We went as a group and I'm pretty sure we ordered everything in the menu, and it was all amazing. They even custom prepared dishes for members of our group who had dietary restrictions.Would highly recommend.

We got there at 5pm on a Friday and it wasn’t super busy so service was very quick. Very cute and intimate space in a nice neighborhood. I did not have any wine, but their selection looked really nice! Flavors were so interesting and tasty. God, were they tasty. I want to come back here for my birthday and get more dishes for sure! Also, dishes were easily made gluten free by asking for bread on the side.

Genevieve Romain: My boyfriend and I went for our anniversary and we had the most wonderful experience. Upon arrival we were given free bubbly to celebrate us which was such a nice gesture. The food was outstanding, the wine was incredible and the chef/owner Dan was so wonderful. He even made us a special little dessert! I cannot recommend this place enough and I cannot wait to go back.

Christy Lin: My fave thing about this place is the service, right after the wine and eats. The overall dining experience is comfortable and friendly. However, I recommend sitting at the bar if you can. My least favorite thing happens to be the dining table and chairs section, which always feels like a school cafeteria when I’m sat down there. Regardless, I’ve brought friends here multiple times and try to overlook the dining situation because food has been fresh, fun, and full of flavor. It feels like two restaurants combined or that the interior designer quit! Still love the place, but continuity in aesthetics are a must for 5 stars.

Joan L: was in front of our order, so she offered us a side dish to accompany our main meals and we added the sweet potatoes.🐓 The main entrées were well done — chicken was beautifully carved and presented. The skin was tasty. The black rice and sauce were nice compliments to the meat.🐖 The pork chop was a beautiful, thick cut of meat. We ordered it medium and it may have been ever so slightly cooked a little under medium. Seasoning was perfect and had a nice, tart flavor coming through with the sauerkraut.🍠 🌟 WOW! 🤩 The sweet potatoes were the star of the evening! Sweet, savory, bright and fresh with lemon, crispy skins… just wow! Order the sweet potatoes!!🍰 For dessert, we ordered the chocolate panna cotta and olive oil cake. Both were absolutely stunning and would fit right in at any patisserie! Excellent flavors, textures, and presentation! Faultless!I’ll definitely be coming back!

Aaron Forbes: First time in a long time have had such spot on food. Their 60/40 burger can only be described as divine. Not a lover of Swiss and Mushroom Burgers but this may just have converted me.Glen was an excellent waiter, spot on with recommendations and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Bartender makes some mean margaritas also which rounded out the experience nicely.

The building is so beautiful and all the amenities are so unique and incredible! The Lofts have so much historic charm and unique features and the Flats have an incredible amount of care put into their features and design. All around a really excellent place and experience!

Cecely Meller: I’ve lived at 700 Central for almost six years now—that in itself says a lot! Besides the location, sky deck, and the modern-meets-historic feeling of the building, the main reason why I’ve stayed so long is because of the management. Sam and Margaret go above and beyond, are approachable, accommodating, and just great humans. Mike the maintenance guy is also top notch—always prompt and professional. Like others have said, it feels like a community here. It also doesn’t hurt there are lots of cute pups ◡̈

Hat's off!Speaking of dishes, the bison tartare was increibly good, but we were blown away by the flavor of the duck ragu in the Torchietti. We had it made gluten-free to accommodate my wife's dietary needs, and the pasta was still delicious! We didn't stop there, adding an order of the pork chop for me and Alaskan halibut for my wife. The flavor profile on the pork chop dish was insanely big, bold, and wonderful. It was such a contrast to the halibut, which was also wonderful but much more delicate. Both were great. We were stuffed. There was no room for dessert, but since we had let it be known we were out celebrating a special event, we were not to leave without a wonderful little celebration treat. It was much appreciated!Our seating was at the Chef's Counter, and it couldn't have been more perfect. It gave us witness to all the incredible work going on in the kitchen as well as all the dishes that were getting prepped. TheDietary restrictions: My wife is gluten-free, and not only do they accommodate this with some of their dishes they go above and beyond to communicate between the waiter and kitchen about the dietary needs. This shows up starting with bread basket modifications, moves into extra tasting bites supplied to us from the head chef, and follows through to all our entrees and special desserts. Phenomenal staff coordination and cooperation.

The most outstanding food is the pizza! Honestly some of the best pizza in mpls. Dan L: Went here for my adult daughter’s birthday. We got a bunch shareables and a slice of pizza. Ok, the pizza was good but just ok. But the shareables….outstanding. We had the fried eggplant, Schupfnudeln, Pici, and cavolo bianco. They were all great. Topped off with the banana cream pie and crème brûlée doughnut. Service was great. Cocktails were perfect.

Crowd was extra gentrified, young and "basic" though and it was weird, but it could have just been that night. Staff were kind and thorough all around, from the hostess and bartenders to the servers. Heard the breakfast fried rice is amazing, but we went for dinner. Ricotta gnocchi was great and the drinks were good too. Street parking was available really close by and it was a Friday evening. Recommend.

Will DeGraw: THIS HAS BECOME A MINNEAPOLIS STAPLE FOR TOO MANY REASONSI've had difficulty figuring out where to begin this review. I reckon it's likely best to begin as most of us do, with breakfast. I have not ever had a breakfast item off the menu that didn't leave me splendidly satisfied. That said, I've never had a pizza nor chicken sandwich that I didn't love either.One of the biggest reasons why I will keep walking into this restaurant is the customer service. The food could be half as good, and I'd still come just because the staff is hospitable. A secondary reason is that their menu changes throughout the year. I love to see what the leadership and kitchen keep conjuring up!

John Swee: Such a cool spot in the north loop. I met a friend for breakfast and was really pleased. I got the American Breakfast with scrambled eggs, turkey sausage links and potatoes. The eggs were perfectly prepared, soft and warm and not over cooked. The potatoes were crispy and just the right size cut. My friend got the breakfast sandwich and I did have a little bit of food envy. Much larger portion of potatoes and in general more food than was on my plate. I walked away full but still a little peckish.

Albert Danielson: Fun place to be with a bunch of events seemingly every day. Wednesday is trivia, so get in on that! Food was great, definitely no complaints. The Poutine was wild, the burgers are great, and even the mocktails are worth a shot. Do note it can get a little busy so service may take longer, but the TV's playing random movies may help keep you occupied.

Foster Birch: One of, if not my favorite place to go out in Minneapolis. I go here often and I’ve never had a bad time. The security and bar staff are great; it seems like they care about the safety of clients and they foster a safe environment. The clientele are fun and people like to actually dance here and not just sit around. A great place to be!
