The first time things went well, good set. Basic but good. This time I went and got the nail tech, Demi Le. She was on time, had a great discussion about color, length, and she took her time. She paid so much attention to detail, shaped and colored them exactly how I wanted. I loved it and will be back.

Lacie Petrash: Hieu Pham is my favorite nail tech here. He is gentle and kind, which means a lot to me when have Rheumatoid arthritis and my fingers aren't super bendable. I have had other nail techs just be rough with my hands and fingers leaving me super sore after a nail appointment. He listens to what I am looking for. I don't believe this nail salon is perfect by any means. But I would take a couple of flaws in my nails over someone being super rough with my hands any day. I also love their selection of dip nail colors.

Not only did Heidi squeeze me in last minute fresh off the plane but did so an hour before closing plus they were only a 7 min walk from my hotel in the heart of downtown and easy to find.They had great dipping color options and she was very kind to my husband and I and my nails lasted a long time. The color was perfect f and she had me in and out in no time. If I had time I would have returned fior a pedicure as well.Service:Dip powder

I like that she didn't weaken the nails with the dremel but instead manually buffed them.Their prices are very good.They can often accommodate walk-ins and they are focused and calm rather than hectic. Highly recommend.

Tarra Snyder: I have been coming to France Nails for almost a year, and they do such a great job each time. I usually see Ben, and she is amazing at nail art. She is so sweet and always works hard to make sure I can get the look I want. When she isn’t available, other artists at the salon do a great job too. You really can’t go wrong!Very clean environment with a great atmosphere. I love coming after work just to relax a bit.
Kera LePitre: Ruby is the best! I've been to sooo many nail techs, and she is the most gentle and precise while doing such an amazing job.Four stars because a different nail tech I used when Ruby wasn't available cut all of my fingers terribly. When I got home, one of my fingers was dripping blood 😬

Not only do you get exceptional woc-owned and run service at a very reasonable price, you get to form a relationship with the most kind and personable nail techs I have ever encountered. I came into this salon super anxious, suffering from chronic cuticle biting, and now I have stopped this habit nearly completely thanks to CaliNails. I would give them 6 stars if I could. I feel like Nonnii and Tweety are truly my friends now. They are so non-judgmental and caring, it's unbelievable that they are just my nail techs sometimes. Also, I can't tell you how many times they've fixed my nails for free, fit me into their schedule, and have just gone above and beyond to care for me and my nails. I am so sad that I moved away from Minneapolis only because I don't get to see them once every few weeks.
