Daniel Appleby: The campus; the studios, the faculty, the students, the Art, are all first rate! And then the is the location. Adjacent to the Minneapolis institute of Art or MIA which is a wonderful art museum, right down down the street from the Walker Art Center which is an excellent contemporary Art Museum/resource complete with the late great Siah Armajani’s fantastic poetry bridge that takes one over and or back from the lovely Lorring Park where there is much to see and do.

Sandy Austin: I took a class called from camera to print. In seven weeks I learned a ton of stuff and learned how to effectively use my camera and was able to print some photos out of Lightroom. Jeff is a fantastic instructor I would totally recommend any class from MPLS Photo Center. This is the second class that I have taken.

Struan Robertson: We have had Giliane take photos for us on 3 different occasions. A newborn shoot, a session with Santa and a family portrait session. The photos are always of the highest quality but the environment created by Giliane is the real reason we will continue to use her services. Having photos taken is a vulnerable experience for many and Giliane always creates a friendly, safe and relaxing environment, and when children are involved, they sometimes require a little more time to feel comfortable. We have always found her to be patient and relaxed when uncooperative toddlers are involved. We highly recommend Giliane E Mansfield Photography.
Seun Oyatogun: Giliane is an amazingly talented photographer and professional. We worked with her for a newborn photoshoot, and her communication, studio, and actual photography session were all phenomenal. When we saw the pictures from the shoot, she managed to surpass the sky high expectations we had! The pictures were absolutely stunning! Ashley Craig: Giliane took our first ever family photos this year. She was so personable and wonderful to work with! We have a one year old daughter who Giliane kept laughing the entire time. The pictures came out beautiful and it was clear that our daughter really thought Giliane was a new friend and this was the best play date ever. Moreover my husband and I are notoriously awkward when it comes to have our pictures taken. We felt very comfortable and had a lot of fun during our shoot. Tara Rick: My husband and I didn't even hire a photographer for our wedding but I decided to document maternity and newborn photos with a belly to baby package. I found Giliane based on her good reviews and St Paul location. I was very happy with the expereince. Giliane made me feel beautiful and pampered for the maternity session with including a hair and makeup stylist. I loved her couture dresses and photography style. For the newborn photos, you do need to bring your baby in but she makes sure to have her studio warm and clean and has so many cute outfits and props for the baby. I am so happy with the photos and the package in general and would recommend Giliane to anyone looking for maternity or newborn photos.

Leah Jones: What a wonderful experience we had with Giliane! For one she is a baby whisperer and you feel completely cared for in a newborn shoot. You just get to relax and watch this mastermind work. She is understanding to any concerns you have and really does do what will make is happy. We have used her twice now and are so ecstatic with our photos we will use her over and over. Her patients with wild older children is a blessing and does not make you feel bad but embraces the chaos. We loved working with her and can’t wait to do it again!
Chelsea Vorlicek: Giliane truly has a gift. She did an amazing job on our newborn photo session. I was worried our little one would not be able to take photos but Giliane is a baby whisper and worked her magic. He did great for 2 hours and I love how our photos turned out. Being a first time mom I did not have anything booked ahead of time and it was wonderful to be able to have Giliane squeeze us into her busy schedule. She made sure to get every possible photo of our special day. 2 weeks before my wedding I had my make up artist back out and she helped me find another amazing make up artist. Deea Elliott: Staff and faculty is very nice, instructors are very understanding and flexible. Online classes are easy to follow. Very convenient location large campus and they a have basic needs support center open every Wednesday, they pass out food and personal hygiene items. Parking is my only problem here other than that very great school.

Yarrow LaBeau: and now that I am on my 2nd semester, here's what I have to say.First the bad-The gym is a bit sad. There needs to be more equipment and I heard they used to offer yoga classes but since Covid they have not 😢The staff here are so supportive and it truly feels like this school puts the community in community College. My teachers and admin and other staff have been supportive while I have been dealing with a stalker/abuse situation. I feel fully supported and safe here.I also highly highly recommend the herbalism program because it's one of a kind and the teacher, Erica, is incredibly passionate and enthusiastic about the subject.
Giotto Troia: This review is only for the weight room. The music is horrible. I don't want to listen to jazz music when I'm working out. The attendant on duty said they don't have access to the music... I doubt that.The equipment is a bit old but usable and has a good variety. It's missing some machines like leg extension and some specialized benches. But overall a good selection for a free-for-students gym and convenient if you're already on campus.
Malik McDowell: Excellent place to learn and grow. Great place to update your skills, I would say upgrade!
