Kyle Chank: I've ordered Bonobos a few times and love their clothes fit/style. So I took that to heart and jumped all in for going with Bonobos for my wedding suit and all my groomsmen. I worked with Antony at the North Loop location and over the course of 6+ months Antony personally guided me, gave great advice and put up with 8 guys being slow and making multiple excuses/changes. The suits fit perfect and will be great additions to our wardrobes in the future, but more importantly the service and guidance from Antony was the best part and highly recommend him and the North Loop location for any daily needs or celebrations.

Greg Beinlich: I had inadvertently ordered the wrong color navy suit jacket to go with the light navy pants that I had already gotten from Bonobos. I discovered my mistake the night before I was leaving for an out of town wedding and was lucky enough to reach Antony before the store closed and he was nice enough to stay after hours to help me and was able to get me into the correct jacket that night! You could not ask for better customer service. Thank you to Antony and Bonobos!!!!

Rasikanand Harvind: It was... alright lol. Going by the other reviews here, you would assume service was terrible. That's not the case at all. When I needed help finding something, they were quick to help. They stuck around until I found what I needed. Checkout was swift. The selection is decent. I do think their style offerings in 2021 and 2022 are too casual and somewhat offputting even, but overall I like J.Crew's cut and fabrics. They have been much more liberal with their sales since the pandemic.Some of reviews here are classist and rude. Give these guys a break.

Glenn Reed (glenno6767): I was there looking for work shoes. They had a large section for men's shoes, especially for larger sizes, up to 14. Not much in the way of functional work shoes. Mostly just dress and casual shoes. They did have one pair of Dr. Martens boots in a size 14. They were a bit more than I was planning to spend but they were on sale so I got a good deal and I know they're going to last.

It's just a celebration of what it means to have an identity as a man.As for Marty, he's a true professional. He's focused on excellence and satisfaction. He will find a way to connect with you and make you feel like he's an old friend or family member. And he will make sure that when you walk out of his store, whatever your purchase, it will be balanced between your budget, your style, and uncompromised quality. He will be honest with you every step of the way. And he will be patient.The whole experience is a reflection of a far less disposable time and society. And, isn't it nice to have that feeling of security, and quality when everyone else is walking around in something made for generic masses, intended to be poor quality, short lived and disposable?
J: Ordered 7 custom dress shirts in various colors . Marty suggested just the right mix , as well as the material I'd like and he was right on. Plus, Im an athletic guy and the customized fit I have always gotten is priceless and keeps me looking young ! Always a great experience to drop in and see what is the latest classy upbeat stuff on display from Suits to ties to shirts to belts to slacks and more .
Joel Van Nurden: Best experience ever in buying suits; and best suits I have ever owned as well. Marty is the man to see if you want high quality and good value. I am very particular about clothing but cannot stand snobs either. Marty was perfect. He was knowledgeable and provided great service without making one feel intimidated or unworthy. I would highly recommend seeing Marty before buying anything more than a starter-suit off the rack.
Steve McCulloch: Marty is fantastic. I was looking for a specific pair of Itasca Moccasins and he had them. Unfortunately, when I got them home, I discovered a flaw in the moccasins. I contacted him, he was understanding and went above and beyond to get me a new pair from the manufacturer. I am so glad I found Marty and will be back for more as needed.
