I knew from day one I made a mistake when a live mouse greeted me the day I closed on the house. When I say, I am terrified of mice, it’s an understatement.Long story short, I hired two different pest control companies….yet despite their “guarantees” the mouse problem continued. I literally lived in fear and wanted to move. I was embarrassed to have company over…..it was a disaster I thought I just had to accept and live with:(A Yelp review led me to the angels at BOGO. My trust….along with my pocket book were ruined by the other pest control companies, but something in my gut told me to trust BOGO.The expert from BOGO located the gigantic problem the first day…literally there was a hole in the wall of my kitchen going directly into my house. jbb: Recently, after purchasing a house, we discovered that the inspector was right. There was a mouse "presence" in the kitchen. It was in fact an invasion. We saw multiple traces in more than ten places. BOGO sent a very knowledgeable and experienced inspector who clearly explained the process that they follow to close out the mice from the house. Two days later they blocked all the existing entrances to the outside walls. Ten days later there was no more mice. Since then the house got cleaned from their presence. What a good job. Thank you.

They charged a one time fee with a two year guarantee. They did have to come out twice the first year after the initial visit of sealing up the outside of my house. There was no charge as it's includes in the initial fee. It's been two years now and FINALLY no signs of any critters..This company donates a portion of their fees to charity with every sale.The owner is phenomenal and couldn't be nicer or more professional. He definitely KNOWS his business! Can't recommend high enough!

Because of a change in weather, they were unable to make the repairs to our home that were necessary and came back in the spring for repairs. At that time noticed there was more activity and removed more squirrels from our attic. We were out of town at the time, and they took it upon themselves to take care of it all. The additional removal, and then make the repairs. They had excellent customer service, quick response time, and everyone who came to property was very pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend their services.

Not ever experiencing a squirrels in the attic issue, what I did not know was once the poor critters were stuck in the traps, how they would be constantly thrashing and screaming, making sleep impossible and me feeling like a monster. I called Beast, and was immediately impressed with the frequency of communication and professionalism of the service. Nick explained what draws rodents into the house and how to fix the current and future problems spots. He fixed the problem, then set some live traps. Then he returned three times to recover the squirrels who finally exited our attic, right into the traps. Matt was able to come out the same day, he collected some of the racoons and set a trap for the mom. He came back after another job to check on the trap and set additional traps the next morning he was back out and all raccoons were removed and he patched up the hole they made in the floor. Travis Walch: I called 8 companies to come help with a racoon in the attic. While most called back, Matt responded in a timely manner and found time that day to come to our place for an inspection. Most of the other companies had us 3 days out. He gave me a call to alert me when he was 20 minutes out. On site, he was thorough and had no problem with me tailing him to learn. He asked questions which changed up some strategies and eventually allowed us to determine the cause. However, what I was most impressed with is that he called the next day to follow up and make sure we didn't have any other issues. Heidi Esposito: Squirrels can be both pesky and persistant! I was so thankful for the help and great work that Nick Simon did to help me rid the squirrels from my eaves. I loved how he problem solved when the squirrels seemed to be outsmarting us and made sure the job got done! Nick also worked to make sure that my house was repaired so that the squirrels wouldn't be able to return and even took care of the holes that the other wildlife "friends" had made. It is probably not the most inexpensive way to get rid of a squirrel, but the value is totally worth it! I was so worried about the potential damage they could cause and felt really heard by Nick and assurred that everything would be taken care of. His quote included a port to let any birds inside the attic out and then barriers at various access points in the soffit to prevent further entry. Mitch installed the port and put up the barriers. I noticed an access point was missed and Mitch came out the very next day to fill that one too. Both Nick and Mitch responded to my questions right away. I really appreciate that.
