Really felt like these folks know and appreciate plumping. This will be my first stop for plumbing from now on.Great service, great people with lots of knowledge, reasonable prices - what more can a customer ask for?Update: discovered my shower had 1930s valve cartridges. I brought in my cartridges and they dug through catalogs until they found someone who makes a replacement. It took a couple months for these special parts to come in, but once installed they worked flawlessly. I can't say enough good things about these people. I worked primarily with Nick for the parts and Max for pickup - they both did solid by me!

Sam Smith: I was looking for replacement parts for an old tub faucet. Was referred to this place by another local plumbing supply store. The gentleman behind the counter new exactly what kind of old faucet I had as soon as he saw the stem. Produced a replacement in a matter of minutes, I left I with exactly what I needed even though I didn't know what kind of faucet I had to begin with. Now I know where to go in fifty years when the faucet fails again.

Michele Koomen: Keith Rothstein was a consummate professional of everything related to Kohler plumbing fixtures. He was easy to work with and during COVID followed safety protocols. We recently built a new home in WA state. With the help of Keith, we selected plumbing fixtures that are beautiful, functional and water efficient. John Sorbo shared his comprehensive knowledge of toilets, shower faucet trim/valves, vanity cabinets, medicine cabinets. they had a working display of the panasonic whisper exhaust fans i was looking for. i received far more information and attention than i have at ferguson in GV where i live.

But they laughed, handed it back and pointed out the machine. 10/10 will shop again, despite shame.
Rule 64: Fantastic shop. Well organized, well laid out, fair prices. Can't ask for much more. I feel that the employees seem to enjoy their time here. I do not suspect that the employees are chained up in a basement crawl space through the night. Keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍
