Black Coffee and Waffle Bar: what do users think?

Emily: Will move in if they accept my lease applicationVegetarian options: WafflesDietary restrictions: You turn a waffle vegan if you want. It’s pretty impressive.Kid-friendliness: Waffles, duh.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level and multiple entrances and exits. Tables can become accessible.

Annie Ashley: I've been here twice at the time of writing this review, and both times have been great. I got a mocha and a build-your-own waffle each time: they were both delicious and the waffles are good even without syrup. The atmosphere is quiet on weekday mornings, but can get a bit busy on Sundays. There is also a bike rack out front which I appreciate, though it only fits one or two bicycles. Overall I enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be coming back!

Eggy's Diner - Minneapolis: what do users think?

Melanated rich Convo: breakfast, lunch or what ever your mood is, this spot has I a little bit of that. Ample portions of food[$], some healthier options a full bar and unique burgers... I recommend trying the "black bean burger" or the "Colorado omelette"Great natural lighting as well as a more of a traditional diner dim setting for evening and night time sitting, walls filled with inspiration. the decoré is very nice

Adam Gustofson: Thank you Elizabeth C, service was excellent this morning! And the staff in the kitchen had everything spot on.This is a diamond in the rough near the Minneapolis Convention Center!

Jeff I: Highly recommend!! This was an excellent experience.I think we times our visit just right as we are seated immediately. The place was packed with every table occupied, but the staff was keeping up.We ordered the meat lover's crepes and New York French Toast. The French toast came piled with fresh blueberries and creamy marscapone cheese. The meat lover's crepes are topped with a honey hollandaise sauce that is other-worldly and MUST be tried. The portions are generous and the coffee is fresh and if you're needing creamer for the coffee it will be delivered with your coffee in a small pitcher. We would definitely visit again as there are so many different dishes to try!Parking: It's likely that you'll need to walk from your parking location.Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible, but the doors are not automated and maneuvering once inside will take some patience as it is a very small dining area. Though, I feel like the staff would make it work if they are able to.

Rick Duran: Eggy’s will not disappoint, food is full of flavor. We ordered Eggy’s Benedict and it was amazing, and their house potatoes were delicious. Our second plate was the Chilaquiles. And let me say that these Chilaquiles are in my top 3. Our waitress was nice and professional, she assisted us since it was our first time. Took the time to explain the menu and her recommendation. I can’t remember her name but I will say she is a humble and wonderful person. Thank you for the great experience

Waffle Bar: what do users think?

Jamie Stewart: Stopped in after a T'wolves game, and to be honest, we came into the parking lot to turn around to get to the creamery place, but then we saw this place, and it was a great sidetrack! Super sweet and knowledgeable staff, quite a few options to choose from. Waffle was made fresh, ingredients were all tasty, and there were no leftovers. The ice cream is also very good. If we lived here, we would frequent this dessert bar!Parking: Shares a lot with Subway, so you should be able to grab a spot at any time.

Daisy Wong: Perfect spot for dessert! A nice rounding after a pleasant dinner at Pho Hoa up the street. We chose the bananutella and boba mochi to share. Most delectable! Ice cream with fabulous toppings in a handmade waffle cone. What more could we ask? Some super cool tunes of J-pop and K-pop music to enjoy with our yums. The ladies behind the counter were super nice and fast. They definitely knew what they were doing. We shall visit again!Parking: Depending on the time and day, parking can be difficult as the lot is small. Still worth the trip... even if you have to park in the neighborhood and walk.

Hen House Eatery: what do users think?

rachel notter: that was to die for. It is clear the restaurant has a focus on fresh, quality food. Now that I am not in Minneapolis I literally dream about this place. 10/10 Hen House

Hiten Patel: Very good veggie options.Vegetarian options: Burgers, soups and other vegan optionsDietary restrictions: Has vegan options on menu

Alexis Laubenthal: We got to Hen House about 8 o’clock on a Saturday morning. We were seated right away at the bar. The waiter was phenomenal. We got our coffees quick and he recommended both the roll and eggs benedict that we ended up choosing! The role was phenomenal, definitely could be a full meal for someone, but we ended up sharing this and pictured is a half order of the eggs benedict; definitely plenty of food. The eggs Benedict came with hashbrowns that were done perfectly. The eggs benedict was great even had a little kick to it. Overall, fantastic experience we will definitely be back!

Hot Plate: what do users think?

Susie Haywood: We love coming here for the amazing food and the great servers. I love the pancakes. Only complaint is that we were uncomfortable due to it being hot and stuffy on warm days. Not sure if they have air conditioning.

Chris Sutter: The best part about this place was the pecan roll. I ordered the breakfast poutine & was happy with crispy potatoes, eggs, cheese, bacon & sausage but I wasn’t sold on the gravy. She ordered the biscuits & gravy. We both agreed the gravy could have used some more flavor but the biscuits were good so I would recommend trying this place.

The Bad Waitress: what do users think?

Vipasha Verma: Even better they have no touch menu with customization options. Some people

Kaitlyn Meyer: Good service, food was okay. The breakfast sandwich needs some sauce options. Great breakfast margarita though, I was impressed!

Eric Kurbat: The Bad Waitress is an interesting experience. They have taken their namesake to an interesting extreme: you don't order from a waitperson, you do it on a website. So it's kinda like the waitress is non-existent... At least until your food is ready. And then it's a lot of well-prepared, interesting spins on classic diner dishes in satisfying quantity. Will have to return to try more...

renee kessel: Update 4/25/24 we always love this place but today was next level. Megan recommended the carnitas Benedict when I couldn’t decide. It did not disappoint. Large portion size. Eggs perfectly poached. Delicious meal. My daughter had the breakfast burrito with no meat. Also fantastic. Megan gives fantastic service. We’ll be backOld review 2 years ago: Must provide name and phone number to be seated. Host and server were both very friendly and helpful. Food was delivered quickly. Great portion sizes.Parking: Construction on Hennepin at this time so plenty of parking as attendance is down due to construction

Miles Ronning: Super positive experienceCookies and Cream shake is a must-order, it's real Oreos so it's worth it.I got the Gyro Omelette and it was delicious, large portions for me and I'm a 6' 4" dude.Super welcoming atmosphere.

French Meadow Cafe & Bluestem Bar: what do users think?

Noel Stroner: This brunch spot is adorable and has excellent food and drinks. The service wasn’t great - no one explained to us the self serve area vs full service area when we walked in, just stared at us. Another group walked in behind us and the staff then proceeded to explain everything quite kindly to them. The staff member that took our order at the counter acted quite annoyed and barely spoke to us.

Kellie Hoffman: .The atmosphere was really cool!

A Google User: The cinnamon buns are out of the world Jamison the bartender hook me up I love this place I just hate because they only have it on the weekends

The Lowry: what do users think?

Jeffory Schiebel: We had the raw oysters there tonight they were some of the best we've ever had our server was amazing we will be back for sureParking: Lots of parking on the street they have a lot that has spaces also

Corwin Morton: Everything was fine it was a little noisy because there seem to be a girls afternoon out meeting wedding proposal thing going on but it was noisy but it was niceWheelchair accessibility: Got it

Janelle Sorenson: Know the restaurants that play overly loud music, so you can't talk while at a table? Thankfully, this is NOT one of them. We have been here quite a few times, and the food, service, and atmosphere are always top-notch. The first time, we didn't realize the happy hour menu was only for the bar and patio ... it would be nice if it was restaurant-wide. Otherwise, the food is incredible. Having a vegetarian in the family, there are quite a few options available at this place! Parking is a breeze at this location, too! We will be back!

Revival MPLS: what do users think?

Jewel Ryan: I went here for a friend's birthday and they happily accommodated a group of 7 even thought they are quite small for a restaurant. I initially thought their prices were fairly high for chicken, but then I received my food. I ordered the chicken tender plate, and I swear I got 4 MASSIVE chicken tenders. It's definitely different from what I was expecting but worth the cost. They were a bit difficult to eat because of their size, but I had leftovers for days. Would recommend for a nice relaxed group of friends. Order the lowest spice level unless you really do like spicy. One of my friends was sweating eating their middle tier chicken tenders haha.

Matthew Schepp: On a recent trip back to Minneapolis, we dined at Revival for the first time in a few years. This updated location has added parking which was a great touch! The menu, and food is still as fantastic as it always has been!

The Mindful Midlife Crisis Podcast (Billy Lahr): It's been a while since I've been to Revival, so I'll just talk about my first few experiences, which were awesome. I still believe this is the best burger in town, and when you can order a whole Nashville Hot Chicken as a complement to that tasty burger, what's not to love? I know there are a couple of Revival restaurants in the TC now, but I like the intimate atmosphere this one provides. The best experiences I've had is when I bring 2-3 friends with me who are from out of town and we order a bunch of different menu items. They all rave about how amazing the food is here. I don't live in MN anymore, but I hope the quality of the food at Revival is still at a high level the next time I'm back in town! Highly recommend!

Latasha Dyar: Atmosphere was good low key ...good food.

Bill Thurston: Great staff and outstanding food. We are regular'sAtmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Breakfast Burrito …

Kaj Poulsen: Had a great time. The tofu scramble was very good.

Vlad Ionescu: The seasonal crisp is happiness

Markeda D.: Servers were so attentive and relaxed, i loved the tiny details put into the decor here. We ate inside but next time we’ll definitely check out the patio. The wait wasn’t too long to get our food, we ordered fruit, the Belgian waffle, French toast, bacon, sausage, hot oat milk latte and some apple and orange juice.Overall the food was pretty solid, the cherry and strawberry compote on the French toast wasn’t overpoweringly sweet. I liked the fluffy whip cream but there was a lot of it.The bitter espresso from the latte paired well with the subtle sweetness of the French toast. I wasn’t crazy about the fruit or about the fact that there is only street parking available.Just a bunch of hardworking kind people who elevate the space into a welcoming environment and lovely experience. Definitely stop in when you can!

Christian Spraungel: classic NE neighborhood restaurant. good for any meal and so cozy inside!

Mara J. Hill-Adams: I just went for the first time. I was NOT disappointed. I ordered my favorite breakfast of Eggs Benedict and it was wonderful. Eggs perfect, and the hollandaise was delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try something else. Not to mention, the Bellini was excellent too.Highly recommend you check it out. But make a reservation because it’s busy!!

E C: Treated myself to an early breakfast midweek. My server was wonderful; she didn't bat an eye when I asked for a small plate of vegetables vs. a fruit cup. I received the best roasted broccoli I've ever had. I also ordered the biscuits and gravy. Very good. The hashbrowns were fabulous- kissed with onion. Will be back.Parking: Only 4 spots in the lot. Others are reserved for delivery drivers and handicap if I recall correctly.

Dan McCormick: Great classic brunch with just a bit of a twist here and there. The pecan roll - yes please! Good vegetarian options, along with some tastefully fried favorites and some options from "fried foods'" evil twin - "un-fried food."Service is fast and super friendly and helpful - they keep things moving but never make you feel rushed. Reservations may not be required but you'll be glad to have them.

Fletcher's Ice Cream: what do users think?

Tiffany Rupp: Its been four years since my first time and apperently I forgot everything except that I dont like birthday cake but my husband does. The variety of sorbet and vegan ice creams are fantastic. They have dogs treats and lots of pastries but they all have dairy. Also enjoy the excellent and eccentric servers. The bathrooms are only for customers and you need a code.

Elizabeth Reynolds: The caramel salted crack was amazing they make everything in house including the saltines covered and chocolate and caramel that were mixed into the delectable ice cream.I also tried the Pandan a unique flavor that is plant-based green and color and delicious and taste. Was able to chat with the owner what a fantastic ice cream magician.

Albert Danielson: Love this place, absolutely my favorite place to stop by for ice cream in the Twin Cities. The workers from the top down are super nice and create a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Lots of indoor seating. Plenty of ice cream flavors including the elusive purple ube. The eagles are super fun and delicious. The coffee and hot chocolate are good. A must visit during the warmer days within walking distance of the river and some nice parks.

Kelly Johnson: Returning to the area after some time, a friend's recommendation led me to this delightful spot. I simply had to try it, and the ice cream exceeded my expectations, it was devoured in record time! Without a doubt, I'll be returning for more! Staff was so kind.

Tovin Sannes-Venhuizen (Tovin): . Ended up getting the Lavender Lemonade in a cone which was excellent

Stephanie Schultz: were vegan and made with coconut milk. They have some nice seating with chairs and couches. And they even make dog treats.Dietary restrictions: Lots of non-dairy ice cream optionsKid-friendliness: Casual environment for a toddler to move around and make noise while enjoying ice cream

Lindi: Very welcoming vibe. Nice variety of flavors and toppings. You can tell the ice cream is fresh.

Benjamin Roberts: .This place goes against my goals and increases my cheat days but I'm not just trying to be fit, I'M WANT TO LIVE! 😂it's a great treat and the owners are sweet as well, pun intended-They coerced me into trying the cookie and I was so mad because it is BOMB and now I have to leave with one when I come. The savory waffle was the stuff of dreams, I did the ham and cheese and it was elevated, the presentation alone was worth it but it tasted so good.I've also tried the root beer float and the malts with different combinations. When the owners are there, talk ice cream and flavors with them because they are fun to talk to as well.I highly recommend stopping here!Parking: It's NE be prepared to drive around a couple of laps before finding a spot...The ice cream will cool you off after you've gotten heated from losing a couple parking spots! 😆

Northern Coffeeworks: what do users think?

Tiffany Cannon: Best coffee in the Twin Cities! I LOVE this place. We come here often and the coffee is always wonderful. It’s like free therapy on a bad day and makes a great day even better. I can’t recommend NC enough. A donut shop is a few steps away, and if you want to take it to go with kids, Hiawatha playground is also not too far of a walk. It is kid friendly if you choose to stay! They have a pastry case with GF options. The items come from local bakeries.
