He explained the strengths and weaknesses of all the mattresses and helped us find the perfect mattress for us. He even helped us with our one year old son who was running around playing with all the mattresses. Nathan was great, knowledgeable, and truly an expert on all things sleep related! He made the whole process easy and got us set up with everything we needed. I can't say enough about how helpful and wonderful Nathan was in helping us get our perfect bed! He also helped us get a great deal and savings. I'll definitely be coming back if I ever need a bed in the future and hopefully Nathan is still running the store!

I dont like salesman when all they have in mind is their profit and not the customers best interest. Having said that they did as they said! He knew more then I had expected and thats what a salesman should have knowledge of the product so you don't waste money and you get the best for your needs. I also advise to always go into the store so salesman are necessary. Glad you guys have a great team!

Explained my situation.They had several options for in stock items but, nothing was really what I envisioned but, knew I was running out of time.Tracy indicated they had another shipment expected right before Christmas but, could not make guarantees. Tracy contacted the vendor multiple times during the next two weeks and by some Christmas miracle the couches arrived the week of Christmas. I’m so thankful for her persistent in helping me. I will be going there for all my furniture needs going forward. So thank you Tracy and the DMP team!

Margaret Berrisford: I highly recommend the Naturepedic Minnetonka, MN store. When I walked in, I had been sleeping on a very firm mattress that made my bones ache. After laying on all the mattresses in the store and two visits, I choose a soft one to rest my tired bone. Unfortunately, what was comfortable for a 10-minute short rest, did not at all work for a whole night. Karna, the store manager, worked with me through several exchanges so I ended up the mattress that was right or me. Thank you, Karna!

I've never slept on a bed even comparable in comfort and quality.We first bought a naturepedic mattress online when we were aiming for a safe high quality bed for our baby. Later, when we struggled to find a mattress for ourselves we remembered the baby's mattress and learned naturepedic had adult options. Thankfully there was a brick and mortar store with naturepedic mattresses where we could test them out.The store itself is also excellent. Karna, the owner, is warm, open, and she is knowledgeable about organic mattresses. We spent weeks returning to this store to try beds, laying on this one and that one, with this inner latex and that. The atmosphere was always easy going and inviting. Karna also stocks very high quality organic sheets and pillows and other accessories. It's a go-to if you want high-end bedding without doing your own research. It really is a one stop shop for someone looking to get the best that can be got in a convenient and pleasant way.However, we also discovered the adult naturepedic price tag, which put the brakes on things. I know people unphased buying $4,000 mattresses that were shocked I was considering an $8,000 one. However, a steely-eyed evaluation of the ways I've spent my money in my life would rank this bed as one of the best expenditures I've made - in terms of "things", it's easily top 5 in VALUE. You spend an awful lot of time in your bed.Some people would NEVER spend that on a mattress. The rest of you know where to go.Now, they also have mattresses in the 1-2k range, and we recently came back to buy a $1,000 full size organic mattress for our son, who has now outgrown his crib. It hasn't been delivered yet so I can't add commentary on the $1k variety. This time, though, we didn't once consider another store when we knew we needed a mattress - my "mattress problem" is permanently solved.

Unfortunately, we live in a small city in Canada that does not carry any, so we chose to make a trip out of it and head to the Naturepedic Organic Mattress Gallery in Minnetonka, MN. Gina at the store was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful in helping us pick out the right mattress for us and for our budget, by sharing information and her own personal experiences. We were so impressed with the service and quality of products that we also ended up buying several other useful items. All in all it was a great experience, definitely worth the trip, and now we can rest easy knowing our little one will be using items that will not only keep him super comfortable but also physically and developmentally safe!

Heather Rieck: I returned to the store last weekend after being really impressed with my mattress shopping experience last year. I came in with a list of items I wanted to check out. The salesperson showed me the items but then showed me comparable models that he had in stock at the moment. He saved me about $1000 that I had planned to spend and got me higher quality pieces that still fit the space I needed. The whole process of shopping and purchasing is so pleasant. The staff is attentive but never pushy, always offering their best price which is often a HUGE steal. Not only that, but the “vibes” in the store are so positive. You can tell the staff has been working together a long time based on their interactions together, camaraderie, and overall jovial tone . They were efficient, helpful, and very willing to help support you in your budget. I don’t know why anyone would choose NOT to shop here. Highly recommend 15/10 stars

This is truly a place that I've used as a walking vision board for the past 6 months. They have such incredible art work and arrangements for each house in the room, as I have been homeless for the quite longer than I could have expected, it was really hard to even believe in a different future amidst my current circumstances. I could not have asked for more kindness and compassion that I've received from everyone here, wether I was peeping in the window displays late night, trying to imagine a life that I could really be supported by every item, intentionally selected to motivate me to create art, or when i walked in and sat down and tried everything so i could know what i really liked and why, without limiting myself by scarcity survival mode, these beautiful people didn't even question me, treating me like the version of me that I couldn't yet see, but I knew that this place would have exactly what I needed. It's not the material that makes a difference it's the way this store consistently has provided myself and the community with a way out of no way, hope and quality and pride of ownership, inclusion and a diverse and affordable high end store that is disability friendly, urban entrepreneurship and genuine integrity and I'm just thankful that they continue to keep their doors open and create a sense of home for everyone

An online mattress showroom, with multiple competing brands of mattresses displayed side-by-side, is still a unique sales proposition in most parts of the U.S. But, this place is way ahead of the times as this is the way people will buy mattresses in the future.

First of all, they are the one and only retailer that allows you to test out a wide range of online mattresses before making an online purchase. In order for you to make up your mind, their store offers excellent customer care that is not only limited to in-store visits but also extremely promising for after-sales services. Jessica was fantastic. She made sure my mattress was delivered to the right place and kept in touch with me until it was. Even for addresses outside of the state, the delivery took place quite quickly and earlier than anticipated. I'm quite proud of their work and would surely recommend them to others and use them myself in the future to get new mattresses.

The moment we walked in we were pleasantly welcomed. We were provided with whatever we needed in order to start to trying out the beds along with clear details on the differences as well. We were asked what type of mattress do we currently have, what do we think we’re interested in etc. We were advised to take our time and that’s what we did! My wife and I were here for at least two hours trying and got the choices down to two different ones. After some discussion we chose! We went with the Nectar Premier! The staff advised of the next steps for delivery and we were just so ecstatic! We could not wait to receive our bed! The bed showed up to our home earlier than anticipated but we’re told so it wasn’t a surprise! They unboxed the mattress and went on their way. Safe to say I slept in a few days and may have skipped the early morning gym, just so I could lay ever so comfortably! Great staff, great bed, amazing experience!
