Highland Park Aquatic Center offers a two-story water slide, lap swim pool, children's splash pad, diving boards, aquatic climbing wall, concessions, swimming lessons and more.


Highland Park Aquatic Center will be open daily from Thursday, June 15 to Monday September 4. See the hours section below for additional details.


Join us on July 14 from 6-9pm for swimming, dance lessons, water aerobics, music, dancing, snacks, and drinks at the Highland Park Aquatic Center Gala. This fundraiser helps provide scholarships for Saint Paul youth swimming lessons and water safety training. Tickets are $25/person or $100/family.


NOTICE: Highland Park Aquatic Center will close at 5pm on July 14 for the Highland Park Aquatic Center Gala. In the event of inclement weather, the Gala will be moved to July 15.


Sun shelters - available on a first come, first served basis

Children under the age of 12 must always be accompanied by an adult. Children ages 12-14 must have an adult check-in with the aquatics manager on duty prior to leaving the facility.

50 meter, 8-lane lap pool (8 lanes available except when noted in the hours below).

Open to all ages. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Class is most effective when a participant is able to stand with their head above water in the shallow end of the pool.

Tot Time is a time just for kids ages 6 and under and the adults that love them! This designated time for our youngest swimmers takes place on Saturdays from 9:30am - 11am. Only the splash pad will be open for Tot Time swimming. Cost is $4 per child and $4 for the accompanying adult.

Begin or continue your swimmer’s journey on the Swim Path at your local Foss Swim School. Our program ingrains water safety instincts and muscle memory that your child will use immediately, and for life.

Tuition may be paid in full or via installment payments. Installment payments are only available on once-a-week classes.

Swim when it makes sense for your family and your schedule. Sessions offered by quarter, not on-going.
