Erica Peterson: Really quick and friendly service. Was in and out in 5 minutes *because I made an appointment ahead of time*. Security all very friendly and employees helpful with answering questions. Plenty of parking on the back side of the building and signs to tell you which side of the building to go to depending on service needed
Shane McCool: The whole thing took about 20m on a Wed afternoon. They have any 15windows of I remember right so they can get to your # pretty quickly. It wasn't too busy when I went & I might change my answer if I had to wait in line forever but I didn't.
Gabriela Torres: after waiting for about ten minutes. The person who processed my application was so friendly and smiley. The entire process from when they called my ticket number up until I left took about 15 minutes total. It was very professional and quick. I am very satisfied with my experience. One of the employees recommended coming in on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. Mondays and Fridays are the busiest days of the week to come here.
Rachel Diggs: With how crazy busy they usually are, they have a great system in place for getting ppl in and out. Sometimes it's still a long wait but if you expect it to be a quick 20 minute visit, then you might want to rethink it lol. The snort and employees have always been kind when I come in.

I see a lot of low star reviews from past year when the offices finally opened up for walk-ins after long time post covid times and that could be one of the reason for the long wait times and stuff.

Emmie Miller: If you're going for something quick, like changing your name after marriage, carefully follow the instructions on your application, and make an appt - it was super efficient. I was in and out in about ten or fifteen minutes.

שלמה בן דוד Ricky White: My wife had business with SSA and there was a line outside but once they opened, it did take very long to get to the security station and pass through the metal detector. Then you have to go to a self service kiosk so choose the service you need. Once my wife got her number, 10 minutes later her number was called and once at the window it took at most 15 minutes for her to complete her business and leave. A very efficient experience.

Jen: If you are changing your name - MAKE AN APPT! I made one the same week I went in and skipped the entire line and took about 45 seconds with the woman at the counter.

K W: No appt needed. I showed up 1/2hr before SSA opened and waited in line outside with others, until they opened at 9am. A security officer directed us to the correct area, depending on our business. We took turns checking in at the kiosks, using only our SS#. A slip of paper with our call number came out of the machine. I waited about 10min and finished my SS benefit needs in another 10 min, as I was just bringing in legal docs needed for my application. The staff accessed my acct, checked my docs and said he had what he needed to finish my application. The staff was great, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a great experience, except for the childlessness regarding who gets to be at the front of the line outside… geeze
Virginia Nygaard: Together, my husband and I had 3 Medicare issues. My 2 concerns were easily resolved, but my husband's required a bit of work. The agent was professional and offered several options, and helped him to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. We were very satisfied with our interactions with this office.

Astro: They are rude hang up on you, don't return phone calls dont send out mail to let you know what is going on with your benefits , i have been waiting for days for my case worker here to call me back she wont though i have called her multiple times to try to get in contact I always get voicemail i dont get it if you people working here dont want to do your jobs then quit your screwing over people who need help and its wrong whats even worse is i cant get into the online thing to make an account it wont let me and i cant get to the office either cause i dont have transportation so all i can do is call and hope someone will be kind enough to talk me to and let me know what is going on.edit finally got ahold of a very nice person she was able to help and figure out what was going on. Wish I knew your name so I could properly thank you for being kind and actually taking the time and effort to help me you made a huge difference in my life and I really hope God blesses you 🙏

Tamara: Everyone was so super friendly and helpful today January 2nd arrived at 9:00 a.m. saw someone within 15 minutes. She was very patient and answered the questions in my screening appointment to move things forward regarding SS.Really really appreciated the security guard at the door so helpful and kind respectful to everyone.
Robin Doublette: there were already several people there. Once they opened I didn't wait long and everyone was kind and helpful. Ms. Morse was very patient with me as I didn't understand well what the issue was with no being able get payment benefits. She explained and it only took a few minutes. I do understand that some people come in and are not very nice to the employees, I will make sure when I come or call that I am not rude, because I know your job is hard. Thank you Ms. Morse!
