I really appreciated them explaining the sanitation precautions and standards as well as walking me through each step. They were very professional and made sure to check in with me about my comfort throughout the service. Julia was very helpful in helping me work around a scheduling conflict after booking my appointment. I made an error during booking, and without them I would not have driven to the correct location! I will happily return to Nail Ninja for future pedicures and would not hesitate to recommend Nail Ninja to friends or family.

Jennilyn was so kind, and we had some great conversation.I actually made this appointment for a few days before my wedding, and I'm so glad I did. My nails looked PERFECT and the purple color we selected matched my dress exactly.I really enjoyed the salon space, too. Chloe: A reasonably priced, clean, salon and I got a pedicure that ACTUALLY did something!! So many places just rush through the cuticle/filing part of a pedicure but not here. I was a walk in and they were able to get me in right when they said they would. They take credit card but there’s a 3% fee when paying with a card so cash is definitely the way to go. All in all I would definitely recommend.

The first time things went well, good set. Basic but good. This time I went and got the nail tech, Demi Le. She was on time, had a great discussion about color, length, and she took her time. She paid so much attention to detail, shaped and colored them exactly how I wanted. I loved it and will be back.

In the off chance I’ve had to use a different nail salon because Haven was booked out too far, it just didn’t compare. I highly recommend Haven. They take their time and the level of quality shows in their work. I also LOVE their Dazzle Dri nail polish, it lasts a while and can be taken off with regular nail polish removal.
