They are quite spendy, but woth it for that hard person to buy for. I would recommend it to everyone. It was a lot of fun shopping there. The cashier was very short with us & not very helpful or polite. They have a confusing checkout process especially if your looking for your member information. The restroom was clean & the store was also. I'd recommend to friends & family.

Carla Addison: We did the Edina loop and looked through almost all the shops for furniture. Maya at Crate and Barrel was so helpful and friendly as we shopped with our baby. We found several pieces we loved and for the most part quality seemed to be great. Thank you Maya for making our shopping experience fun and easy and sorry about the baby dropping puffs at the end. I didn't get a chance to thank you at the end as you snuck off. Seriously considering several pieces from here!

Zach B: This review is a bit late but I came in last month on the 22nd after my girlfriend and I bought a dresser. One of the drawers broke during assembly and the lady working at the customer service counter, Kiki, was incredible at helping me out! She went out of her way to ensure I got all the replacement parts I needed! She was incredibly patient and worked incredibly hard to help me out. I even saw her answer something her coworker was was asking during the process without missing a beat! Get this lady a promotion!
Wren: plushie, and it was absolutely the most comfortable plushie I ever had. Whenever I have the need to stop by and get some new household amenities and furniture, I'll make sure to stop by IKEA. One thing to make sure is to pay with a card, as you're going to be waiting awhile for a cashier if you need to pay with cash.
