Then you have to go to a self service kiosk so choose the service you need. Once my wife got her number, 10 minutes later her number was called and once at the window it took at most 15 minutes for her to complete her business and leave. A very efficient experience.

A security officer directed us to the correct area, depending on our business. We took turns checking in at the kiosks, using only our SS#. A slip of paper with our call number came out of the machine. I waited about 10min and finished my SS benefit needs in another 10 min, as I was just bringing in legal docs needed for my application. The staff accessed my acct, checked my docs and said he had what he needed to finish my application. The staff was great, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a great experience, except for the childlessness regarding who gets to be at the front of the line outside… geeze
