Steven Rethwill: Easy 5 stars. Every part of the process was great. Definitely recommend going to the showroom and taking the time to see all the options and customization that can go into your project. Installation team was awesome. Ask for Steve and Ty for installation, they were super respectful when coming into our home and what I liked most is you could tell that they really cared and wanted to take the time to make sure everything looked perfect. They absolutely crushed it and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Avis MANDEL: Starting with the lovely and creative Kelsey, who carefully and thoughtfully measured not only the space but all the items we removed from the room, our project began. She listened to all our wishes. Having already picked out the carpets I was quite pleased that California Closets had just the right colors and textures to work with it.Trever was a hard-working delight that carried in and installed it all while carrying the components up and up without a bump or bruse to our newly painted walls and the cabinets themselves.The perfect addition has me walking in to just look. Janie Pearson: We loved working with Megan Fronek. She helped us think through everything we might need in our closet, and responded quickly to any future questions. Our closet included every “extra” we could want and makes our closet a very effective use of space. We can store far more in the space than if we had gone with a more traditional closet. Love having a pull out ironing board and drawers for sunglasses and jewelry and storage that goes all the way up to the ceiling!

Mark did a wonderful job with the install and was also very friendly. The only area of improvement we would note is the timeliness with the install. It was supposed to take 1 day to install, but it ended up taking 2 full days. Additionally, the window of arrival for both days was supposed to be between 8:00 & 9:00, but actual arrival for both days was closer to 10:00. It was a minor inconvenience and in the end, we had a beautiful mudroom. We would definitely work with Staci and Mark again!

Ilo Rauch: If you have stuff to store, "The Container Store" has a way to do just that.Re InterMetro shelving: buy it for functionality, not for looks. Parts picked up were dinged and scratched before they left the store.

Emelia Daniels: . This location only had 4 inch junction boxes and 4 inch cross cross bars, but she knew where to find what we needed-an adjustable cross bar. She knew which Hom Depot store sells them because when she goes to other Hom Depot stores when she is near them and checks out what they have for inventory that she doesn’t have at this store!!!Ruth is such a great employee and certainly deserves recognition for her great customer service and subject matter expertise in electrical and lighting. Please consider giving her a promotion or a raise, it’s not too late in Q1 2024 to give someone a raise! Thank you Ruth for your help😊

B B: I live nearby so this is my neighborhood target.They have good prices on avocados so I come here for those and for hygiene products.That said, the past couple times I have shopped here I have been double charged at checkout.Be sure and check your bank statements because something is wrong with their computer system or something.Otherwise, I like this store.

They were very flexible with scheduling the installation as we had a lot going on and needed to prep the area prior to installation. The guys came out and installed start to finish 4 hours. They were neat, clean, very courteous, and efficient. We are very excited for our new space! We absolutely love it!

A Sol: The consultation lasted about an hour. Got the estimate same day. The consultant was wonderful and personable. They had a big discount going on. I still financed which took 5 mins to get approved. Put about $600 down. The rest was financed. Few weeks later they were able to install. It took about 3hrs. They did an awesome job. They do not get rid of your old closet material. But that worked out for us to reuse it in other places. I would recommend.
