Kyle Chank: I've ordered Bonobos a few times and love their clothes fit/style. So I took that to heart and jumped all in for going with Bonobos for my wedding suit and all my groomsmen. I worked with Antony at the North Loop location and over the course of 6+ months Antony personally guided me, gave great advice and put up with 8 guys being slow and making multiple excuses/changes. The suits fit perfect and will be great additions to our wardrobes in the future, but more importantly the service and guidance from Antony was the best part and highly recommend him and the North Loop location for any daily needs or celebrations.

P H: Went downtown to buy an item at a allegedly quality men’s store. Stopped in Hubert Whites randomly on my way to other. Good selection of quality brands in wide range of sizes. So many stores have the idea that a 32 length pant is as tall as men get. Not here. Unlike the mens store on the corner of downtown I went to after my purchase at Hubert White; where it appeared intrusive that I came in to drop probably 300$ on an item; the person that assisted me at Hubert White was friendly, engaging-I was welcome. I can tell if you need to get some serious business wear or shoes or grab simple quality casual wear —This is the place you'll be assisted as needed and be happy you shopped local. Purchase with a smile b4 & after.

I've been waiting on writing this review until I had actually gotten to wear the suit.The experience of having the suit made was top notch. You make an appointment, so you're the only person in the storefront and you have the complete attention of the eponymous brothers. The process of choosing fabrics, features, buttons, monogramming, etc is quite efficient, and I even had fun. I let the Brothers know that I was colorblind, and they discretely ignored anything I showed interest in that was not on my desired color scheme. Both of the Brothers were wearing suits with different features so that they could demonstrate different styles when you design your own suit. I found this incredibly helpful. The whole thing took about an hour.My suit was ready in a few weeks. It fit as expected during the in store try on. The build quality was great and it came out better than I had imagined. Fast forward a few months to actually wearing the suit. I got non-stop compliments and the suit performed as well as expected.The cost of the suit is definitely higher than some mass market men's wear stores or lower end department stores, but it is definitely reasonable. I think cost was very comparable to your specialty stores like Hubert White or higher end department stores, but the product is so much better since it's completely bespoke.I can't wait to wear my suit again, and I will definitely have some more shirts made at King Brothers.

It's just a celebration of what it means to have an identity as a man.As for Marty, he's a true professional. He's focused on excellence and satisfaction. He will find a way to connect with you and make you feel like he's an old friend or family member. And he will make sure that when you walk out of his store, whatever your purchase, it will be balanced between your budget, your style, and uncompromised quality. He will be honest with you every step of the way. And he will be patient.The whole experience is a reflection of a far less disposable time and society. J: Ordered 7 custom dress shirts in various colors . Marty suggested just the right mix , as well as the material I'd like and he was right on. Plus, Im an athletic guy and the customized fit I have always gotten is priceless and keeps me looking young ! Ron made sure I was comfortable in the suits we tried on while also providing his feedback on what color matched my skin tone, etc. He also helped me find the color of a sports coat that I am totally in love with. In a time where great customer service is hard to find, Ron bucked the trend and provided truly extra-mile customer service. Let's just say I'm a believer and I'm sending everyone his way. I'm sure the other staff members are great, but Ron is the dude!

Tamerial Ramsey: I was referred to this shop by my coworker for a prom tuxedo. From the moment we stepped in we were handled accordingly and professionally. The owner had exceptional knowledge about f various styles of tuxedos as well as many books to offer different styles and variations. The owner was so on point that she looked at photos of my nephew and was able to tell me his size - next day we took him back in and she was spot on. She was able to get exactly what we wanted in a FAST turn around. Pricing was much better than men’s warehouse where we originally started off at. This will now be my go to for any suit or tuxedo needs. The shop is truly a hidden gem and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking suit and tux needs.
