Phillip Conley Jr: The staff here are all stars. They gave me so much in my time of visit. Although they didn't have my size in the shoes I was looking for, they worked to give me valuable info to serve the rest of my trip. AMAZING! I enjoy our interactions and they also allowed me to look around and take in the space without feeling rushed or smothered. Staff were getting things done although they were completing tasks. The shoe selection here is out of this world. It's a hidden gem. I pride myself on wearing shoes I don't see many people wear, and I find a lot of rare footwear here. When you visit, let me know what your thoughts are. I'll return off the pure fact that the staff were so friendly.
Carla Semple: Everytime I go in here, whether my son is with me or not, I get excellent service. That says alot in today's age where kids don't want to work. These kids all work together, are friendly to customers and other staff. They seem genuinely pleased and eager to help you. I am more than happy to stop in this store whenever my son asks.

Scot Herbst: These folks really know there stuff, I made a trip from California to get custom fitted for alpine touring equipment, they had gear I simple couldn’t find in-store anywhere out west and I wasn’t comfortable committing to performance ski gear online. Hence the trip to MN, Pierce did not disappoint. Expert fitter Dave scanned me and custom ground my boot profile, Bart and his team pulled my skis and bindings and mounted, tuned and set everything up seamlesslessly. Super professional, passionate, I learned a ton just going through the experience with them. Can not recommend enough. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

Cole Blodgett: Had the best, most comprehensive boot fitting I’ve ever received today with Kurt. He put his hands on my feet and sleuthed out where my unique fit problems reside. The scanning technology removed all guess work and provided detailed measurables about my foot, ankle and calf which guided the boot fitting process in tandem with his personal expertise. He cut no corners, had me try on several pairs of boots, and asked me questions that decisively guided us to the final boot selection. The fitting process did not end with boot selection however, Kurt continued to fine tune my fit and after a short 30 minutes of labor on his behalf, I left with shells that had been custom punched out appropriately to comfortably accommodate my foot. Excellent experience all around, thank you Kurt.For balance, I’m a late 20’s advanced skier who’s been through 3 pairs of boots in 4 years and have struggled mightily with fit issues my whole life. I ski roughly 15-20 days each winter, mostly out west.

Kelly J: Incredible experience at this amazing indoor skate park! My child is a beginner so of course we signed up for a private lesson to ensure he received the one on one instruction he needed. Doing research beforehand to make sure I signed him up for the appropriate class that met his skill level. What a wonderful option to select a group or private session to get the most out of our time and money. Packages, time options and instructor choice also fantastic flexibility with scheduling. We cannot wait to come back.

Lauren Stacy: I know nothing about hockey, I’ve never even seen a game before! I just wanted to say the staff / management is beyond friendly. I went into labor while in the neighborhood and they kindly let me and my husband use their bathroom. I didn’t mention I was in labor, but they were just beyond kind and understanding. If my baby grows up to like hockey I know where I’m shopping!

The gentleman working today were extremely sweet to both myself and my son, very knowledgeable and very welcoming. They took the time to include my son in the process so that it was all about him! Loved the experience and the prices are awesome! We signed up for the membership and will be doing all of our hockey shopping here!
frank neudorff: The salesperson listened to my 8yr old explain how his feet hurt with his current skates, measured him for fit and tried on multiple pairs of skates and insoles until my son’s feet no longer hurt.The best part was that the skates we purchased were not the most expensive pair because he cared more about my son’s comfort than selling top dollar items!Fantastic work, we will be back for sure!
