Drew McNeill: Support your local hardware store! These guys have helped me out of several last-minute jams. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.Prices can be a little higher than big box stores, but in terms of convenience , customer service, and knowledgeable staff, this place is the best. I find myself heading over when I'm mid-project and realize that I just need one or two small things to complete it. They always have several friendly people on staff that are assertive about helping you find what you need, and often willing to give you advice on your project too if you've got questions or concerns. You can be in and out of the store in minutes too. If you're in the neighborhood, I strongly recommend checking this place out.

Lee Kafkas: Super helpful people there to help you troubleshoot your problems.Service is definitely five star.The place is smaller and might not have everything you need in a hardware store, but you can get 80 to 90% of what you need. And like smaller hardware stores. They really excel at services or recommendations for a homeowner. I believe they cut glass and work on window and door screens as well.

She knew which Hom Depot store sells them because when she goes to other Hom Depot stores when she is near them and checks out what they have for inventory that she doesn’t have at this store!!!Ruth is such a great employee and certainly deserves recognition for her great customer service and subject matter expertise in electrical and lighting. Large variety of different brand hand tools to choose from, though seems to have a smaller variety of tools to choose from per manufacturer overall. Price overall is very similar to what you'd expect from your typical box store. Have only made in store purchases and have been very happy with all. Staff is always very kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Plenty of parking available in front or side of store.

Eek! Wall: This is an amazing resource for the city. I've gotten so much done with these tools, learned a ton, saved heaps of money, and don't have to deal with the maintenance/clutter of owning tools. The staff are kind and knowledgeable, and the large variety of tools are in good repair.
Jonathon Angell: Great resource and helpful, friendly staff. If you own one of the 100+ year old homes in NE, a membership here is a must-have. I've been a member since they opened and it has saved me a ton on rental or purchase costs, and helped me complete many large renovation projects.One of my favorite parts of the library though is actually donating my tools! I can free up space in my home or garage by bringing in my big, seldom-used specialty tools, knowing they'll be well maintained and actually used by my neighbors! That is a great feeling.
