I have never encountered professionals so dedicated to their renters and go far beyond the proverbial mile. They are like the program staff on a cruise liner and create a safe and fun environment. I can’t say enough good words about them, and I want to single out the first three staff people that I met: Taron, Amy, and Angelica. They are superstars in the people business.

They are all so kind, helpful, and caring. They create an awesome community! I love my apartment, it's gorgeous and cozy. I have a fireplace, which I've always wanted! I haven't had any maintenance issues in the ~6 months I have lived here.I am impressed with the Weidner management team they have done an outstanding job creating and maintaining this community. I will wholeheartedly recommend anyone to live here or one of the other properties under Weidner management.

Jake Maroney: I have lived here for 6 months now and the amenities are top notch. Daymark has a beautiful poolhot tub and 2 gyms. The coffee shop in the lobby is amazing! I can also truly say that, you simply won’t find another apartment building with a community like this one. The staff are responsive when in need, and also help throw fun community events almost every week. I would recommend Daymark to anyone just because management here truly cares about their residents.

James gave me an awesome tour and made the move-in process extremely easy.The washer hose in my unit was not hooked up upon move-in and caused some minor flooding in my living room, however it was promptly taken care of by the awesome staff.The summer community events rock!Annual carnival, Free Yoga classes for residents, etc. Daymark has something for everyone.You will not regret moving here!

When I toured the building, James was so helpful and more interested in finding me the right unit for my budget and not at all trying to pressure me to a more expensive unit which I’ve experienced other places in Minneapolis. I can’t say enough about how great the staff is! The building is well kept and the amenities are amazing! For the first time in 5 years I fully intend to stay here when my lease is up and re-sign! I’ve been here for 2 months now and I’m never leaving!!!

Ryli Dunlap: I recently toured and moved into 365 Nicollet after considering a handful of other properties. I'm absolutely confident that I picked a great new place to live. The staff have been excellent throughout the entire process of scheduling my first tour to move-in. Very professional and very prompt to respond to inquiries/questions. The move-in process was smooth and it was very convenient to have the ability to reserve the loading dock and freight elevator for the movers. The property/building itself is excellent. I love the location right downtown, which comes with great views from my new apartment and from the various amenities throughout the building, which are also excellent. The building is clean, modern, and well-maintained. I had issues at a previous property with neighbors smoking in the building and smoke odors in my apartment due to this. That has not been a problem here. Not only are the staff great, but the neighbors are courteous and respectful as well. No noise issues, well-behaved pets etc. This is a very well-managed property and the management as well as the residents clearly take pride in keeping it a clean, well-maintained and pleasant living environment.

During Halloween, they delivered pumpkins to each resident so we could partake in a pumpkin carving contest. Each major holiday seems to have an event & I’m here for it. All of the residents are friendly & I’ve met a lot of friends in the building that I enjoy hanging out with.Apartment:I like to call my place my sanctuary. There’s nothing like coming home from work & feeling so happy to be in your own space. I love the floor to ceiling windows, open concept, & how modern all of the amenities are. Judi Blomberg: I moved to the Vue in December 2023 and I have so enjoyed living in my new home. Even though I am retired, I wanted a building with multiple age groups. I also wanted to downsize after selling my home. I knew I wanted to live at the Vue as soon as I walked into the lobby and met the managers who were so welcoming! I loved the common spaces on the first and sixth floor that felt so Nordic to me, the style I prefer. The sixth floor has a great view and I look forward to enjoying a glass of wine on the outdoor patio during the summer. My apartment has just the space I need, a large kitchen with slide out shelves, a balcony with views in all directions and a generously sized walk in closet. Generally it's a quiet building which I appreciate. Loring Park is just a block away and has a community center with frequent free activities sponsored by the Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board. Walks in the Park and Sculpture Garden are an added plus to living at the Vue. I'm close to museums, sport venues, restaurants and so much more. I am loving the life in downtown Minneapolis and at the Vue!

Our apartment manager Josh has always been incredibly welcoming, helpful, understanding, and accommodating. When we recently wanted to host our wedding rehearsal dinner on the rooftop, Josh went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Any time we have needed something, Josh has immediately done everything he can to help us. We are so grateful for him and his kindness has not gone unnoticed. Highly recommend!

Dennis Rossetti: The Gatsby Apartments have been an unexpected pleasure! We relocated to Minneapolis from Florida not knowing what to expect other than a weather change. Upon arrival at the Gatsby we met Leasing Consultants TC and Julia, who from the first hello, both of them gave us a sense of comfort and a feeling that this would be a good experience! During our initial tour of the complex we were very impressed by the sense of security and care that went into providing a top notch living experience for the residents with its amenities and well kept community spaces. The apartment we reside in has exceeded our expectations. It has been a warm, comfortable and meticulously designed to utilize all the space that allows us not to feel cramped. After experiencing living at the Gatsby apartments we would not hesitate to recommend this complex to our family and friends!

Are you kidding?Not to mention the staff are so incredibly flexible and accommodating. Julia, TC, and Mason go above and beyond. Truly "luxury" experience.

He went above and beyond during my time living there and when I moved out.In an effort to be transparent, the one elevator was broken pretty regularly during my time there but there are two others and a stairwell. So, it wasn't even close to a big deal.I would recommend living here to anyone!

Ramadan Kareem: is a nearly impossible state/community to integrate into regardless of effort, and isolation is debilitating; however, the Gatsby management drives honorable efforts to cultivate a community and sense of belonging through various events. And I mean very generous events for residents; cookouts, yoga, breakfast, did I mention cookouts?The apartments are beyond beautiful. I've never lived in a place like my 1 bed 1 bath. I can't say enough about Mason and his staff. Thank you all for the support and positive experience the past year.

For around the same price, I believe the apartments are typically larger than the buildings nearby.To start, the aroma of Lutunji's cafe's freshly brewed coffee greets you as soon as you go through the main entrance. TC and Julia, who work at the main office, are the most helpful staff members ever. Given that moving in isn't always the most exciting process, TC was the one that assisted me, and I couldn't have had a better experience. They sincerely care about your experiences and go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They also keep the residents up to date on any nearby activities and/or events. They ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of all the amenities. Wonderful individuals in every way.The Gatsby has excellent amenities. There is a great pool, cornhole, and a nice BBQ area. Having a great coffee machine in the lobby would be one way to enhance the overall experience.Overall, I would give it a 10/10.

Aside from the amazing location and numerous amenties, the management team onsite is comprised of the most thoughtful and committed staff who truly care about creating community and making each resident feel at home. Sarah, Noah, and Dan have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to help us.They host several fun and engaging community events each month to get to know your neighbors and there's even yoga onsite! We have not experienced any trouble living here and for any quick maintenance fixes, they are responded to quickly and efficiently. Parking is great here, and there's options for tandem spaces which is rare in the NL area.If you are looking for a new home in Minneapolis, make sure this property is first on your list!

philip valley: Recently moved into 222 Hennepin Apartments and I am absolutely thrilled. Incredible location, within walking distance to dozens of wonderful restaurants, live music and the river. The staff couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Noah, Dan and Sarah were all there for me as I asked them endless questions. I had a negative experience at my previous residence and they went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect unit to call home. They didn't rush me into making a decision and gladly let me visit multiple times before I found the right fit.I've only been here a week but you know when a place is right, it's just a vibe. The community is really friendly, they have a bunch of activities for the residents including yoga twice a week. This place rocks!

The best part of 222 is how quickly the maintenance staff responds to issues in the apartment. What I know for sure is that the leadership team in place currently is an AMAZING group of professionals. Noah, Sarah, Dan, Dave, and Joe always go the extra mile to make 222 truly the best place to live. Like every other property, they run into their share of problems and issues. Occasionally, they score a HUGE victory against almost insurmountable odds. However, I have observed that it is their everyday successes that make 222 a great place to live. This is also what motivates me to stay - even with all the newer properties opening up all around 222. I recall reading a quote in an article on Harold Poling years ago where he said, “Not all heroes are engaged in events that make headlines, not all are enshrined in halls of fame. Many heroes in our business are the people who do their best every day and succeed more often than not.” This sounds like the staff a 222 Hennepin.Noah, Sarah, Dan, Dave, and Joe, thank you for everything you do for the 222 community. There are times when we as residents forget the great experiences you have delivered. But, we will never forget how you make us feel. There is a true sense of community and belonging at 222 Hennepin. Serving and leading is a balancing act. You all do it very well.

Niki Daul: Would absolutely recommend living at 222 to anyone looking to live in Minneapolis! I spent 3 years there and have zero complaints. The building is in an amazing location, with a bonus having whole foods just downstairs. The staff was always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions/needs/maintenance requests, etc. The amenities are also great - I spent a lot of time out on the pool deck and using the gym. They also hold plenty of events for all residents to join - yappy hours for the apartment pups were always a great time.

David Small: Being some months into my lease at 222 I still have zero regrets on my decision. I’ve really enjoyed that from the start my interactions with the team have always felt personable and not pushy or “sales-y” in any way. Reading reviews for other buildings got me thinking I’d have to deal with unreasonable staff one way or the other regardless of where I decided on in the North Loop and 222 proved that not to be the case. At first I came across its overwhelmingly positive reviews then happened to meet different folks living in the building that encouraged me to check it out and relieved my concerns around the reviews being exaggerated. If 222 is on your list, definitely take the time to tour. Hope this helps!P.S. One low key, unadvertised perk I discovered after moving is that the lobby coffee machine makes the *best* hot chocolate I’ve had in any of the residential buildings I’ve tried lol. *chef’s kiss*

The lobby has nice soft music playing and there is a gym with unlimited time usage, a nice big pool equipped with grills, a dog walk & 2 media rooms that has a pool table, you can watch TV, read, or even entertain your guests. Also at least once a month everyone in the building comes down and get to meet each other and have trivia night.

Trevor and Krissy were super helpful and flexible when it came to our move in and, even though we were only there for a short time, they made us feel incredibly welcomed. Would highly recommend Junction Flats to anyone. And the apartments stay super warm, even in -20 degree winters!

Kayla Justen: Junction Flats has by far been the BEST place I have ever lived at. People are what make an experience positive and I can’t say enough on how amazingly helpful, friendly, and accommodating Krissy is. Always enjoy chatting with her when picking up a package or grabbing a coffee from the amazing machine downstairs. The apartment has one of the largest outdoor pools in Minneapolis, the gym is good enough to have not needed a gym membership and my unit is the perfect size. The only thing to remain cautious of is selecting a unit that is facing the metro transit. The buses park right outside the building and are loud. If I wasn’t moving across the country I would definitely be renewing my lease.

I really enjoyed my time at Junction Flats, because the team did so much to make it feel like a little community nestled within a great area in the North Loop! Would recommend anyone looking for an apartment in the area to live at Junction Flats!

The new property manager has been a breath of fresh air. Pool table was recently renovated, and the building is more tight knit. Big thanks to the office staff and maintenance team for being more consistent and responsive as of late!It seems like good change is continuing to come, and I would recommend anyone to go for a tour here to check it out for yourself. It’s modern uptown living with solid amenities, so what else is there to say.

On a number of occasions I have had special requests completed that instilled a strong sense of trust in the folks here. Maryan Haji-Mohamed: We have recycling and organic compost on each floor and your packages are delivered to your door. The staff is also amazing, Hannah, Papa and Time have been great resources for me. I’ve renewed my lease because of these reasons.

Jacqueline Brant: I was having a ton of issues with my heater. My the motor went out and as it turns out when I tried to fix it, I set a program in my thermostat to 80 degrees. The maintenance man came 3 different times to make sure it was fixed and he also brought a manual and helped me program my thermostat too. He went above and beyond helping me, which I appreciated

Brennan McCabe: is particularly nice. He was surprisingly quick to respond on the few occasions I needed something fixed, and he always seems to have parts on hand for common issues. The building is quiet and mostly young professionals with a lot of UMN business graduate students.

Anastasia Phenix: I’ve lived here for over four years and management has been THE BEST here. Everything is always handled immediately and everyone is amazingly warm and hospitable. It’s on campus but it’s extremely quiet.

Danny Locke: I've been here 3 months. Great building - clean and safe. Very near U of M campus and super easy access to 35W. The building and the staff are very dog-friendly - they keep dog treats regularly available in the lobby. My staff interactions - Linsey and Papa - have always been positive. They are friendly and always able to help with what I'm needing. Great walking distance to the bus, trains, and a couple restaurant/bars - I prefer Corner Bar to the other place.

George Wilson: I love my Historical home! It’s perfect if you have Dogs! Loring Park is considered your backyard and you’ll always find a beautiful walk over there. It’s a pretty well kept building for its age! Plenty of lighting in the hallways here too. A lot of historical buildings neighboring us has horrible hallway lighting. Neighbors are pretty quite and everyone mostly stay to themselves. Not to bad if you want to live downtown!😎

Hon Ki Cheung: Past resident here. I experienced terrible management when I first moved in but as everyone else said, John the manager is great and deserves all the shoutouts. He is one of the most hardworking people I've seen and he truly cares about the experiences of the residents. Dana is also good at his work. That being said, my apartment was very, very old, with a lot of loose ends that never got fixed from the day I moved in till I moved out. The floor was slanted to a point that I almost lost balance when I first moved in, and the hardwood floor is very worn out. You can't beat the location though and I missed the area a lot for sure.
