Tonya Bushard: Sustainable 9 started our process by responding to our inquiry within 30 minutes of leaving a message. Chad, one of the owners was expressly flexible with us to show their new build. We met him that week. We new we didn’t want to live in that town but we fell in love with his knowledge, sustainability and esthetic. We schedule meetings to look for land. His communication was fantastic; Chad listened to what we were looking for and showed us the properties that fit out criteria. He had one last property that was well over our budget but felt we needed to see it before we made our final decision. He nailed it and we couldn’t turn it down. We had Unfold Architect design our home overlooking Minneapolis and Bde Maka Ska. And the dream team PM and designer take their designs and bring them to life and add all the final touches to make it a true custom home and exceed our expectations. Our designer fully decorated and furnished our home. It was like we were on an HGTV show at the grand unveiling. She moved us to tears. She nailed our taste but brought it up multiple levels. Our PM kept a tight ship and expected nothing but perfection from his subcontractors. We would go over there to check on progress and If we saw something we would email him and he would show us and invoice that he had already had a work order for it be be fixed. If you are looking for a boutique, custom builder that will make u feel like family when the process is over Sustainable 9 is truly the only builder to go with, we built during the pandemic, so prices were high, labor was in demand, but somehow the 2 year process made it seem to build relationships more. I won’t say I didn’t ask to PM monthly what is our eta! Elizabeth Wagner: Our kitchen remodel was as good an experience as possible, thanks to TreHus. We loved our designer, who came up with very clever solutions for all our sticking points. The project management was well planned and communicated throughout. Their sub-contractors were largely great and TreHus helped smooth over any issues we did have.Our neighbors were very impressed with the preemptive notes and gift cards they received, which helped mitigate any feelings about noise.The final product is lovely and very functional and fits well with the quality of construction in our older home.
Amy Brochu: We did a kitchen remodel and knew the basics of what I wanted. Our designer, Morgan Froemming walk me through every step, asked me questions of my likes and dislikes. She came up with great ideas and designs that I love. Our project manager, Pat McCann, made sure everything was done on time and kept everything on schedule and communicated with me every step of the way. The whole crew at TreHus, including the elections, painters, and tilers were all professional did an excellent job. The whole TreHus Team went above and beyond and were very friendly to work with. My kitchen is better than I imagined and love cooking in my new stunning and functional kitchen. I now have my dream kitchen! Thank you TreHus for a wonderful experience. Their carpenters paid an immense amount of detail to putting up protection throughout the rest of the house to minimize their impact. Their tradespeople for electrical, plumbing, tile etc were also top notch. It's basically a reliable company that does high quality work at a fair price and I wouldn't hesitate at all to use them again.

Он честен, старателен, выполняет все свои обещания и делает все возможное для своих клиентов, что трудно выразить словами, насколько мы благодарны, что знаем его! Он смог успокоить наши нервы и поставить новую крышу. Мы очень довольны тем, как он справился с ситуацией, и из-за него я ставлю 10 звезд, если бы это был вариант.
