It's hit or miss so you may need to come multiple weekends to find what you're looking for.If you are serious about finding what you're looking for come before opening time on Saturdays. There will be a line to get into the warehouse.The people working there are pleasant and the experience, even when crowded has always been positive.
Homer Rutledge: . The staff is awesome!Cons: only open on the weekends, the line to get in gets long, but it generally moves fast. Once inside, it can be a bit chaotic.We've been here 4 or 5 times, and purchased over a dozen items.This is an outlet for customer returns, floor models, and/or discontinued items, so you never know what you are going to find. All the inventory is in very good shape, though. Some items have easily spotted minor imperfections, but most look brand new and in perfect condition to me.They are only open on the weekend, and people start to line up 30 or 40 minutes before the doors open. The line gets long, but moves a lot faster than you'd expect. Once, I was as at the end of the longest line I've seen there, and I waited about 30 minutes before I was in the door.Once you're inside, it's a bit hectic. Lots of people scrambling to look through the inventory. Once you find something you want, you flag down an employee who marks the item as sold, and gives you a tag to take to the register.The staff is fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. They do a great job managing the chaos. Without such a high quality staff, the place would be anarchy. Can't praise them enough.Once you've made a purchase, you can choose to have your items delivered

Steven: Deals can be had on quality Room & Board furniture but manage your expectations. 1st, it does take some time to get in the store when they open on Sat and also checking out takes some time. Expect to spend 90 mins to 2 hours here. 2nd, selection varies every weekend so there's a chance you won't see anything good on the day you go and all the hot deals will be gone by Sat afternoon. They do deliver and it's a flat fee no matter how many items so that is a bargain! Don't need to rent a truck and find help to move.

Tried it for many nites & it works great - I'm sleeping well. I had to get a new futon bec my old one wore out after 10 years. Calling & talking to staff at the store worked great - very helpful & I got what I wanted & needed. Buying locally is great - bec you never know what you're gonna get when you buy online.UPDATE: YEAR OR SO LATER - FEB 2024 - MY FUTON WENT BAD AFTER ABOUT 3 MONTHS! YIKES - GAVE THIS PLACE A GOOD REVIEW - NOW KNOW YOU HAVE TO WAIT TO GIVE YOUR REVIEW. Futon sags terribly in the middle - like there are 2 sides of the futon - like 2 twin futon mattresses were put together - 1 side firm - the other like a big hole develops & I can't sleep on that side - tho my cats do. I think you get the bum's rush to buy here but then bec there are no returns you're stuck with a futon that is not very good. Wish I had waited to write my review.

Tristan Klausegger: .I paid about $1,200 for a bed frame and mattress that do not require a box springs, and the bed frame is much more solidly built than the IKEA one it replaced, which had been moved one too many times.The mattress is the right combination of firm and soft, and I can tell the difference when I'm sleeping away from home. I can also say that the mattress is a higher level of quality than the IKEA one it replaced, and still feels clean and new one year later.I will also say that working with the owner was great, because he let me browse independently and answered questions as needed, and also recommended the best sellers, which worked for me.They do charge a 3% convenience fee for credit card sales, but offer a 2% discount for Bitcoin purchases, which is interesting. I decided to just pay the 3% instead of having to take out a large amount of cash.The owner delivered the frame and mattress himself during evening hours so that I didn't have to take off work, and was very helpful with carrying it up to my apartment and setting it up. I would absolutely shop here again, and if you're looking to furnish a cabin, they had a lot of great lodge style options.

That's what makes a small business the best imo and their prices are comparable to IKEA on most the futons.

I received notification as to the window for delivery. The fellows were right on time and removed my old Sleep Number quickly. I and my pup slept on the bed last night for the first. The bed is HEAVENLY!!

JL: Bought an amazing queen mattress here about 8 months ago and I've never had a bad night's sleep on it. Sadly, though, this location recently closed for whatever reason and the interior has been gutted out.
