Homer Rutledge: . The staff is awesome!Cons: only open on the weekends, the line to get in gets long, but it generally moves fast. Once inside, it can be a bit chaotic.We've been here 4 or 5 times, and purchased over a dozen items.This is an outlet for customer returns, floor models, and/or discontinued items, so you never know what you are going to find. All the inventory is in very good shape, though. Some items have easily spotted minor imperfections, but most look brand new and in perfect condition to me.They are only open on the weekend, and people start to line up 30 or 40 minutes before the doors open. The line gets long, but moves a lot faster than you'd expect. Once, I was as at the end of the longest line I've seen there, and I waited about 30 minutes before I was in the door.Once you're inside, it's a bit hectic. Lots of people scrambling to look through the inventory. Once you find something you want, you flag down an employee who marks the item as sold, and gives you a tag to take to the register.The staff is fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. They do a great job managing the chaos. Without such a high quality staff, the place would be anarchy. Can't praise them enough.Once you've made a purchase, you can choose to have your items delivered

Steven: Deals can be had on quality Room & Board furniture but manage your expectations. 1st, it does take some time to get in the store when they open on Sat and also checking out takes some time. Expect to spend 90 mins to 2 hours here. 2nd, selection varies every weekend so there's a chance you won't see anything good on the day you go and all the hot deals will be gone by Sat afternoon. They do deliver and it's a flat fee no matter how many items so that is a bargain! Don't need to rent a truck and find help to move.

kraigompls: Jason did a walnut veneer on a pair of MDF hi-fi speakers I built. 36" x 7.5" x 14.25". They came out looking fantastic, I can't find a flaw and I can tell he put some care into how the grain lined up. It was a small job for him, but it makes me very happy, even though I may revisit the quick oil finish I did. A bit of sanding and another coat or two of tung oil would probably do wonders for them.
Peter Haeg: Jason built a custom built in mudroom cabinet and a separate mudroom bench/shoe cabinet for us. It was a really tricky build because of the space limitations with a door swing. He took a lot of time with us to figure out the design. It needed every bit of the consideration and it turned out great. Particularly noteworthy is his attention to detail, commitment to getting it done right, sourcing the right hardware, and having a design understanding to incorporate pieces within a larger space. He made a couple follow up visits to fine tune hardware after the install. We didn't price shop around, but I'm sure his costs would be competitive.

John Saunders: We hired Jason to help with a 14 foot live edge, slab dining room table. His attention to detail is exquisite, and we quickly gained trust in his craft and judgment. We then hired Jason to do floating shelves, counter tops and other custom work for our kitchen, and then we hired him again to design and build a foyer system. We can't say enough good things about Jason and his work. From a homeowner's perspective, it's nice to work with a professional like Jason, because we felt comfortable sharing our vision and budget with him and then trusted Jason to follow through without asking too many questions. MB Colbert: My custom, local, solid ash WFTH dining table was just delivered, and it's a beauty!My dining space required a very specific sized table, and I found little to no retail options. I ordered an online table that looked like it would work, but had to send it back.WFTH’s website gave me inspiration to explore a custom table. I made an inquiry, and WFTH designer Kelley Hermes promptly responded. Through emails and a shop visit, we figured out what direction to take. Kelley sent me drawings of various options and we fine tuned the design; it was a fun process. The skilled woodworkers created a gorgeous and unique table. I love how heavy it is. I’m glad I invested in this heirloom quality piece of furniture.

This was the 4th furniture store I stopped at today.The furniture is well made, you can feel the quality and difference compared to the other stores. The style of it is exactly what I’ve been looking for. The furniture was mostly really comfortable. The knowledge of the staff is unmatched, they’ll go out of their way to help you.My only complaint is the price for the furniture. But I don’t think it’s overpriced, all their stuff seems to be made really well. You get what you pay for and this is definitely not cheap pressed wood like many other stores have.

The salesperson who assisted me, Louis, was friendly and helped me decide on a great option for my space. When I decided to browse around after purchasing my sofa, I wasn’t constantly badgered by salespeople - I was left to wander at my own pace, but employees seemed readily available if I did need help. All in all, a very relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be back!

So the shipping coordinator had to track them down. It was a mess.I will continue to shop with CB2 but will prefer to buy floor pieces or pieces that are definitely in-stock at the local warehouse. I just don't trust CB2 on the corporate side of things right now but, the MSP store location is great!

Definitely recommend going to the showroom and taking the time to see all the options and customization that can go into your project. Installation team was awesome. Ask for Steve and Ty for installation, they were super respectful when coming into our home and what I liked most is you could tell that they really cared and wanted to take the time to make sure everything looked perfect. They absolutely crushed it and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Kamryn Grimes: The warehouse itself was really nice and all of the staff were very friendly. The pricing was alright. When I visited there were some items that looked pretty damaged cosmetically, but were still priced pretty high. Overall, it's still a good place to find furniture at a lower price.
