Animales Barbeque Co.: what do users think?

Ian Young: Recommended dishes Sandwich

Loren K: Food: 5/5

Sam Weisner: I much prefer the juicy ribs from Boomin. But Boomin and Animales both used frozen corn in their elote salads. Serious question, do you guys think the public is braindead? My first bite was literally still-thawing corn with Parmesan flavor. Dilly beans and banana pudding get full marks. Biscuits definitely needed salt. But seriously. Get it together where it counts guysEdit to respond. Bruh that corn was not charred at all which is necessary for esquites. Hence the frozen vibes. And you know what I meant about the cheese. Cotija or queso fresco, whichever you used.
