She knew which Hom Depot store sells them because when she goes to other Hom Depot stores when she is near them and checks out what they have for inventory that she doesn’t have at this store!!!Ruth is such a great employee and certainly deserves recognition for her great customer service and subject matter expertise in electrical and lighting. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.Prices can be a little higher than big box stores, but in terms of convenience , customer service, and knowledgeable staff, this place is the best. I find myself heading over when I'm mid-project and realize that I just need one or two small things to complete it. They always have several friendly people on staff that are assertive about helping you find what you need, and often willing to give you advice on your project too if you've got questions or concerns. You can be in and out of the store in minutes too. If you're in the neighborhood, I strongly recommend checking this place out.

Adm Beal: I bought a Weber grill from Jerry’s last summer. This year, one of the implements was stuck and non operational. I contacted the store through the website. Within hours, I had gotten a response from the manager, Jim. He reached out to Weber, got me in contact with the warranty department and they sent a replacement part within a couple of days! Wow. I am very impressed. Thanks Jim!!
Cory Flanigan: I can only leave a max of 5, so that’s what I’ll have to start with. Mark was our mechanic and not only answered all of my “silly” novice type questions but gave me some great advice on future care and upkeep. Greg/Ben were associates I worked with as well and while everyone was timely and pleasant; the mix of professional competence and hometown nurturing will make us customers as long as we live here.
