversations and I'd frequently have coughing fits that left me dizzy. I'd had an MRI which turned up nothing and was prescribed an inhaler that had no effect on the cough. I never knew that acupuncture could treat coughs, but upon recommendation of a close friend I went to see Dr. Ma and I'm glad I did. I've had two sessions and my cough has been drastically reduced to an occasional small throat clearing. I will definitely keep Dr. Ma and acupuncture included in available options for my health care going forward.

elga tinger: I was desperately looking for a natural way to get pregnant at 40, and Dr. Zhuo helped. She had me taking a boat load of supplements and Chinese herbs, and weekly accupuncture, but after 6 weeks, I was pregnant, and now I'm at 6 months and things seem to be going well. She is trained as an OB/Gyn in China, but practices Chinese medicine here, so she had knowledge of both Eastern and Western medicine, which I appreciate, as I'm in the medical field. She has a wide range of clinic hours available. She seems to genuinely care about her patients, which is refreshing.
Melanie Anderson: I started going to ACM in the spring of 2011 for infertility. In 2010 after trying to get pregnant for over a year my doctor discovered I had a 6cm cyst on my left ovary. During surgery to remove it he also found that I have stage 4 endometriosis and my left tube was blocked. He recommended us to go straight to IVF. So we did an IVF cycle in Feb of 2011, it didn't work. After this failed cycle I began to research more alternative medicines and decided to try acupuncture. I had a friend who went to ACM with her IVF cycle a year before and she had success. I did acupuncture for about 3 months before my IVF cycle in July of 2011. During the cycle I produced more eggs and they were better quality. I got pregnant with twin girls and continued acupuncture throughout my pregnancy. Now it is 2016 and I am back at ACM for a round of IVF so we can have more kids. I am looking to do acupuncture for about 4 months this time before my cycle starts in September. I love Dr. Zhuo because she is so nice, knowledgeable about what she does, and she cares about you. She likes to get to the bottom of what is wrong with you to help heal you, not just get you pregnant. I am looking forward to my weekly visits through this summer!
