Rorie Nakisha: had major break down. They took me early it was rescheduled for Friday at 6am. Delivery hours shut down at 2:30pm and I arrived at 1:40pm. The yard is very small but can maneuver to get my 53ft trailer you have to jackknife the truck but traffic can still move around. The dock worker was very impressed because he’s seen several drivers take 45 mins to get it but I made it in one shot. Also to get out you have to back out on to the street at an angle just to clear the tractor to swing out. This is the type of service that drivers like we work together not against each other. Thanks you guys for such a great experience.

Lee Kafkas: Super helpful people there to help you troubleshoot your problems.Service is definitely five star.The place is smaller and might not have everything you need in a hardware store, but you can get 80 to 90% of what you need. And like smaller hardware stores. They really excel at services or recommendations for a homeowner. I believe they cut glass and work on window and door screens as well.

Drew McNeill: Support your local hardware store! These guys have helped me out of several last-minute jams. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.Prices can be a little higher than big box stores, but in terms of convenience , customer service, and knowledgeable staff, this place is the best. I find myself heading over when I'm mid-project and realize that I just need one or two small things to complete it. They always have several friendly people on staff that are assertive about helping you find what you need, and often willing to give you advice on your project too if you've got questions or concerns. You can be in and out of the store in minutes too. If you're in the neighborhood, I strongly recommend checking this place out.

Pat Becker: Overall, I’ve been very happy with the Edina location. Over the years I’ve purchased paint here as well as vertical blinds for my patio door.I was a little disappointed in the installment of my blinds, the individual that came out to install them was in a big hurry and rushed through everything, That in itself wasn’t a problem, but one of the fasteners was not screwed in all the way, and is somewhat noticeable as you were coming and going out the patio door.I had these installed in January, and figured somebody would reach out following up on the installation; unfortunately, there was no follow up.

SP Harlan-Marks: After a very disappointing experience with a national flooring store, I was encouraged by a friend to contact a local business, Unique Wood Floors in Bloomington, MN. My friend said she had a very positive experience with the company and was pleased with the personalized service she received and the quality of the cork flooring. I am so happy that I took her advice. Christian, the sales advisor, was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, was thorough in sharing his expertise & knowledge about the product I was purchasing, and helpful, encouraging me to make a selection which best suited my needs. The company had the flooring on-site and Christian loaded it into my car for me. He encouraged me to contact him with any questions which might arise during installation. When I called with a question for my installer, a different store associate took the time to speak with the vice president of the company to confirm the accuracy of his answer, which was related to the underlayment. I have been thoroughly impressed by the staff & product at Unique Wood Floor. My only regret is that I didn't know about this business earlier.

Bruce Ulrich: Christian was very helpful in choosing flooring for my whole house renovation.I chose their City Crave Glasgow. Their delivery crew was helpful, placing the boxes in several different areas of the house, so it was convenient for installation. I found this flooring to be much higher quality than what I've purchased from other companies in the past. Average board length is longer, with a good mix of lengths and coloration, and very few cosmetic flaws. I will definitely work with Unique Wood Floors again.

He was impressed by the flooring options and customer support offered at Unique Wood Floors. Several years later, when we decided to replace our worn carpet and vinyl flooring with wood flooring, we went to Unique Wood Floors. We found suggestions from the staff very helpful. We decided on a French oak UV-oiled solid engineered flooring that has a beautiful variation in color. Unique Wood Floors did the installation carefully, with attention to detail. Jim did the measuring and came by to check on the installation. He was readily available in person and by phone to answer our questions.The new oak flooring updated our modest house into a beautiful home. I enjoy the floor every day! The flooring opened and lightened our house. With its subtle color variation, it looks great with our pre-existing oak woodwork and window trim. Five and a half years after it was installed, we continue receiving compliments from friends, family, and even from contractors who have come into our home to do other work.Wood flooring was a big investment for us. We are so happy we did it. It is important to us to maintain the flooring to preserve its beauty and value. We are grateful that Unique Wood Floors continues to support their customers well after the flooring is installed. In the years since installation, Christian, Andrew, and Winston have all fielded our questions and guided us in care and maintenance. They also advised us on how to protect the flooring during a recent kitchen remodel. We highly recommend Unique Wood Floors!
