Susan Ramlet: Sephora always has very helpful staff. They have an enormous selection of cosmetics, too many to choose from. If you're a member of the club, you get a free gift on your birthday, so I went in for that, and of course found something else to buy.
Torrie Rinehart: . They even set me up with personal lesson on how to do my eyeliner Diane was so patient with me during our one on one and make me feel at ease. This will be the only Sephora store I go to from now on. Thank you so much for sending me into the new year on a high note!

Joel Rogness: Love this place. It leans Japanese, Chinese, and Korean, but has a selection of products from all over Asia. Used to be hard to find at first but now since we all have an omnipotent hive mind, it's easy! And so worth it.

While I'd prefer tofu or mock duck, the tempeh was pretty good, if a bit dry. I would also want more bite from the pickled veggies but overall great for the price

S M: Fun selection of Scandinavian knickknacks. They also sell tools for making lefse and krumkake. I went there recently in search of double salted licorice but they did not have it.If you go to the deli, try the lutefisk. And if you're too chicken, the smoked salmon is great. Make sure you bring cash for the deli.
Thang Truong: Very cute and quiet gift shop, sells mostly Scandinavian but also other various Minnesotan and European goods. Deli section of the store has a wide variety of ready-to-heat foods, snacks, and meats. Would definitely come back next time I'm in Minneapolis.

Eric Frank: Only complaint is the bike parking. I feel like only one bike can actually fit on the rack given its proximity to the building, the entrance column, and a handicap parking space. Would love if the rack could be moved to accommodate more bikes. Otherwise, a great grocery store!

After I went to check out a deal on an Uppababy stroller, I wanted to see one in person. I stopped in the store and the two associates were so knowledgeable and friendly! They were able to help me check out all the strollers I had considered, they had the same prices as the online deals, they have exceptional service and a discount on accessories! When I decided on a product I fell in love with, they had the high-end Veer stroller in stock and was able to come home with me that day! I didn’t have to spend time waiting for an online order to emerge! They also told me they could help ensure my future car seat would be installed correctly when purchased through them! That’s a great service! I’ve already sent multiple texts to friends about how great their store is and I think moms-to-be need to check it out! Low sales pressure matched with exceptional service! Courtney Spiess: I had issues with staff not calling me back when I called the main number to get an update on my furniture order. I called several times and was told I would get a call back with an update. That didn't happen until I left a google review. If you're looking for an update respond to the confirmation email instead. That would have gotten me to the right person faster. Once I did get through to someone who knew what they were doing I got good service and he came up with a solution that worked for both of us.

Initially there was a problem with the rocker from the manufacturer and baby grand with no effort resolve the issue to our satisfaction.

They called me back just a few hours later and had one set of bed rails unclaimed for and said to come by the following week and pick them up. I went today and they had them all ready for me and brought it out and loaded it into my car. I cant recommend them enough! Customer service is amazing and it was the icing on the cake that they took the extra steps in fixing their mistake and making it up! Thanks again Baby Grand for such a great experience :
