Jessica was very informative and explained each step of the process, so i was relaxed and comfortable.I enjoyed my facial and the look of my rejuvenated skin! She was very thorough and explained the need for sunscreen especially for the several days following.I enjoyed being able to relax without high pressure sales tactics to purchase future services or products.The "shop" is warm and inviting. Clean and welcoming. Parking was good, right outside the building. I highly recommend you treat yourself and indulge in a wonderful experience!

Anne Constantine: I love this branch of Lush. The staff are always knowledgeable and nice. They don't overwhelm you and will let you shop, but they are well staffed and ready when you need them. It's a smaller location than the Mall of America store, but it's a less chaotic shopping experience. They are great about giving samples when you make a puchase to introduce new favorites. I highly recommend it!

Susan Ramlet: Sephora always has very helpful staff. They have an enormous selection of cosmetics, too many to choose from. If you're a member of the club, you get a free gift on your birthday, so I went in for that, and of course found something else to buy.
Torrie Rinehart: . They even set me up with personal lesson on how to do my eyeliner Diane was so patient with me during our one on one and make me feel at ease. This will be the only Sephora store I go to from now on. Thank you so much for sending me into the new year on a high note!
