I had absolutely no information or knowledge on what I was needing, and they walked me through all of it with patience and grace. I had both of my children with me and they were so helpful and quick. Michelle had great customer service and Randy was a great help with me installing the dolly as I had no idea what to do. There was another gentleman at the counter that was very kind to me and my situation as well due to me missing the trailer hitch. I would recommend them to anyone and will absolutely give them my business again!
jackie rosario: Brought in my snowblower for service on Wednesday the 4th due to carburetor issues, I attempted to fix myself,drain fuel bowl, fuel tank, removed jet spray idle and replaced with clean non-oxy fuel added stabilizer to fuel tank to not avail. I talked to Randy and he said to bring it down and they will take a look. I put at deposit of $55 for diagnosis . I get a call on Thursday morning the 5th from A-1 with a diagnostic results and I gave permission to proceed. By noon it was ready for me to pickup. Thank A-1 for a quick service turn around. They applied my deposit to my final bill and paid a total of $92.

Bruce Schultz: We took our Honda lawnmower to Broadway Rental, back in April for repair on the rear drive wheel locking up. The repair was completed and done right, but now the Smart Drive wasn't working properly, it was going way too fast; and it wasn't doing that before. My wife called and talked to Wes. He said bring it in and we'll take a look at it. When I arrived with the mower, Eric came out and helped me get the mower out of my trunk. With a few simple adjustments Eric had remedied the Smart Drive problem. Broadway Rental made it right for us and at no extra charge!! What great customer service!!

Jeremiah Larson: Bought a chainsaw frome these guys. Had a issue with it and they got it fixed up for me in a few days. Initially it was not covered under warenty. I wasn't happy with that at all, but in the end it was no cost to me and that right there says allot! So when I need more of what they have ill be back. Because it's all about customer service.
Paul Wyman: Lano is the best Bobcat and Kubota dealer in the business. Best sales, service and rentals. I also started buying my Stihl products here as well.

The level of care and concern was incredible. Jake in the shop also was very concerned with making sure my repairs were done right. Jim in parts department efficiently handled my business. He is extremely knowledgeable in parts and helped me get the best ones for my equipment.The two drivers who delivered my equipment were incredibly kind and sincere. Overall this is a 10/5 business.

Alex MAloylo: Rented Bobcat with jackhammer from this guys. Three hours into the job and one of the hoses on jackhammer leaked.Had to take jackhammer back to the shop to get it fixed.They gave another half day to finish the job due to breakdown.Very nice peopleHighly recommendWill use them againThanks for this awesome customer service 👏
