Jodi Kashuba: The bees, wasps and hornets were very busy this year. The bees built a nest in our home wall. The hornets built a nest in our tree and the wasps built a nest in our shutters. We were most concerned about the Bees since the nest was technically in the walls of our house. These guys responded very quickly. Most of the other companies had us 3 days out. He gave me a call to alert me when he was 20 minutes out. On site, he was thorough and had no problem with me tailing him to learn. He asked questions which changed up some strategies and eventually allowed us to determine the cause. However, what I was most impressed with is that he called the next day to follow up and make sure we didn't have any other issues. I loved how he problem solved when the squirrels seemed to be outsmarting us and made sure the job got done! Kenny Kirberger: Metro Mole was called due to a Gopher problem. 15 Mounds of dirt suddenly appeared. Rick came out and did a quick survey and determined that it was just one Gopher. He set two traps and the next day the Gopher was caught and no more piles of dirt from then on.Metro Mole took care of things so quickly I definitely would recommend them for Gopher or Mole services.

Chris Bernard: I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about my experience with Metro Mole Control! I re-soded my entire yard at the end of June. Within a week, I was devastated to find significant mole activity that was well on its way to destroying almost $2800 worth of sod. I knew I had to act fast, and Metro Mole Control immediately came to the rescue! I explained the urgency to them and they were onsite the next day, less than 24 hours later.We decided on a weekly treatment schedule for the remainder of the summer. Each week, Metro Mole Control came out and checked their traps, reset them, and provided me with a status update. At one point we had over 12 different trap locations set. I was very satisfied with how thorough they were. My property is a breeding ground for moles as I have a pond/wetland area behind my home and on the east side of my home.Barb in the office communicates exceptionally well. I received weekly status updates. The billing process was seamless and their rates were very reasonable. This was a very small price to pay to protect my investment in my landscaping.Zach the field technician was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to trap and eradicate the moles. He left the property barely disturbed each week and took care to respect my new sod.I'm pleased to say my yard looks like a golf course now and I could not be happier!
