Lee: Great affordable rentals and nice people. Had an emergency clog in my main drain and came here to rent a drain auger. It was last minute during a snow storm so they were just about to close early. I could tell the person just wanted to leave and get home but he let me in to rent one anyway. I think he could have easily said "sorry we are closed" but he didn't. He brought out the machine, showed me how to use it and gave me tips, then helped me load it into my car. Return was quick and painless. Highly recommend this place for tool rental!

Rebecca Andreasen: Great customer service. Showed me how to work the chainsaw and gave me everything I needed to use it. When I called to explain chain fell off. The guy was so patient and walked me through how to put it back on. He even offered for me to come back and they could do it for me. Just overall a great experience. My partner ended up adding another day with the equipment since it was working better than his very expensive chainsaw. We then rented a log splitter, it worked great! Will be back soon.

Harvey Andruss: I rented a 4000 psi pressure washer for 4 hrs. Put in in my mid size suv with the help of a guy there, but then I had to roll it off on planks they gave me when I got to the job. No problem getting it out myself. It did well on the bubbled paint. Enough power to remove lots quickly. A mess to clean up after, but that's not the tool's fault. Good guys there before and after.

Eek! Wall: This is an amazing resource for the city. I've gotten so much done with these tools, learned a ton, saved heaps of money, and don't have to deal with the maintenance/clutter of owning tools. The staff are kind and knowledgeable, and the large variety of tools are in good repair.
Jonathon Angell: Great resource and helpful, friendly staff. If you own one of the 100+ year old homes in NE, a membership here is a must-have. I've been a member since they opened and it has saved me a ton on rental or purchase costs, and helped me complete many large renovation projects.One of my favorite parts of the library though is actually donating my tools! I can free up space in my home or garage by bringing in my big, seldom-used specialty tools, knowing they'll be well maintained and actually used by my neighbors! That is a great feeling.

Their hours are convenient, too - they're even open on weekends.Fun fact: They sell their own honey here - they have beehives on the rooftop!
