Sam Smith: I was looking for replacement parts for an old tub faucet. Was referred to this place by another local plumbing supply store. The gentleman behind the counter new exactly what kind of old faucet I had as soon as he saw the stem. Produced a replacement in a matter of minutes, I left I with exactly what I needed even though I didn't know what kind of faucet I had to begin with. Now I know where to go in fifty years when the faucet fails again.

Really felt like these folks know and appreciate plumping. This will be my first stop for plumbing from now on.Great service, great people with lots of knowledge, reasonable prices - what more can a customer ask for?Update: discovered my shower had 1930s valve cartridges. I brought in my cartridges and they dug through catalogs until they found someone who makes a replacement. It took a couple months for these special parts to come in, but once installed they worked flawlessly. I can't say enough good things about these people. I worked primarily with Nick for the parts and Max for pickup - they both did solid by me!

Nick Timm: This business is a lifesaver!! I had a pressure relief valve fail on a commercial water heater on a saturday and needed a new valve to repair it before monday for a pre sale property inspection. This company was closed for the weekend, and the part is not available at any hardware store in the state. With no time to wait for shipping, out of desperation, i sent the company a message via the chat option on google. To my surprise, the owner responded. I explained my situation and asked if there was any way to get the part before monday. I didn't expect it to happen, but I was desperate and hoping for a miracle. He replied that he lives just 10 minutes from the store and would get me the part asap. He had me order online for pickup at the store, and I was able to pick it up the following morning. I could have picked it up the same day, but it was late evening, and the drive is a 3-hour round trip. I wish words could express the depth of my gratitude for this company and its owner. I very rarely post a review for business, but this company definately earned the spot of being the third one I've reviewed in my lifetime - with the other two being reviews about bad experiences.

Brian Johnson: We wanted to remodel our bathroom and our son in law said to go see Jessica at Gerhard’s which is in First Supply in So. St. Paul. Jessica was the best, she spent quite a bit of time with us. She made absolute sure we got the right colors, the style of vanity, cabinets, tub, and fixtures. She kept us informed about delivering dates to the warehouse and delivery to our home. Everything was delivered and put in our garage on the date and time promised. Jessica was the best and we couldn’t have done the project without her. Thanks to Gerhard’s and First Supply for their wonderful help.
