The showroom demo kitchens were helpful in visualizing design options for my own kitchen, and they’ll also show you different wood finishes, colors, handles, knobs, countertops etc. The initial 3D design rendering is super helpful for really getting a feel for your new kitchen. Highly recommend the showroom and Puustelli kitchens to anyone building or remodeling their home or apartment.

It's hit or miss so you may need to come multiple weekends to find what you're looking for.If you are serious about finding what you're looking for come before opening time on Saturdays. There will be a line to get into the warehouse.The people working there are pleasant and the experience, even when crowded has always been positive.
Homer Rutledge: . The staff is awesome!Cons: only open on the weekends, the line to get in gets long, but it generally moves fast. Once inside, it can be a bit chaotic.We've been here 4 or 5 times, and purchased over a dozen items.This is an outlet for customer returns, floor models, and/or discontinued items, so you never know what you are going to find. All the inventory is in very good shape, though. Some items have easily spotted minor imperfections, but most look brand new and in perfect condition to me.They are only open on the weekend, and people start to line up 30 or 40 minutes before the doors open. The line gets long, but moves a lot faster than you'd expect. Once, I was as at the end of the longest line I've seen there, and I waited about 30 minutes before I was in the door.Once you're inside, it's a bit hectic. Lots of people scrambling to look through the inventory. Once you find something you want, you flag down an employee who marks the item as sold, and gives you a tag to take to the register.The staff is fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. They do a great job managing the chaos. Without such a high quality staff, the place would be anarchy. Can't praise them enough.Once you've made a purchase, you can choose to have your items delivered

Steven: Deals can be had on quality Room & Board furniture but manage your expectations. 1st, it does take some time to get in the store when they open on Sat and also checking out takes some time. Expect to spend 90 mins to 2 hours here. 2nd, selection varies every weekend so there's a chance you won't see anything good on the day you go and all the hot deals will be gone by Sat afternoon. They do deliver and it's a flat fee no matter how many items so that is a bargain! Don't need to rent a truck and find help to move.

Carla Addison: We did the Edina loop and looked through almost all the shops for furniture. Maya at Crate and Barrel was so helpful and friendly as we shopped with our baby. We found several pieces we loved and for the most part quality seemed to be great. Thank you Maya for making our shopping experience fun and easy and sorry about the baby dropping puffs at the end. I didn't get a chance to thank you at the end as you snuck off. Seriously considering several pieces from here!

We had to go out because we had to go somewhere but came back to this place because I wanted to get the beautiful aroma of the 2 lotion, 1 diffuser and 2 counter top cleaner that I could get not get enough which my Bf got for me and the checkout ladies had a great smile and were friendly!!! Thank you so much for making us have a great experience whenever we come here!!

Caroline D: , and when I got home 20 min later to meet them at my door after the warehouse called me, they had already left with my dresser despite the warehouse telling them to wait for me! So the shipping coordinator had to track them down. It was a mess.I will continue to shop with CB2 but will prefer to buy floor pieces or pieces that are definitely in-stock at the local warehouse. I just don't trust CB2 on the corporate side of things right now but, the MSP store location is great!

She was on top of every step and did a fabulous job coordinating what needed to happen next. Vitaliy proved to be a master craftsman in his work on installing the cabinetry. He was great to work with and very responsive to any adjustments needed. Riley Frasch: My wife and I have contacted Studio M for a number of different areas in our home, starting with our kitchen when we first built in 2018. Since we had such a great experience, we asked for their suggestions and design expertise when we finished off our basement area which included a bathroom as well as a bar and living area. Danielle Lardani, Maggie Kasner, and Carly Loobek were incredibly helpful and insightful in our design. When we met with Danielle for initial bar designs, she gave us a few options, but blew us away with the final design which we fell in love with. Maggie and Carly then helped us select the rest of our finishings and paint colors for the remaining areas and everything looks amazing. The basement is everyone's favorite area and a major point of conversation whenever we have company over. I would highly recommend visiting Studio M for all of your home remodel and design needs, you will not be disappointed!

The kitchen could not accommodate our family of five and did not have a pantry/dishwasher/full size fridge/ or full size oven. With limited space we felt stuck. However, as we worked with Bre, she was able to see so much potential and completely transformed our kitchen! One of the drawers broke during assembly and the lady working at the customer service counter, Kiki, was incredible at helping me out! She went out of her way to ensure I got all the replacement parts I needed! She was incredibly patient and worked incredibly hard to help me out. I even saw her answer something her coworker was was asking during the process without missing a beat! Get this lady a promotion!
Wren: plushie, and it was absolutely the most comfortable plushie I ever had. Whenever I have the need to stop by and get some new household amenities and furniture, I'll make sure to stop by IKEA. One thing to make sure is to pay with a card, as you're going to be waiting awhile for a cashier if you need to pay with cash.

This was the 4th furniture store I stopped at today.The furniture is well made, you can feel the quality and difference compared to the other stores. The style of it is exactly what I’ve been looking for. The furniture was mostly really comfortable. The knowledge of the staff is unmatched, they’ll go out of their way to help you.My only complaint is the price for the furniture. But I don’t think it’s overpriced, all their stuff seems to be made really well. You get what you pay for and this is definitely not cheap pressed wood like many other stores have.

m ever: We met Dimitri and literally found him on the internet. He was at our house the next day and we liked him right away! He looked at our space and had great suggestions! We hired him after seeing his amazing shop and meeting his people. Our cabinets were installed less than 10 days later and they were beautiful! We were thrilled so we had him do our back hall/mudroom. He had those built ins done and installed about 2 weeks later. Everything he does is precise and he is very talented indeed. He upgraded parts of both projects for us at no charge and then he also remade glass doors for a bar area we were not replacing and redid my kitchen cabinet to allow for trash containers. His installers were great, ontime and true craftsmen. Dimitri is easy to get ahold of and always available to answer questions. His thinks of his work as "works of art" and they truly are that. We would recommend him with 100 stars if we could. We also talked to 2 other clients before we hired Dimitri and they both also raved about him and his work! It is hard to find a carpenter/cabinet maker today that is under 75 years old and we have found a treasure!
Jim Swigart: Design- When we spoke about what we wanted, Dmitry helped us explore options and his recommendation of the slab style with the black sides was right on. We were a little nervous, but trusted his judgement after she showed us samples and images. The results were perfectly aligned to our look and personality. The install was a few years ago and now we are seeing similar cabinets on renovation shows!2

Mary Hearne: We used Elegance Custom Cabinetry for a large kitchen cabinet and to add 3 drawers that would match the 7 year old custom maple stained cabinets that were currently in the kitchen. The drawers are side by side to another set of original drawers and are a completely perfect match in both stain, finish, fit and style. Dmitry worked with us to draft a preliminary design for the cabinet that matched our vision and to meet our needs for a coffee and beverage station. He is experienced and offered excellent ideas that we hadn't thought of. He sent his plans for final approval prior to starting the work and he made a one change that we requested.The cabinet has a durable and perfect painted finish and it looks like a high end piece of furniture. All the inside and exterior are of high quality finishes. The drawers and doors are slow close with easy operation and construction is of perfect workmanship. His install team was also skilled and careful. I would not hesitate to work with him again.

park prin: I first walked into the IDC during the height of the pandemic and said I needed to furnish a newly purchased townhome, that I knew what I wanted but that I intensely dislike shopping. During the following months Dawn and Denise could not have been more helpful. They not only heard what I was saying, they listened. My time was never wasted and I was never pressured but was shown items in keeping with what I had said I needed and wanted. I do not live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area so considerable communication took place by phone and email with Dawn always keeping Denise current as related to items under consideration and decisions made while Denise did the same with Dawn. Not once was there even the slightest miscommunication. When we learned due to the pandemic the factory in Finland had stopped making dining tables and chairs Denise contacted someone at the factory to ask if they could please make the one table and 4 chairs I wanted from stock on hand AND THEY DID!!! I was grateful beyond words to think she had done this and that those at the factory had agreed. Three times Kevin and Rick delivered items to my home and each time I was impressed by their work habits. Kevin is extremely skilled/talented and a strong leader and I appreciated how he appropriately mentored Rick relating to why things were being done as they were. Every piece was placed exactly where I wanted and I know had I not been happy they'd have moved them. Whether ordered from Finland or Norway or bought off the floor, I could not be more pleased with the quality of the many pieces from the IDC and as important, could not be happier with the experience I had working with Dawn, Denise, Kevin and Rick. They were exceptional.

The whole experience from the time I found it and made the first phone call to driving off was professional and outstanding. I would highly recommend them. I also bought the art and some decor to make sure it fit in the room I was putting it in.

Deena Fulton: I live on the East Coast and saw a shelving unit I wanted that was listed at a discounted rate on the website. I called to make sure the product was still in stock and to get an estimated shipping time, and the customer service rep let me know that they only had one left in stock and that it was the floor sample. They went and checked on it and told me it was damaged and they'd rather not sell it given the damage. So in the end I didn't purchase from this store, but I'm really grateful they were honest about the condition of the piece. Without their customer service, I would've just ordered the piece and it would've either been such a pain to deal with an interstate furniture return or such a disappointment to have a damaged piece.
Spencer Strand: I purchased a new home in the Milwaukee area and furnished my entire kitchen with International Design Center teak products. From the dining table, chairs, sideboard and hutch to counter stools it is all quality brand new products. A lot of teak I have found is used, so getting it new from IDC is what I wanted and at a fair price point. The delivery was simple. I paid for white glove and didn't have to lift a finger. I recommend going that route out of state. I had a couple questions once I received the product about treatment and Mark from their warehouse team was very helpful. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for teak furniture.
