Old School by Steeple People: what do users think?

Baronda Bradley: Great place, definitely on the A-list of resale options--supports good stuff in the community, attractive environment, good pricing, and a work station for packaging your purchases with bags, bubble wrap, even boxes!

Liz Crandall: Love this place!

Natasha Villanueva: Old School is a great asset to the Stevens Square-Loring Heights neighborhood. I stop in regularly to peruse the clothing and have found several pieces from basics to statement pieces that receive lots of compliments.

Lydia Stark: i genuinely find some of my favorite clothes and home items here and usually for no more than $7 at most. i’d love to gatekeep my favorite little store, but if you’re thrifty, make this a regular stop.

jason: I like the selection of clothes they have. Very nice thrift store.

Jay Villegas: Found so many great gems in this shop for a very good price!

Ryo Flying: Dropped off summer dresses as a donation. I was surprised to find that they have a lot more items available for sale than what it appeared from outside. Nicely decorated inside and my interaction with a staff member was wonderful. I will come back as a customer next time.

Kristin Duell: Great little store. Staff is wonderful. Prices are reasonable. It's a great place for books, household, jewelry and women's fashion. I recommend checking it out. Be sure to know the hours they're open though because I believe they are only open 4 days a week for limited hours only. W - Sat. 11-5

Ben: one of the only thrift stores in the city that sells good clothing for affordable prices, kind staff, generous return policy

Jessica Roberts: Great experience! I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of sewing patterns and plus size clothing items. The staff are lovely, friendly people. The prices are great, and the store is clean and well organized!

Tamar Snir: Quaint

Anne Chovie: Always greeted with enthusiasm and kindness. The staff is welcoming and kind, love this place!

Sam Rose: i feel so lucky to live minutes away from this place! got an awesome deal on a coat today, and last month i got a wok in near mint condition that i use all the time. much more reasonable prices than a lot of the thrift stores in the city and they're always having sales!

Jay O: Excellent prices and wide variety of products. I was super pleased with my buy! Yay!

Michelle Vietor: , awesome craft supplies, and some kitchen items that would have cost a small fortune at Target or Wal-Mart.I'll DEFINITELY be coming back!

Yi Wang: Love this place. Bought a silk scarf for $3.

Assistance League Thrift Shop: what do users think?

Lynn Ogard: This is one of the best Thrift Stores in the metro area. Volunteers are helpful, merchandise is top quality and the prices are awesome! It should be on every thrift store lovers list.

Elizabeth: Great selection of quality clothing. The ladies working when I visited were so kind & pleasant to interact with!

Nicole Geraghty: Great and nice thrift store. I mostly find quality pieces here as far as clothing. They carry some designer and higher name brands as well as everyday brands. But the real quality is in the workers and volunteers. I feel like a get some sweet auntie and grandma time chatting with them every time I visit. Thanks for having great customer service!!

Francesca: Kind & helpful ladies on the floor team which consist of volunteers. Organized, cozy space and i always find at least one good steal at least every time i visit. One of my favorite thrifts in the twin cities, truly a hidden gem.

Natsu Gravelle: This is the most organized and affordable thrift store I’ve ever been to, my wallet was in danger of being completely emptied. The employees are so friendly, and so knowledgeable!

Cathy Schlegel: Really beautiful store with high quality items. Prices are slightly higher than other thrift stores but it's because the things there are more high end. Most clothing is under $15. Dale Bradtke: always fun

Noah Barth: Front of the store has some really great artwork, furniture, and lighting. Pricing system has regular markdowns so with a little patience and luck you could get a great deal.

Cara Mills Bennett: Beautiful, very fun store! Was busy when I went in on a Thursday morning. Lots of beautiful, unique furniture at reasonable prices. Will definitely be back.

Carlos Cruz: Find a treasure every in every visit, whatever it is that you are looking, you will find. Guaranteed! 🤫😄

David Enyeart: Not the home furnishings you expect. This is where you go for the unusual and the unexpected. Go with an open mind, and don't forget to check the dates on the price tags. Prices go down the longer a piece is in the store.

Kyle Barrie: Shawn is amazing. You can in in once a week and always find something new and fun.

Amy Jo Hyde: I find something I love every time I stop in to Bella Galleria. The prices are very reasonable and Shawn is very helpful. Recommend this store highly for buying and consigning.

222 Hennepin Apartment Homes: what do users think?

Trevor Allred: Honestly the best experience I've ever had at an apartment. Staff is super helpful and friendly, location is great. Maintenance was always lightning fast. Any issues were promptly handled and taken seriously. If you are looking for something in North loop, I would start here.

MJ: , community events, pet friendly, multiple elevators, maintenance professionals who are knowledgeable and prompt, indoor heated parking, security staff, marble countertops and stainless steel appliances are all absolutely top-notch, BUT the staff makes this place feel like home. Noah, Dan and Sarah are the best of the best! They care about...everything and everybody! If you are looking for a place in the North Loop...look no further. This is it.

Kam Cone: We toured multiple north loop & NE apartments and 222 had the best parking scenerio BY far!

Asia Nelson: Highly recommend living at this property. Aside from the amazing location and numerous amenties, the management team onsite is comprised of the most thoughtful and committed staff who truly care about creating community and making each resident feel at home. Sarah, Noah, and Dan have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to help us.They host several fun and engaging community events each month to get to know your neighbors and there's even yoga onsite! We have not experienced any trouble living here and for any quick maintenance fixes, they are responded to quickly and efficiently. Parking is great here, and there's options for tandem spaces which is rare in the NL area.If you are looking for a new home in Minneapolis, make sure this property is first on your list!

Ryan Middendorf: I have lived at 222 for almost a year now and the place is AWESOME! It is maintained perfectly and the people are very friendly. Sarah, Dan and Noah are amazing and always there to help. 10/10 recommendation.

Haadie: Thank you to Dan, Noah, Sara, Mike and the team for an incredible move in day experience.I’ve moved 4/5 times to various apartment complexes and this one was by far the best experience. This place is beautiful and well kept. It’s so nice having a staff that knows how to take care of its residents. Can’t wait for the days ahead thanks to the team!

philip valley: Recently moved into 222 Hennepin Apartments and I am absolutely thrilled. Incredible location, within walking distance to dozens of wonderful restaurants, live music and the river. The staff couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Noah, Dan and Sarah were all there for me as I asked them endless questions. I had a negative experience at my previous residence and they went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect unit to call home. They didn't rush me into making a decision and gladly let me visit multiple times before I found the right fit.I've only been here a week but you know when a place is right, it's just a vibe. The community is really friendly, they have a bunch of activities for the residents including yoga twice a week. This place rocks!

Molly Lyons: Everything is always clean and feels safe. Plus, great location and right above Whole Foods!

Kronus Advisor: BUT Sarah, Dan, Noah, and team have been nothing but kind, attentive, helpful, and generally excellent to work with as I've gotten settled in to my new place. based on my experience so far would absolutely recommend living here.

Nicolas Valencia: I've been living in 222 for over 2 years, and it has been Excellent. It has been a stress-free experience since I moved in. The staff is always ready to answer questions, and are very quick! Sarah, Noah and Dan are very friendly and make us feel welcome every time we see them.I also recently did a transfer within the building and it was the smoothest thing ever. The best part of 222 is how quickly the maintenance staff responds to issues in the apartment. Every time I put in a ticket, it is resolved within 24 hours max! the resident events are also fantastic, and the location is great and central to everywhere! It is very hard to top 222 Hennepin!

Holly Frankenberg: Great location, great management team, enclosed garage parking, great amenities. Would recommend!

Luke Cerretani: By far the best apartments and even better service in the North Loop! The entire team is amazing, especially Sarah, Noah and the office crew! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to live.

Andrew Bourgoin: The Team at 222 Hennepin is incredibly good at what they do. I was making a cross country move and they were excellent communicators every step of the way. When I arrived, I was greeted with such support and warmth - it was like being welcomed into a family home - what a treat! Additionally, the apartment was perfectly prepared for my arrival. Clean, updated, and complete with a gift from the Team. I can not say enough good things about this whole experience. Shout out to Sarah! ✌️

Derrick Ijames: Serving and Leading is Talent and a Skill SetI absolutely love living at 222 Hennepin. I have lived here for almost 3 years now. What I know for sure is that the leadership team in place currently is an AMAZING group of professionals. Noah, Sarah, Dan, Dave, and Joe always go the extra mile to make 222 truly the best place to live. Like every other property, they run into their share of problems and issues. Occasionally, they score a HUGE victory against almost insurmountable odds. However, I have observed that it is their everyday successes that make 222 a great place to live. This is also what motivates me to stay - even with all the newer properties opening up all around 222. I recall reading a quote in an article on Harold Poling years ago where he said, “Not all heroes are engaged in events that make headlines, not all are enshrined in halls of fame. Many heroes in our business are the people who do their best every day and succeed more often than not.” This sounds like the staff a 222 Hennepin.Noah, Sarah, Dan, Dave, and Joe, thank you for everything you do for the 222 community. There are times when we as residents forget the great experiences you have delivered. But, we will never forget how you make us feel. There is a true sense of community and belonging at 222 Hennepin. Serving and leading is a balancing act. You all do it very well.

Niki Daul: Would absolutely recommend living at 222 to anyone looking to live in Minneapolis! I spent 3 years there and have zero complaints. The building is in an amazing location, with a bonus having whole foods just downstairs. The staff was always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions/needs/maintenance requests, etc. The amenities are also great - I spent a lot of time out on the pool deck and using the gym. They also hold plenty of events for all residents to join - yappy hours for the apartment pups were always a great time.

Dennis B: Prime location with impeccable amenities and frequent, fun, calendar events. All the staff are absolutely amazing!Special shout out to Dan for his legendary service and going above and beyond.

David Small: Being some months into my lease at 222 I still have zero regrets on my decision. I’ve really enjoyed that from the start my interactions with the team have always felt personable and not pushy or “sales-y” in any way. Reading reviews for other buildings got me thinking I’d have to deal with unreasonable staff one way or the other regardless of where I decided on in the North Loop and 222 proved that not to be the case. At first I came across its overwhelmingly positive reviews then happened to meet different folks living in the building that encouraged me to check it out and relieved my concerns around the reviews being exaggerated. If 222 is on your list, definitely take the time to tour. Hope this helps!P.S. One low key, unadvertised perk I discovered after moving is that the lobby coffee machine makes the *best* hot chocolate I’ve had in any of the residential buildings I’ve tried lol. *chef’s kiss*

June: what do users think?

bunny hats: I’ve been visiting this store for years, even before it moved to Edina. I absolutely love it! I often bring friends and family as we find great pieces to upgrade work outfits or special occasions. The owner is knowledgeable and remembers me every time. I feel welcomed and it’s one of my favorite things to do: grab a matcha and take my time browsing and learning more about the beautiful finds. Never change! 💕💕💕

Sophia Noonan: I can always find a fun unique piece when I stop by June. The customer service is amazing and extremely helpful when browsing their new picks. I feel so welcomed by all of the staff, catering to trying things on and helping pick out great gifts. Some of my favorite forever pieces have come from June. I would definitely recommend to any designer or quality secondhand lovers!

Molly Sulilivan: The quality of the clothes, shoes and accessories at June is exquisite. With well-curated racks and excellent service, I always manage to find something special. Such a great go-to shop for special events, gifts and everyday luxury!

Katie Shapiro: , and have always been treated friendly/kindly/respectfully. I also feel like they offer very fair prices for items especially considering they pay you upfront versus selling on consignment. The owner clearly has discerning taste as this is a charming store with a beautifully curated collection of clothing and accessories.

Jesi Hoolihan: I’ve been shopping at June since it opened back in the old space. I have had only the most amazing experience with Daune. She expertly chooses the items she brings in and everything she stocks is in perfect condition. I’ve lived in many metro areas and I almost exclusively shop resale - June always exceeds my expectations. Whether you’re a shopper or selling your designer items, this is the store to trust.

Kara Norton: I have found everyone friendly and even when I relayed I was not in the market that day I was invited to handle a purse to see how it felt. I have found a roll on oil

lil strawberry: I've found a few of my favorite designer pieces here. I will always stop here when I'm in town!!

Laura Rae: Great place to find unique designer pieces. I have a pair of Chanel earrings from June that I love!

Hidden Treasures Thrift Store: what do users think?

Katlyn Lodermeier: This place was such a nice surprise. We walked in and it is huuuuge. They have a large variety of things to look at, very well organized and they have a little area for children to color whilst you shop.

shayna karuman: . The staff overall are so wonderful ! Also the prices are great and affordable for people like me that cannot afford at market value items.

David Hernandez: I stop by every time I can. 😊😊

Evelyn Staats: this is one of my favorite thrift stores

Kim Blackmore: One of my favorite thrift stores! Decent prices and great finds if you like vintage. I also really appreciate their craft/fabric section

Heidi Graham: accessible, but they are double doors. The green tags were 70-75% off today, Thurs, 2/22/24. Enjoy all my pictures! They have a lot of great Easter Decor out and furniture too! Always a fun time to be had in here. The employees are always friendly and happy.

Matthew Lord: . Even though it's smaller, I much prefer shopping here to Goodwill or Savers.

Regina Phalange: I've been following Hidden Treasures on facebook since I donated some items a couple years ago. After seeing a FB post for 50% off all media I decided I needed finally check out the store. I found $1.99 DVD and an un-priced, unopened season 5 set of ELR. I asked an associate how much she thought it was? She said if the dvd was $1.99 this would probably be $3.99. Bonus! The $1.99 was a 90% off red tag instead of the 50$ off media! "Tell the cashier Michelle said it's $3.99". So for $2.38 out the door I got a used DVD, a brand new set of dvd's!! Coupled w friendly and helpful service! My cashier also gave me a Fequent Shopper card & signed me up for their emails & such. I didn't shop around to see what was 90% off as I figured a lot of items I don't need would have come home with me because... well it's ONLY... ha. Thanks Hidden Treasures..... you stood by your name on my inaugural visit! Looking forward to future treasure hunting! Cheers.

Jordan: Breath of fresh air in a world of high-priced, mediocre thrift stores. Hidden Treasures has great variety and great prices.

Frederick The Planespotter: Polite and friendly staff with a good rotating selection of stuff ranging from furniture, clothing, toys, games, electronics, books, to even records and cd's. It even has a power strip available to customers to test electronic products. Parking is usually accessible near the establishment. Sometimes can be a little dirty though.

Google User: I have been coming to Hidden Treasures for over 10 years now. When I first started coming here they were lesser known and now they have become quite popular! I always donate here rather than Goodwill and feel good about it. During the Holidays, their Christmas selection is amazing!! and the prices are reasonable! I recommend this thrift store to all my friends.

Veronica Barnes: The best thrift store! Especially around Christmas 🎄 I've scored so many treasures here!

Paul Bibeau: This is definitely our favorite thrift store. Of the hundreds we'vd visited over the years. excellent prices wonderful staff

jason: Very great selection here

Mark Allen: Prices are good for most items

Daymark Uptown Apartment Homes: what do users think?

Mike Remole: Choosing a new apartment can be difficult and fraught with second guessing and decision making. Merrill and the team at Daymark were very helpful in helping me decide to live at Daymark apartments. They have all been very kind, helpful and top of the class management who have assembled a community that is very welcoming. I am looking forward to my time living here.

Hayim Herring: The Daymark uptown staff is exceptional! They are kind, caring, thoughtful, and incredibly friendly. I have never encountered professionals so dedicated to their renters and go far beyond the proverbial mile. They are like the program staff on a cruise liner and create a safe and fun environment. I can’t say enough good words about them, and I want to single out the first three staff people that I met: Taron, Amy, and Angelica. They are superstars in the people business.

J P: The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.

John Bissonette: I love living here at Daymark! This place has totally earned its spot as the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. First and foremost, the staff are amazing. They are all so kind, helpful, and caring. They create an awesome community! I love my apartment, it's gorgeous and cozy. I have a fireplace, which I've always wanted! I haven't had any maintenance issues in the ~6 months I have lived here.I am impressed with the Weidner management team they have done an outstanding job creating and maintaining this community. I will wholeheartedly recommend anyone to live here or one of the other properties under Weidner management.

Joe Blake: Daymark is such a beautiful building! Taryn and Angelina are extremely friendly and are always willing to help, and the coffee shop in the lobby creates a cozy atmosphere.

kevin bradley: I love living at Daymark. All the staff are kind, friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew are Johnny on the spot when called on. The common spaces are spotless and inviting. The staff are always coming up with activities for all to partake in. The courtyard is a great gathering spot in the summer. In my opinion Daymark is the best place to lease an apartment in the uptown area. I love all the events and the philosophy of apartment community

Bo Puckett: By far the best place to live in the area! James gave me an awesome tour and made the move-in process extremely easy. The washer hose in my unit was not hooked up upon move-in and caused some minor flooding in my living room, however it was promptly taken care of by the awesome staff. The summer community events rock!Annual carnival, Free Yoga classes for residents, etc. Daymark has something for everyone. You will not regret moving here!

Sharon Miller: garage is well-maintained for easy access and use. Overall we give this place an A+.

Mikki Brenna: Moving to Daymark was a great experience! The staff has all been so accommodating and understanding! When I toured the building, James was so helpful and more interested in finding me the right unit for my budget and not at all trying to pressure me to a more expensive unit which I’ve experienced other places in Minneapolis. I can’t say enough about how great the staff is! The building is well kept and the amenities are amazing! For the first time in 5 years I fully intend to stay here when my lease is up and re-sign! I’ve been here for 2 months now and I’m never leaving!!!

Nick Konkov: You can work remotely from any part of Daymark. Nice and comfortable place

Rachel Robison: Most amazing staff ever! Front desk is so friendly and helpful, especially Taryn. Nice community with many events each month you can attend.

Gatsby Apartments: what do users think?

Abdirisaq Elmi: Amazing place to be and live. Great location close to downtown but not too immersed in it. A fresh bakery shop inside the building, logical and secure features and methods to ensure tenants safety and privacy. Also… depending on your unit, the view could be one of the best views on the city.

Jesse Moore: at my leisure OR walk 8 minutes to the light rail and get anywhere. I recommend living here

Mark Overstreet: TC and Julia from the front office were always helpful and responsive! Maintenance was also on top of all of my requests. Really enjoyed living at the Gatsby! MGO

Nada Mohamed: The leasing staff here are so nice! I came to visit a friend, and was so impressed by the kindness and friendliness of all the staff. The building itself is also gorgeous- highly recommend!

Dennis Rossetti: The Gatsby Apartments have been an unexpected pleasure! We relocated to Minneapolis from Florida not knowing what to expect other than a weather change. Upon arrival at the Gatsby we met Leasing Consultants TC and Julia, who from the first hello, both of them gave us a sense of comfort and a feeling that this would be a good experience! During our initial tour of the complex we were very impressed by the sense of security and care that went into providing a top notch living experience for the residents with its amenities and well kept community spaces. The apartment we reside in has exceeded our expectations. It has been a warm, comfortable and meticulously designed to utilize all the space that allows us not to feel cramped. After experiencing living at the Gatsby apartments we would not hesitate to recommend this complex to our family and friends!

Quinn Bissen: .The building's location makes it easy to access the entire metro area, you are able to get just about anywhere in ~15 minutes or less, also the north loop is nearby which has plenty of great spots for walks or restaurants to grab a bite to eat. Finally, the views from the building are fantastic and there is a heated parking garage

Kera LePitre: You just can't find a better option at this price range around downtown. In unit laundry, walk-in closets, AND large soaking tubs? Are you kidding? Not to mention the staff are so incredibly flexible and accommodating. Julia, TC, and Mason go above and beyond. Truly "luxury" experience.

Austin Tyrrell: is extremely helpful and fair. He went above and beyond during my time living there and when I moved out.In an effort to be transparent, the one elevator was broken pretty regularly during my time there but there are two others and a stairwell. So, it wasn't even close to a big deal.I would recommend living here to anyone!

Ramadan Kareem: is a nearly impossible state/community to integrate into regardless of effort, and isolation is debilitating; however, the Gatsby management drives honorable efforts to cultivate a community and sense of belonging through various events. And I mean very generous events for residents; cookouts, yoga, breakfast, did I mention cookouts? The apartments are beyond beautiful. I've never lived in a place like my 1 bed 1 bath. I can't say enough about Mason and his staff. Thank you all for the support and positive experience the past year.

Jannatul Tasmia Mumu: . I couldn’t extend the lease since I had to relocate to the East Coast.Whatever I will say won’t be enough. The apartment is very clean, the management isprompt and helpful, everyone is so well behaved. The views both from the courtyard and rooftop are breathtaking. I love Gatsby!! ♥️

Foune Diallo: I came to do a tour and TC was so welcoming and kind. The placed is amazing, clean, and the scent is so nice. As soon I walked in a felt in love with the place and TC kindness made it even better. I hope to call this place a home.

Nisha Reed: I love it here, super elegant and clean!

Ash Daegmorgan: Love this place! Everyone who works here is always super nice and if you have a problem with something they make sure they can get it fixed for you.

Idrees Mohammed: This apartment building is quite wonderful. For around the same price, I believe the apartments are typically larger than the buildings nearby. To start, the aroma of Lutunji's cafe's freshly brewed coffee greets you as soon as you go through the main entrance. TC and Julia, who work at the main office, are the most helpful staff members ever. Given that moving in isn't always the most exciting process, TC was the one that assisted me, and I couldn't have had a better experience. They sincerely care about your experiences and go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They also keep the residents up to date on any nearby activities and/or events. They ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of all the amenities. Wonderful individuals in every way.The Gatsby has excellent amenities. There is a great pool, cornhole, and a nice BBQ area. Having a great coffee machine in the lobby would be one way to enhance the overall experience.Overall, I would give it a 10/10.

Mickaela Kimble: Gatsby is a great place to live. Several events take place throughout the months to keep the residents engaged, the building is safe and the staff is great! TC made my move-in process smooth and is very knowledgeable. She was able to provide answers to all my questions!

Sexgnosis: Excellent treatment, service and facilities. The way of access makes me feel super safe. The staff is super attentive and friendly. I recommend it.

Soltva: what do users think?

Patrick Baysinger: Pretty solid place! Great tour guide

Joseph Marsah: A very nice place.

Haley Mohr: So far, I have enjoyed living in this community. The staff is kind and the amenities are great. Plus great location. Thanks for all you do!!

Rasikanand Harvind: I occasionally visit a friend who lives here. Security system is easy enough for visitors to navigate. Its a pretty nice apartment. The rooftop has a gorgeous view of the city. Facilities and common areas look new and well maintained. Apartments have an industrial warehouse feel with exposed air ducts and cement floors. There's plenty of city parking outside for visitors. Not too expensive after 6pm. Might have to walk a bit though. The apartment isn't particularly wheelchair friendly.

Patrick: Soltva, like it’s sister, Sölhavn, is part of the Greystar family of residences in the North Loop of Minneapolis. The 3 buildings have become known as some of the most popular, cleanest, and most desired in the area. Units are modern and spacious with high ceilings, parking is secure and indoors, with additional outdoor parking available. On site staff is helpful and professional to assist with leasing and maintenance questions as needed.

Asahi Nagata: I lived in Soltva for a little over three years and it was absolutely the best apartment I’ve ever lived - I miss it so much! Soltva had the best management - friendly and well communicated, job gets done quickly. Convenient neighborhood - walkable distance to Whole Foods, various restraints, coffee shop, boutiques, convenience store, even dentist, vet, clinic and pharmacy. I and my partner managed our car-less life at Soltva. Amenity was good too - we utilized the coffee machine and printer downstairs a lot. Building was solid - I lived in & liked both hardwood floor unit and concrete floor unit. Although we liked how the concrete floor unit looked before we moved in, during the winter floor was way too cold - you’d need to cover entire unit with rug or always wear slippers. The reason we moved out was for safety. During the last year we lived there there were multiple incidents where bikes got stolen from the garage and theft entered the garage and broken in some cars there. Overall, I love Soltva!

Tom Gildersleeve: and cannot say enough good things about my experience. The building is in great condition and is still relatively new, the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and still walking distance to all that the North Loop has to offer, amenities / parking / roof deck were all really well done, and the units were well designed and comfortable to live in. But the best thing of all was the staff - from the folks in the office to the maintenance staff, things were well communicated and fixed / attended to quickly and with a smile. Such a stand-up place to live. I was sad to leave - amazing home and I highly recommend!

Rajah Sundaram: , the Mississippi, the U of M, the Guthrie and to downtown. The Light Rail and Target Field are a 10 minute walk away. It's been easy to shop for groceries and general items. For downtown, it's a safe neighborhood.2. Quietness. It's pretty quiet for a building so close to downtown. We looked at other buildings in downtown Minneapolis and on University Avenue in St Paul during our tours - they were louder inside3. The apartment itself. It's very nice. Gas ranges, wooden floors in the bedrooms as well as the living areas, and lots of natural light

Joe Geistfeld: We absolutely loved living at Soltva, and would have stayed much longer if we had not moved to London for work. The staff are so wonderfully helpful and do an excellent job of creating a great community environment.

Solhavn: what do users think?

jimmy lyback: Nice place next door to the Star Trib

Erin Silber: Clean, courteous staff, great location and amenities.

Patrick: Sölhavn is part of a family of Greystar residences in the iconic North Loop of Minneapolis. Sölhavn, Soltva, and NOLO are 3 of the newest and most popular buildings, with clean modern units, indoor parking, and numerous other amenities.

Ron Sarat: very nice north loop building. plenty of amenities include excersize area as nice as any gym.

Works: Love the apartments. Rustic, exposed metal I beams and wood studs as well as Plumbing. Great rustic apartments. Fairly big and open

Jonas Marshall: I would definitely recommend north loop living to anyone interested in moving into a new place. They made sure I got the apartment I wanted and got a great deal on it. The staff was extremely helpful and very well mannered. 5/5

Brandon Prairie: - management will make sure you're taken care of :

Lainey: We enjoyed calling Solhavn home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Minneapolis.Update:Jackie and the team were top notch! The residents were friendly, and the apartment/facilities were beautiful and well taken care of. Sad to hear new management has taken over.

NoLo Flats: what do users think?

Ana Calzadilla: Hello.I resided at this property last year.It was WONDERFUL & DELIGHTFUL & a superb ADVENTURE !!!I am sooo appreciative to have had that blessing&I am praying for another go-around.Thank you.Kind regards.

Stephen Wanca: I have nothing but great things to say about my time at NoLo Flats! The leasing staff were always happy to answer my questions via email in a timely manner, the maintenance and cleaning staff were very kind and did a great job. Any issue in my apartment, no matter how minor, was always fixed the next day.The building is new and has some nice amenities, nothing crazy because it’s a smaller building, but the conference room, lobby, secure package room, workout room are all very much appreciated. The views from the rooftop are pretty unmatched with unobstructed views of the skyline and surrounding neighborhood, as well as the riverfront and the leafy neighborhoods of NE Minneapolis. The location is perfect, as the street is pretty quiet, yet you’re only a couple blocks from restaurants, bars, historic buildings, riverfront trails, and downtown.I had a 1 bedroom overlooking the skyline for what I considered a steal of a price, and I loved how large my closet was in my unit. All my neighbors were respectful and friendly. Truly a great building to live in, can’t recommend it enough!

Tyler Kramer: Everyday we are proud to call Nolo our home. The people that work here make you feel like family and the complex itself is awesome. There is no limit to the detail and care that they put into this building. Hands down best experience in renting an apartment ever.

Lauren Kramer: Nolo has truly been the perfect home. The team who works there is knowledgable, friendly, accommodating and they put everything at ease. It is the perfect boutique apartment building and the amenities are perfect for those looking to have the essentials, like a great rooftop and workout room. We love all the pets in the building, how we feel safe and the incredible neighborhood.

Hillary McColley: My time at Nolo was short, but sweet. I sublet after selling my home and not wanting to buy right away, again. So, this was a great stepping stone for me and it was really enjoyable. The price is not exactly reasonable, but, nothing in the area is and you really do get what you pay for. My experience with the staff, building amenities, and location exceeded my expectations.

Maggie Shishilla: I've loved my time at NoLo- never have I felt so sad to leave an apartment complex. The staff were always friendly, accessible, and made moving in/out a breeze. The units are so thoughtfully designed to maximize space and had top notch finishes, like soft-closing drawers and grohe fixtures. Situated on 1st street, it's an excellent location for someone who wants to be near breweries and fabulous restaurants, but also come home to a quiet sanctuary that's tucked away from the noise of the city.

Justin: Great place, really good management, leaving soon to be closer to downtown, but enjoyed my time here.

William Bildsten: and great shared spaces furnished like Design Within Reach.Nolo makes use of small space with an absolute artistry: my studio, ~400 sq/ft, has a sizable walk-in closet with the washer dryer snuggly and non-intrusively paced; it has a massive-feeling bathroom with built in shelving; it has a kitchen bar with room at the for end stools

Andrea Guglielmino: We love living at NoLo. From day 1 Peter and Kelsey have been nothing short of amazing, that much that we have decided to extend our lease for an additional year after less than 90 days here. The building is perfect for us, with great views from the roof and our terrace, it's a peaceful corner yet super convenient for those working downtown. Another great building from the crew that runs the nearby Soltvå and Solhavn

The Book House in Dinkytown: what do users think?

Harry Weisenborn: amazing selection, very reasonably prices

Tovin Sannes-Venhuizen (Tovin): Greatly enjoyed my visit to this bookstore, the staff was wonderfully helpful in helping me attempt to find a few specific books and the books were reasonably priced. I was especially happy with the large Natural History and Ecology section.I was amused by the sorting of the books meant for readers with perhaps questionable tastes, where the four sections were sorted into “Smut / Filth / Sleaze / Erotica”One common theme i’ve noticed in many small bookstores is the prevalence of communist literature, while I do not necessarily disagree with it, it’s an interesting trend between stores. Would’ve enjoyed talking to the staff about their opinions but ran out of time, perhaps on my next visit.Free books on cart in street, enjoyed browsing them as well.

Halley Boesen: 🍉❤ Amazing bookstore with so much queer and political history. Chill atmosphere, friendly staff, and fair prices! They also have graphic novels, comics, local zines, and a free zine library right when you walk in!

Em Christie: The Book House in Dinkytown is like a TARDIS - it’s bigger on the inside! What looked like a small shop revealed a maze of stacked shelves, all clearly labeled and organized, so finding what I was looking for was easy peasy. The staff were helpful and friendly. And IT SMELLS FANTASTIC in there. That book smell - gets ya every time!

Jim Miller: Today was my very first visit. I should have been there long time ago. I was impressed by the selection and quality of chess books. More importantly, I was impressed by the kindess and helpfulness of the bookseller. He was very polite even before opening the store! I felt like I was visiting family: very welcome. I loved the cozy atmosphere of the store. Put another way, if I could give The Book House five HUNDRED stars, it would make my grade more accurate. Thank you.

David Behsman: This is a fantastic book store! I was pleasantly surprised at the great selection. The prices are very fair as well.

April Gentling: Been here a couple of times. Such a cute lil place. Love going in and looking around. It feels like a maze!! Super fun and the people there are very helpful.

Lilly: Absolutely love this little bookstore. They have a unique selection that caters to nearly anybody and at such good prices. Store owners are kind. I could sit in this place all day, everyday.

Emily Feicht: We love the sheer number of non fiction books and foreign language works! Classics and newer works are widely available. Lots of hard covers, even before discussing the rare books. There's a rewards program and periodic sales by genre. It's well traveled with lots of stock turnover.

Erika J. Worley: Walls of books!!!!!!

jon hinton: Wonderful little book store.

Camille McCallum: The Book House in Dinkytown is an absolute treasure trove for book enthusiasts! This vintage bookstore is a hidden gem in Minneapolis, boasting an impressive collection that includes rare first editions, signed copies, and collector's editions. The variety across genres is extensive, ensuring there's something for every literary taste. The charm of discovering hidden literary gems adds an exciting element to the browsing experience. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness enhance the overall atmosphere, making each visit a delightful journey through literary history. If you're a book lover seeking unique finds, The Book House in Dinkytown is a must-visit destination, earning it a well-deserved five stars!

Patrick Merz: Great bookstore. Nice little record section, too.

Brett Roberts: This was a great find in the Twin Cities for used books. They have a wide selection of topics and friendly staff.

Dave Campbell: Great independently owned bookstore with a wide variety. Staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming.

7West Apartment Homes: what do users think?

Nate Caple: I have only good things to say about this property and the staff. Tim went the extra mile today and helped me jump start my car even! 10/10!!

Benjamin Lauter: Papa, Hannah, and Tim always make the 7West experience one to be grateful for. After three years of living here, the idea of moving to a new state and a new apartment leaves high expectations for the future. The people here are the strongest asset as they go to the extremes to make sure that every resident gets the treatment they deserve. On a number of occasions I have had special requests completed that instilled a strong sense of trust in the folks here. If you’re planning to live anywhere in Minneapolis, make it 7West if you’re looking for the best treatment.

Maryan Haji-Mohamed: We have recycling and organic compost on each floor and your packages are delivered to your door. The staff is also amazing, Hannah, Papa and Time have been great resources for me. I’ve renewed my lease because of these reasons.

Jacqueline Brant: I was having a ton of issues with my heater. My the motor went out and as it turns out when I tried to fix it, I set a program in my thermostat to 80 degrees. The maintenance man came 3 different times to make sure it was fixed and he also brought a manual and helped me program my thermostat too. He went above and beyond helping me, which I appreciated

Brennan McCabe: is particularly nice. He was surprisingly quick to respond on the few occasions I needed something fixed, and he always seems to have parts on hand for common issues. The building is quiet and mostly young professionals with a lot of UMN business graduate students.

Sofia Bel: Please contact me , I cannot reach youThank youI am outside America and will arrive on February 5. I want some information about your procedures so that I can come directly to you.

Anastasia Phenix: I’ve lived here for over four years and management has been THE BEST here. Everything is always handled immediately and everyone is amazingly warm and hospitable. It’s on campus but it’s extremely quiet.

Danny Locke: I've been here 3 months. Great building - clean and safe. Very near U of M campus and super easy access to 35W. The building and the staff are very dog-friendly - they keep dog treats regularly available in the lobby. My staff interactions - Linsey and Papa - have always been positive. They are friendly and always able to help with what I'm needing. Great walking distance to the bus, trains, and a couple restaurant/bars - I prefer Corner Bar to the other place.

Miguel Paz: and the maintenance crew is amazing as well!

Mary Builds Websites: I love living here. It’s a hidden gem.

jerry Bischoff: Recently moved my daughter into a one bedroom. The staff is fantastic. They are beyond helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Linsey and Jesika. You two are indispensable.

Jocelyn Franco: I loved my experience at 7west. It was the perfect place to begin my life post-grad! The 7west team was always so supportive and understanding throughout my stay. Anytime I went down through the lobby I was greeted with a smile. Linsey is incredible, always happy to help with any item or issue! I appreciated her energy and quick response whenever I had a question. The amenities are great and always clean. I am thankful for my time here and I do recommend 7west to all of my Minnesota friends.

Cameron Shidler: Very friendly staff and super easy lease signing. Building is safe and protected with many cameras. The building is locked all day and requires a key fob for every door you enter. Amazing place to live!!

Yudong Liang: I recently had an exceptional apartment tour at 7 West Apartments, and I absolutely cannot recommend it enough! Linsey, my apartment guide, truly went above and beyond in explaining everything to me. Right from the start, Linsey's professionalism and wealth of knowledge were evident. She meticulously showcased the diverse range of floor plans and outstanding amenities, ensuring that I gained a comprehensive understanding of the property. Here's why I give 7west Apartments a stellar five-star rating!First and foremost, the management team at 7west Apartments is truly exceptional. They are friendly, professional, and always go above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Linsey Cooper, whose dedication and prompt assistance have been invaluable throughout my tenancy. Their commitment to creating a warm and welcoming environment truly sets this place apart. One of the highlights of living here is the seamless upgrade I made from floor plan X to the amazing floor plan GG. The new apartment floods with natural light, making it the perfect home for our plants. It's refreshing to wake up every morning to such a bright and vibrant space. The amenities at 7west Apartments are top-notch. The indoor gym is well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine conveniently. The outdoor fire pit is a fantastic spot to unwind and socialize with friends and neighbors. It's reassuring to know that any concerns I may have are quickly resolved, allowing me to enjoy a hassle-free living experience. The location of 7west Apartments is unbeatable. Being situated in close proximity to the university is incredibly convenient, as it's only a stone's throw away from multiple bus stops and the light rail. This makes commuting a breeze and provides easy access to all the amenities the city has to offer. In conclusion, 7west Apartments has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The friendly and professional management, excellent amenities, convenient location, and the vibrant community atmosphere make it the ideal place to live. I highly recommend 7west Apartments to anyone seeking a superior living experience. Thank you, 7west, I look forward to another wonderful year!

Nicole Kesti: I’ve loved living at 7west the past few years! The location is great and the staff are all super friendly, especially Papa our amazing maintenance person! Papa is incredibly nice, attentive, and responsive. Chatting with him when I see him around the building is the best and makes me feel so welcomed here.

Logan Yancy: 7West has been fantastic, especially since the change in management! Jesika, Linsey, and Adam have been an excellent team and communicate well with residents! The maintenance team is great and is quick to respond to maintenance requests!

Vue Apartment Homes: what do users think?

Ally Streiff: I LOOVVEEEE the management team here. The leasing is so welcoming and caring, and the man in the office is so incredibly accommodating, and genuinely cared for the tenants in our community.

Judi Blomberg: I moved to the Vue in December 2023 and I have so enjoyed living in my new home. Even though I am retired, I wanted a building with multiple age groups. I also wanted to downsize after selling my home. I knew I wanted to live at the Vue as soon as I walked into the lobby and met the managers who were so welcoming! I loved the common spaces on the first and sixth floor that felt so Nordic to me, the style I prefer. The sixth floor has a great view and I look forward to enjoying a glass of wine on the outdoor patio during the summer. My apartment has just the space I need, a large kitchen with slide out shelves, a balcony with views in all directions and a generously sized walk in closet. Generally it's a quiet building which I appreciate. Loring Park is just a block away and has a community center with frequent free activities sponsored by the Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board. Walks in the Park and Sculpture Garden are an added plus to living at the Vue. I'm close to museums, sport venues, restaurants and so much more. I am loving the life in downtown Minneapolis and at the Vue!

Brian Turner: I love it!! The guest suite is very nice and swanky, made up bed and everything..

Allissa Anderson: Free Breakfast on the weekends. Coffee machine that is always stocked. Random little community events. Loved every moment living here.

Tom Carlson: Lived at the Vue for 2 years and loved it. It is in the perfect location between downtown and uptown, as both are within walking distance. The common areas were always very well kept. Only had 2 minor maintenance issues come up and both were resolved on the very same day.

Michelle Ngo: We have lived at the Vue for 2+ years now and have loved the location, our unit, the gym and lounge areas, the coffee machine and of course the weekend breakfast treats! Our apartment manager Josh has always been incredibly welcoming, helpful, understanding, and accommodating. When we recently wanted to host our wedding rehearsal dinner on the rooftop, Josh went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Any time we have needed something, Josh has immediately done everything he can to help us. We are so grateful for him and his kindness has not gone unnoticed. Highly recommend!

Lovely Gal: Josh the Community Director here is awesome. He is very attentive, knows his job and performs it excellently without complaints. If you are looking for a great community, please consider Vue apartment homes.

Shawn Walsh: I've lived at Vue for 3 years now. The units are thoughtfully laid out with a modern, yet cozy aesthetic. The staff has consistently been accommodating, friendly, and pro-active in creating an interactive and healthy community.

Rikaela Greane: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness

Reilly Fallon: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueMy experience moving into the VUE was smooth as any transition could be. The staff were more than attentive, the location is great, and the apartment was recently renovated.

The Palmer: what do users think?

Fernando Maldonado: I had an amazing time at The Palmer! The management team, especially Ashley, was incredible. Ashley was always clear and straight to the point, making the experience smooth. The maintenance team was also fantastic, always there to fix any issues in the apartment. Overall, a great experience!

Carlos Zacarias: Didn’t end up moving here, but management was amazing to work with. Ashley went above and beyond answer my questions and show me the apartments. Everything looked great, however parking is limited.

Lillian A: Ashely was truly amazing! Super knowledgable and honest. We really had a great time meeting her and the apartment was top notched! Our son ended up picked another location but we wanted to share our great experience in case anyone Is looking for a great place in the North Loop area!

Jenna Reynard: Ashley is the best property manager I've had at any apartment complex because she is easy to get ahold of and really cares about residents and their safety. The maintenance has been super timely, and they are friendly. I think this apartment is the best deal you can get in the North Loop, but I have found that the service I get here is convincing me to stay.

Alex Sturnieks: Ashley gave us a tour today and was extremely helpful and answered every question we had. She showed us everything about the building and was very transparent. She was great and the building was nice.

Ken Harned: Great people in the office and excellent accommodations

Jennifer Larson: Service Restoration is a Contractor for The Palmer and Property Manager Ashley and Eric in maintenance are great to work with! Awesome team on this property!!

Andreina Salas: Stayed at a Sonder unit for 6 months before deciding to rent long-term with management. Ashley was great during the whole process and Erick is the best, quickly responding to any maintenance request and helping out with whatever is needed. I am enjoying my first few months as a resident!

Benjamin Davis: Eric has been a great resource for the two years we have been at the Palmer. He’s quick to respond and friendly as ever!

Catie Johnson: Very efficient and task was completed to our satisfaction!

Sydney Del Valle: Maintenance is always on top of it at the Palmer! Thank you Erik!!

genesis bonilla: Erick was great!! He came asap and it was done in a timely manner

Alysha Hayes: Stayed in a sonder unit for my birthday and had the opportunity to meet with the building manager Ashley on Friday she went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Very accommodating and friendly. The building was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Brian Van Grunsven: I've lived here for a while now. I have to say the constant improvements in safety and amenities are beyond impressive relative to what you can pay for in the immediate area. I hope everything keeps moving in the same direction and have no doubts that it will. This place is kind of awesome. Also if you have the pleasure of chatting with Ashley your day is about to get better.*Edit November 2022: Still rocking and the review still sticks. Relative to other apartments in the area, The Palmer improvements continue to be impressive and the current management is excellent. Want to point out again that if you get a chance to work with Ashley, your day will be brightened.

Nicole Etta: The staff is amazing! I always feel safe when they enter my home. I appreciate the work they do to keep my home in good condition.

HQ Apartments: what do users think?

Marc Kerr: Keenan was a pleasure to speak with over the phone. I am planning to relocate to Minneapolis in a few months. I just started my search and I am already sold on this community. I cannot wait for my in-person tour.

Kelly Vee: Jenna was the perfect host, made us feel super comfortable and welcomed. 10/10 100% moving in. She was/is awesome

Hamze Aden: I had a wonderful tour with Valerie!

Tyler Schoenhofen: HQ is the best first apartment I could have asked for. I love how quickly they address maintenance issues and how little you can hear your neighbors. The amenities deck is a fantastic place to hangout as well!

Kate Van Bergen: I previously left a one star review for this building. Management has made some big improvements since. HQ is now somewhere I would recommend living.

Jonathan Bates: Lovely building and very inviting entryway and reception desk. A bit pricey but not overpriced.

Dani Cullen: I am going on my 3rd lease here at HQ. It is a great place to live!

Ray Vinjamuri: , the building is typically pretty clean, and the whole premise is well built with some nice amenities. They have a lot of nice events going on throughout each month as well, so if you're interested in meeting other people or having free food it can be pretty nice. Can't say there's much to complain about, and with the rent prices being very reasonable and maintenance requests getting fulfilled quickly, it has so far been worth the value. Thus far, there are only a few minor negatives. For one, our apartment does not have ceiling lighting in the living room or both bedrooms, and with the ceilings being vaulted in the penthouses, it's tough to properly light the place with just a few lamps. Not sure why they have light switches in these areas

Kayla Haas: .Other Things I like:- The location! HQ is close to where I work and a ton of stores/restaurants/breweries- The Staff! Everyone is SO friendly and kind- The Amenities!
