These programs empower youth to hone their leadership and decision-making skills, adopt healthier and more active lifestyles, pursue their academic interests in the science, technology, engineering or math (STEM) fields and much more. Most importantly, these afterschool and summer programs use culturally responsive, research-based curriculum that supports youths’ voices and empowers them to lead, be resilient and thrive.

YWCA is the gym for every body. With a YWCA fitness membership, you can take advantage of all three of our state-of-the-art fitness facilities and achieve optimal wellness in a supportive and welcoming environment. These locations offer exciting amenities to make working out more fun and enticing, including swimming pools, running/walking tracks, basketball courts, fitness studios and more. We also offer a variety of premium services, such as personal training and small group training.

"We are very pleased with the management and swim instructors at Foss Swim School. My toddler can be a handful yet the instructor kept her focused and on task. We chose the once a week group lesson for the entire summer, but other options are available. Parents can sit and observe their swimmers right by the pool or in the large, air conditioned lobby. Begin or continue your swimmer’s journey on the Swim Path at your local Foss Swim School. Our program ingrains water safety instincts and muscle memory that your child will use immediately, and for life.

Tuition may be paid in full or via installment payments. Installment payments are only available on once-a-week classes.

Swim when it makes sense for your family and your schedule. Sessions offered by quarter, not on-going.
