7 Corners Coffee - Minneapolis: what do users think?

Sydney Gisvold: BEST COFFEE I absolutely love their pumpkin spice and chai syrup blends. Whoever is in charge of that is incredible. The only thing I don't like about the place is the yellow walls. I like yellow but they could definitely use a hue more pleasing to the eye.

Lisa Carmichael: Tried a Breakfast Sandwich and an ice carmel latte for my son who was visiting from out of town. I grabbed a Cherry Chicolate protein bar from Off The Farm and ooling hot tea. Everything was very good. We enjoyed working remotely. Nice clean quiet work space. I like that things are quiet here and there were others working intensely as well. Staff was pleasant.

Mad-Dogs Drag king: I love the environment! Coffee was delicious and I appreciated the latte art.Very comfortable for lace to visit. ❤️.The bathrooms are kept hygienic and clean. Thank you for providing tampons and pads.

Alisha Gelhar: This place had a facelift, and it looks amazing! Great atmosphere, especially for students.Recommended dishes Pour Over …

Petty Vountenale: Oh yeah this place is lit. Good vibes, a lot of seating choices! Make sure to get there early for a good spot tho. I ordered a lumberjack latte and a kouign amann pastry, soak the pastry in the latte… trust you won’t regret it. Prices are pretty generous especially considering our economy as of right now.

Bordertown Coffee: what do users think?

Nick Smith: Good Coffee, good service

Jacquelyn Fay: gets crowded at times, but I don't mind. I wish the upstairs would be converted to more seating. The iced miel is very good. the staff are friendly and I'm absolutely in love with the window area w/ the plantsedit: please expand hours into the evening and weekends!!!

Camille McCallum: Bordertown Coffee in Minneapolis is a haven for coffee connoisseurs. The extensive menu boasts classic coffee choices, along with an array of tempting teas and tea lattes. My latte experience was nothing short of exceptional—the milk was perfectly prepared, consistently creamy, and adorned with the perfect amount of foam. What sets Bordertown apart is its unique location inside an old house. The ambiance is a delightful blend of history and modern comfort, with inviting tables, plush couches, and tucked-away study nooks. The attention to detail in decor creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall enjoyment of your visit. Bordertown Coffee is not just a coffee shop; it's a destination where every sip and surroundings contribute to a memorable experience. Highly recommended for those seeking both quality beverages and a charming environment.

Emily T: Bordertown is by far one of my favorite places near the U of M campus. You really have to look for it since it’s in the middle of the block. Love the charm of the building, makes for a great study or work spot if you can find a seat. Drinks are good, tried a seasonal beverage and it did not disappoint. They definitely put care into your order.

Salmon Soup: log cabin style coffeeshop a little pricy tho

Five Watt Coffee, Kingfield: what do users think?

John Fenske: I love their coffee. You can only order coffee with your dog. Can't sit down and drink it.

Lisa Carmichael: Was looking for a remote place to work today and found this great spot. Great service. Great Chai Tea Latte! Fun location. Says busy with lots of traffic which is good. I was able to find a spot where I could work and be effective with the white noise. My food was good. The service was good. The place itself was clean and inviting. I’ll be back again

Ephraim Nicholson: Pricey, but worth a trip on a special occasion.

Caffetto Coffee House: what do users think?

Michael Hartley: If you like good coffee, tea, pastries and soda pop, then Caffetto has got you covered. If you also enjoy eclectic music, pinball, wall art, and plenty of seating in doors and out, well then Caffetto has got you covered.Parking: Parking can get sparse due to location. Option for parking in the surrounding neighborhood.

Henry Heyden: DELICIOUS RICOTTA PISTACHIO CAKE AND SO PRETTY AND OPEN LATE!!! so amazing

Mindy Bowen: homeyAtmosphere: 5/5 …

Jenna Carnes: I wish I had come here sooner.. last time I came in I got a thai iced coffee with some banana syrup added to it. Absolutely delightful!! So many different syrups to choose from. The danish I had was yummy too. Reasonable and fair prices. Welcoming and accepting environment.Only complaint is the exposed/shredded cushions in the booths.. there is a certain charm to them but they aren’t very comfy and I can only imagine all the germs/particles absorbed into the foam.Overall, good vibes & good coffee.

Quixotic Coffee: what do users think?

Bianca Turman: We had a cinnamon pull-apart, a white lightning, and a seasonal gingerbread latte. The white lightning looked nothing like the advertised pictures and also had no vanilla flavor. The espresso tasted burnt and it was overall an unenjoyable beverage. The gingerbread latte had no recognizable gingerbread flavor but instead tasted like a standard latte with a dash of cinnamon. The espresso tasted far better in this drink but it was still underwhelming. We enjoyed the cinnamon pull-part most out of what we ordered, however, it was still quite dry.The service was friendly and quick and the atmosphere was lively with excellent decor.

Claddagh Coffee: what do users think?

Ben Ong: . No sweeteners or syrups necessary.Been to 5-6 different coffee shops all over Minneapolis - St Paul and this one has the best latte for my tastes.

Jessica Johnson: I can't tell you how excited I was to discover an Irish coffee shop in St. Paul. There are so many great local places in the Twin Cities, you can't begin to visit them all, but this was a must, as I'm obsessed with all things Irish. I ordered the blueberry scone with clotted cream and a 16-oz "Claddagh" latte. The foam...Starbucks can't even touch it. It's the small touches that make local coffee shops so much better. The atmosphere here is very warm and cozy, and there is additional seating downstairs.

Northern Coffeeworks: what do users think?

Tiffany Cannon: Best coffee in the Twin Cities! I LOVE this place. We come here often and the coffee is always wonderful. It’s like free therapy on a bad day and makes a great day even better. I can’t recommend NC enough. A donut shop is a few steps away, and if you want to take it to go with kids, Hiawatha playground is also not too far of a walk. It is kid friendly if you choose to stay! They have a pastry case with GF options. The items come from local bakeries.

Cahoots Coffee Bar: what do users think?

Ben Lodin: Great spot with secluded but spacious patio and dog friendly. I got an iced latte with caramel and toffee which was amazing. Definitely will be back.

Stacy S: The customer service is always good. I especially like the guy with the glasses who totally gives off teddy bear vibes-his personality is very sweet. He always brings people their coffee when they stay. The place could use some spiffying up. It’s a little sad and dusty. A good cleaning and a touch up would really change the entire ambiance.

Paul Johnson: One of the best mochas I've ever had. Great staff too.

mallory loosbrock: Best pumpkin latte! My pup Archie and I walk here to get coffee and a pup cup and it’s the best part of our day!

Joel Rogness: Tired of big box coffee? Cahoots is locally owned by a great guy who is often behind the counter. Extremely relaxed and welcoming. Great coffee; great atmosphere. Friendly staff and all the great quirks of not-chain spots.

Megan Corley: The friendliest owner, and best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Thanks Anders! Support this wonderful business, friends!

Sunjay: Kind and welcoming staff, and the vegan blueberry muffin was delicious! The back patio is shaded and perfect for sitting and working as well. I also appreciated them not defaulting to single use cups as well - iced tea out of a glass is so much nicer

Andra B: Definitely one of the best places to get coffee on this side of the city!

Natalie Lor: One of my favorite local cafes. The staff is also very helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is great. Dogs are allowed on the patio and it’s a great hang out spot.

Brian Hagerty: Friendly staff, great coffee, and plant-based snacks!

Kayla: but was interested in their unique offerings on the menu: lavender cardamom latte, Mexican mocha etc and will be back to try. The shop is local, small and cozy. Not showy. The barista was kind and gave her recommendations.

Pleasant customer service, calming music, soothing atmosphere, a delicious miel latte, and a very tasty pb&j oat bar that I believe was locally made from scratch. Sovereign Grounds: what do users think?

Elissa Dinneen: The banana bread was sooooo good. Even got another one to bring home. Killer brownie was also good, but not as amazing as the banana bread. Iced mocha was yum too! Chips and hummus was a nice savory treat as well. Lobby can get a bit crowded and loud with the older folks that come by, not the quietest or best for a place to study. They stay focused on their crosswords as long as their coffee is filled lol. POC and Queer friendly place!Vegetarian options: Lots of pastries without meat!Parking: Parking can be a bit hard to find depending on how busy it is + the weather. Plenty of parking spaces alongside the road!

Paige: and the Turkish coffee. The owner is very nice too. It’s a great place for a coffee chat or work session. A cozy neighborhood spotParking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free street parking …

Christine H: ! Pastries are amazing- especially their cinnamon rolls! It’s rare to find a play cafe that actually has good coffee and friendly staff! This is my favorite new spot!

Kate Carlson: My 4 year old was in the boarder of being too old for the play place, but my two year old loved it! Definitely will be going back. The cakes and breads are delicious!

Sam Brown: I love this little shop. It’s been here for years and is always my pre-shift ritual. The owner is a kind, lovely man and the food is decent too. Great neighborhood coffee shop.

Max Amorph: Delightfully calm and comforting interior decor- felt like the platonic ideal of a coffee shop with gentle piano music playing and the sun setting through the windows. Good and reasonably priced selection of items including some really fun-sounding pastries. I tried the rhubarb custard bar and it rocked. I’ll have to come back again!Parking: Nearby street parking on residential blocks, not as many options directly outside the store but I didn’t mind the walk.

Carolina C: A very friendly place, with a different and varied menu and good coffee, unfortunately oat milk was requested because my friend is lactose intolerant, we paid extra for that special request and the waiter was asked again not to have whole milk and he assured that no, unfortunately that requirement was not met and my friend suffered the neglect of it.

Megan Mac: A must go spot! The coffee is amazing and their food was better than expected. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. I only wish this spot was open later because the vibe is so good.Kid-friendliness: Many options that kids to love. Especially if they have a sweet tooth.

Gk Mb: Omg. So good!! I came for breakfast stayed for lunch. The reason that the price per person is because… well you need to know my family. But the black garlic chicken was literally the best burger I and my sister have ever had. If you live life without getting the black garlic chicken sandwich your life is incomplete. I also got a variety of crepes, including strawberries Nutella, banana Nutella, and sausage egg and onion with Swiss crepe. All SOOO good. The specialty coffee was super good but very sweet so if that’s not your thing I would stick to the drip coffee, which was also very good. If you’re in the area I would recommend to come, if you’re not in the area then you should fly in. So good, 5 star recommend.Kid-friendliness: Nice atmosphere and yum kid friendly foodWheelchair accessibility: Some tight corners but I over all not stairs or ledges

FRGMNT Coffee: what do users think?

Jasmine Goldenstein: Very large building and very busy. Sometimes people come in with their well behaved dogs and i love it! I wasn't a big fan of what I ordered but I tried something new. Coffee itself was nice. Outside of the building is a bar that has outdoor games that some people were playing which is a cool feature. There isn't really any legit outdoor seating but plenty of spots to sit along the plants and a few spots if you can snag one. Parking was in fact easy

Raquel: Coffee is amazing! Creative and rotating latte selections.

Will DeGraw: A FRESH TAKE AND NEEDED ATMOSPHEREThis might the only coffee shop with proper customer service. I say that regrettably, but I have been well over 20x and never had any employee not be kind & welcoming. All of the coffee I have had has been great, but snagging a Cardigan donut along with it is what compliments the customer service best.

Laurisa Donte: Okay FRGMNT...I see you. I had my meeting here this week, and I Yassss. I live 4 minutes away. How did I not know. It's the open floor concept for me.My Maple Latte...on point. Next time I will get it in one of thise cute cups. The butter Croissant y'alllllllll!!!I'll be back.

Oscar Orlando Hendrix Escalante: Very nice coffee shop!

Jorge: Love this place, great espresso and espresso based drinks. The neighborhood feels like it’s attempting to be cosmopolitan and consequently the businesses here. I simply want a coffee. That’s the only small minor annoyance. Outside of that this place is amazing. Check out their other locations too.Service: 5/5 …

In The Loop Coffee Co.: what do users think?

Bonnie Shelangi: I got the toffee crunch latte, customized to 1/2 sweetness, and it was delicious!! Also, the scone was fabulous. The service was very friendly and upbeat, and the ambiance is great. There's a large selection of books to read at the little free library in the cafe, which is a plus for me, an avid reader 😀 And finally, it was so entertaining to watch the dogs patiently wait for and then enjoy their puppuccinos 🐶😍

Jenine Kopenski: Just wish this was a larger place! The pistachio white mocha was amazing!!LOVED the mustaches on the to go cup and door! So much a funny photo op!But the seating area was pretty small and cramped. It was a busy place. Definitely would come back for a to go coffee but not sure I would come for a long sit down.Dietary restrictions: Oat milk

Holly Knoll: Another bonus! Thank you all for being a bright spot in my day.

Five Watt Coffee, E Hennepin: what do users think?

Jabes: The Gibraltar was spot in, nice glass ware and atmosphere. A nice atmospheric mix of social chat and people working or studying.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Ally: and drinks come out pretty fast. It gets busy, FYI, so it gets loud in there. They also sell cute merch and the place is very electric/industrial.I got the Pollinator

Early: Tried a seasonal drink, all day and all night. It was different but good. Wasn't super sweet but not over bearing with an earthy taste and the foam had salt which was the different part but not bad. Also tried the cran orange pastry. Had a well balanced tart and sweetness to it. Only downside was the person who took the order was clueless to the menu and making suggestions. Had no opinion whatsoever when asked. Other than that, I'd recommend this place to try something different.

Samuel Ketcham: Great staff, delicious coffee, immaculate vibes.

Stephen Thiessen: Stopped by after doing an escape room with some friends. The barista was supper and engaging and helped us narrow down our pastry options.MPLS coffee shops always have immaculate vibes and Five Watt is no exception. We loved the large geometric table, perfect for games or coworking. The Kingfield was a delightful salty and robust pick-me-up for an unseasonably warm January afternoon.

Up Cafe and Up Coffee Roasters: what do users think?

Alexandra Hanson: One of my favorite cafes and coffee roasters in the Twin Cities! Their drinks are excellent—one of my favorites is their horchata latte, and there are a ton of great specialty options among the more traditional coffee drinks. The staff here are friendly and quick, and the space is welcoming, well-decorated, and is great as both a quick workspace or as a spot to catch up with friends. They also conveniently sell their amazing roast coffee in the store which is a plus!Another great thing about their cafe are all of their absolutely delicious pastries, they are fresh and super tasty. I especially like their almond croissants when they have them, and their leek and parmesan is a great savory option—you genuinely can't go wrong here. I highly recommend checking out Up Cafe & Up Coffee Roasters!

Not Ren Banney: Really good coffee and pastries. The only downside is that the music being played in the cafe had too much bass. I know that sounds silly but it felt like there was a subwoofer or something. Wearing earbuds to listen one's own music or audio is kind of annoying with the bass cuts through it. Music being played in a coffeeshop is nice, but you don't need that much low end.

Julia Goodhart: Really delicious latte and two vegan pastry options! Pumpkin bread and a brownie.

Amanda J.: Gorgeous coffee shop with wonderful music. Has a solid vibe. Blooming with creativity. Is a great place to meet up with friends or to study.

Kim Wolfe: It’s a 4 degree Fahrenheit day in Minnesota and there is no better way to spend the morning than visiting a coffee shop. I stumbled upon Up Cafe. What a treat! The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. Background music adds to the great vibe here. This is one of the easier-to-get-to coffee shops in Minneapolis as it is near the hustle and bustle of the city but situated in a quiet neighborhood not far off the beaten path. They make a crave-worthy oat milk latte that I will come back for!Parking: This coffee shop has ample, no hassle street parking and a small attached lot.
