Antonia Dingman: I have been meeting on Zoom with Lori for almost 3 years. She creates a personalized exercise routine for me each week. Lori watches my form, takes into account my goals, knows my strengths and weaknesses and most recently is helping me mentally power through an injury. I am much more consistent with my exercising because of her!

Allyson Hart: Declan is a truly skilled trainer. I have some arthritis and old injuries that have flared in the past when I have tried to work out, and Declan has been so skilled in making sure I we are making progress without exacerbating those. SO impressed.

It’s just by the Greenway bike path and has excellent bike parking out front.It could use a bit more external signage, the door just has a stylized “CK”. The photo shows where to enter.

Kirk DeWindt Personal Training: what do users think?

Ryan Hudson: I'm currently one of the online athletes that work with Kirk. I started working with him about a year ago now, and he has completely changed my view on what I'm capable of achieving. Within one year of working with Kirk, I went from a 4-5 mile long run to a 15-18 mile long run, 3 mile recovery to 8 miles, and a half marathon being the longest I have ever done to completing 57 mile ultra. Not to mention the countless PR's I have set and broken throughout the year, and being on the age group podium 3 out of my 4 races this year. Incase I haven't made it clear yet, working with Kirk will get you results.

When I first started training, Kirk and I had a consultation where he really got to know me, my workout history, and my current diet. I had hit a plateau in my workout goals and Kirk was able to help me push past that and really exceeded my expectations. He really pushes everybody to be their best in and out of the gym and is great at holding you accountable with weekly check-ins. Not only is Kirk great as a trainer, he is simply a great person who really cares about you and your lifestyle. You can easily tell that he wants you to be happy and healthy while having a plan that is maintainable... none of these fad or extreme diets like other trainers are recommending. Another plus of Kirk's training was the fact that I met some really wonderful people in my morning group training sessions, I always looked forward to seeing everybody at my workouts!

He offers as much or as little as you desire outside of just the physical training in forms of extra stretching or workout recommendations, meal planning, etc. Kirk also does a great job ramping the difficulty up or down for of any of the exercises depending on your current fitness level.I 100% would recommend his services for anyone looking for some personal training at any level.

He did a fantastic job with programming & periodization that catered specifically to my race season and set me up for success. Madeline Moore: Chad will get you to your goals, period. Training with him, you’ll get a highly personalized plan that he designs and adjusts for each individual. A lot of trainers and gyms give the same workouts to every client, but I’ve never felt like I’ve gotten that from Chad. He listens, adjusts and keeps a level of focus when he’s with me that I’ve just not found elsewhere. I’ve been training with him for almost a year and I’m stronger than I ever thought possible for my body type. He’s also helped me work through areas of chronic pain to build strength and pliability that has reduced pain and helped me with functionality in other life settings. Chad is motivating, non-judgmental, and committed to his clients. I couldn’t recommend him more!

He pushes me to be my better self , holds me accountable and teaches me the ins and outs and the science behind what I’m doing. He is honest and realistic with me while still being kind. He helps me to put my health as more of a priority and the benefit is not only physical but mental as well. Very grateful for my willingness for persistence and for Chad’s guidance and knowledge along the way.

M: I have tried to join a gym and start a work out routine more times than I can count, each time I do I lose motivation and end up wasting money. I’ve tried personal trainers in the past but nothing really clicked. Then I saw Chad working with some clients and got curious. Let me say that I have never in my life felt more motivated and seen more results till I started working with Chad. He is extremely meticulous and so in tune with the body. I swear this man has x-ray vision. I say that because he is so fine tuned that even if I apply pressure to my feet the wrong way, he will see it and correct it. Chad l led the body and can guide you through work outs in a way that you hit muscles you didn’t even know you have. I got my friend to join and she has suffered with a really bad shoulder, because of that she’s been scared to work out. He’s been formulating a work out plan that is going to solve her issues by creating strength where she lost it from trying to baby her shoulder. She’s seen every specialist for this and this is the first time she is actually seeing her shoulder heal. Of all the trainers I have ever had, Chad is by far the best. The results I’m seeing in my body are things I have never ever seen. Not only am I seeing results but I know if I continue to work with him, I am going to get better results than I ever dreamed of. I need someone who holds me accountable and he does that so effortlessly. Chad is not just doing this as a job, he is truly committed to his craft. You can tell that with each person he trains, he is there 100% of the way with you. I’m such a fan of his work that I’ve been raving about him and his work to everyone I meet. I believe in his skills so much that I’m getting all my friends to join with him. I can’t say enough good things about his work and him as a person. I hope to train with him for a long time. If you’re even thinking about getting a trainer, set up a consultation with him and you will see right away how incredible he is. Nathan LaLiberte: Before I trained with Chad I had NO experience with personal training, let alone lifting at a gym. However, after a bad neck injury, that would not heal, I was forced to look for creative ways to recover. One of my friends recommended Chad Bodhi and honestly it was an answer to prayer. Chad was able to pinpoint, within our first session, the muscle groups that were not working properly and gave me exercises to strengthen them. Within a couple of weeks of training with him my neck issues vanished, and my posture and overall feeling of health was unexpectedly improved. I quickly signed up with him for more sessions and the overall results of my training with him was beyond my expectations. If you're used to PT's that talk to you the whole time about your day and take breaks, this isn't the guy. He wants your time with him to be focused on getting fit and STRONG! Don't get me wrong. Timothy Foley: Locally owned gym. Ownership treats the trainers and clients like family. If you want to work with someone that will put custom effort into your fitness plan I’d definitely recommend checking this place out.

This is Super nice if you want some flexibility. It comes in handy when normal gyms would be closed. I was able to work out on Christmas Day. I worked super late one day and was able to get my session in at 10:00pm.One possible con:Not a lot of Machines:If you need Machines this may not be the gym for you. They have some but not as many as say the YMCA or Lifetime. But I would still recommend talking with the owner as he may be able to recommend alternatives. In general, I find free weights to be more beneficial, so this is actually more of a plus to me. They do have some so definitely check whether or not they have what you need, because after working out here, I don’t want to work out anywhere else. I would sacrifice a fair bit to be here as opposed to a commercial gym.

Aj gallegos: Great gym, phenomenal equipment and the complete opposite of a typical commercial gym.Honestly, this is the best gym that I’ve gone too in my experience at gyms. The crowd here is very friendly and the gym is seldom packed during the times I go. They have a large selection of dumbbells and a ton of high quality lifting plates. Hours are flexible and there are regular crew members who clean all the equipment and ensure the gym is clean which is very nice to see especially during these times.

It will change your life!The workouts are fantastic and different every day. The trainers are the best! They will challenge you and help you to perfect your form. I signed up for a 12 week challenge at the beginning of the year and have already lost 40 pounds and 10% body fat! The workouts are fun and are only 30 minutes, so you can hardly say you have no time for them. All the trainers and staff are incredible, and they really motivate you to push yourself a little harder than you would on your own. I'm hooked! You have to come check it out.

Kristen Grubb: One of the first things Jon, the co-owner, said upon meeting me at my new member orientation was if I came 5 days a week, I would see results. Kate Dudgeon: Bodies and Burgoon is a fantastic gym! Jason is such a knowledgeable, caring, and fun trainer. I learned so much about how train and care for my body from him. Jason works with you one-on-one to understand and help you meet you fitness goals. The gym has every device/tool you could imagine and space is clean and welcoming. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking to jumpstart their fitness routine and make some serious progress towards their fitness goals.

But if you do, they’ll be very excited to answer your questions and send you home with things to do. These people are absolute nerds about fitness. The staff’s engagement with the latest science means the programs and approaches are always evolving. As a client I really appreciate that. It keeps things interesting, yes, but also their willingness to accept new findings and adjust is big a marker of success in my book. I feel like it could be so easy to get complacent in how you train, but that’s never been the case here. By nature of showing up anywhere consistently for six years I’ve gotten to know so many people in the small group trainings, as familiar to me as my coworkers. So many friendships and networks established, it’s helped me feel connected to my community. When I notice new clients training when I’m in, I’m really stoked for them that they will get to experience this, too!

Studio ME Fitness: what do users think?

Brittany: I’ve been going to Studio ME for about a year and it has been great! The coaches meet you where you’re at and give you the support you need to keep motivated. If you have an injury, they have an in house physical therapist and can work the PT movements into your personal training sessions - which has been a game changer for me. The gym has great energy and the founder Megan and the staff do a fantastic job at creating an inviting space where you feel like you belong.

Prior to finding StudioMe, I bounced around a few places, but never found a place that made me comfortable and interested in continuing to work out.The class programming is smart – the coaches work together to develop classes that are purposeful and enjoyable.Edit 4/15/2024:I recently had a few physical therapy sessions from Dr. Bailey. I was struggling with chronic muscle tightness in my neck from sitting too much for my job. After 2 sessions, I'm feeling significantly better. She listened to my concerns, gave me some exercises to do at home and provided treatment in the office. She also worked with my coach to adjust my training to incorporate exercises specific to my treatment plan. I benefited greatly by having my PT and coaches under one roof. I highly recommend Dr. Bailey.

Joe Song: I joined Studio ME about six months ago and I love the bootcamp class I'm in. I'd never regularly gone to group fitness classes before and I'm so glad I started. The class is the same small group of people every time and I've gotten to know everyone's name, and vice versa. All the Studio ME coaches know my name even if I haven't worked directly with them. It is so friendly! I'm getting a great workout, too. I feel stronger even after this short time.I have also worked with the on-site physical therapist, Dr. Bailey, who has helped me enormously! I had impingement in my shoulder and she gave me a custom program to work on it. After each appointment, she would program the exact exercises in an app, which really helped me keep with it. Now, my shoulder movement pain is gone!

The coaches are well trained, and the gym is very clean and well maintained.They also have a full time physical therapist on staff. I suffered a shoulder injury from a fall on the ice last winter and Dr. Bailey worked with the fitness coaches to build a rehab program for my shoulder. She also taught me at-home stretches to do, and used dry needling to get my shoulder back to 100%. Michelle Chaput: I went to Fitness Together with a special they were offering a couple months ago and I've been way behind getting this review posted. First I want to start with the owner of the studios John. I emailed him as I wasn't sure with my Rheumatoid Arthritis if it might be too much on my body. He offered me a a complementary session so I can find out and check it out and see exactly how great it was. He explained that everything is individualized one on one and personalized specifically to your abilities and goals. Well John was right. From the moment I walked into the studio, I was impressed. The waiting area in case your early has two very comfortable chairs in addition to two treadmills that I later found out are there for your use anytime if you are a customer of Fitness together. I was told a lot of clients come in a half hour early just to get on the treadmill and warm themselves up or to maybe finish it off at the end of their workout. I was so please with my complimentary session that I signed on for more. There are a number of different personal trainers and I got a chance to work with three different ones to start. The owner recommends trying them out to see if one is a better fit for you than another. I will say they were all wonderful in their own way. Each trainer gives you a completely different workout but yet still reached all the different muscles that you were trying to achieve. I liked working with different trainers to keep it fresh and the facilities are too notch. It's low impact so you might not think you're getting such a great work out but the day after will remind you how many muscles you used. Sore, but feeling good! Unlike other places that overdue it and you can walk for days. The trainers her are highly knowledgeable and work within your capabilities! In addition that have all these different programs you can tie into your training such as 6-month progression chart, personal cardiovascular 6-week exercise chart, nutritional programming, and genetic programs just to name a few. If you're looking to get healthy, sharpen your mind or just get strength training to be able to do the things you love in life, I highly recommend checking out Fitness Together or FT as members call it. Being able to work with trainers one on one without gawking gym goers is something to be excited about in itself. Check it out, you won't be disappointed. They offer specials throughout the year so be sure to inquire.

Michael Miller: So, here is the thing, I had been working out before going to Success, but I was doing the same things I learned in high school. Three sets of ten, three times a week, leg day, arms and chest, and back and shoulders. Rinse repeat.Results were...not good. In fact, I gave up during COVID. When I nearly reached 240 pounds, something had to change. Going to Success Fitness was that change. Alex and the team taught me HOW to work out. We worked on diet to make simple changes that led to big differences. We focused the workouts differently, working not only on strength, but flexibility, balance, and lateral movement. It didn't even take 6 months to drop to 215, and actually start getting muscle definition. Plus, at my physical, my testosterone levels actually went up!The crazy thing is, this was accomplished going two or three times a week for 45 minutes per time. And...no cardio! All I do is walk my dog every day in addition to the workouts. For me, the investment of two hours and fifteen minutes per week was completely worth it. As humans, we are worth that. Success Fitness made this time effective and efficient.Here is the last thing I will tell you. If you have kids, keeping yourself in good enough shape to keep up with them is the greatest reward in the world. Let's be honest, none of us are going to be The Rock, but I got myself into good enough shape to play in an 18+ baseball league with my son. I am 20 years older than most of the guys on the team, but I hit nearly .300 this year, all because Success Fitness gave me the tools to be the best version of me I can be.Don't we all owe ourselves AT LEAST that?

Cari Sturgill: My nutrition coach Hunter C. helped me with my weight loss journey and better health in early July 2023. He listened to my concerns, preferences and goals. He created a plan, to include foods and supplements that he felt would best serve my needs. A meal plan was established and followed very closely. The supplements he recommends target my vitamin and mineral needs and my meals are generous and tasty, but I continue to lose the weight! I have a long journey ahead; however, I have already shed more than 30 pounds in the short time I’ve been working with Hunter. He is focused on what my body needs nutritionally. By doing this, I already feel and look much better. The weight loss is bonus for me. What Hunter has helped me accomplish for my health is priceless!

Derek H: I did not expect to buy a gym membership here. Jason, the GM, he was well-spoken, compassionate, and genuine. I've been to a lot of gyms and signed up with a lot of people, but he made an impact on me. He wants to help you meet your goals and push you out of your comfort zone. I never felt pressured during the entire conversation. The gym is hand cleaned top to bottom by Jason. Have you ever heard of a GM cleaning their store by hand before? Jason takes his job seriously. It's never packed, and I feel like my goals, no matter how small, are recognized. I work at the Kim Nybo State Farm a few doors down, so it's a perfect location for me before work.

Adrianne Peterman: Had a great experiences at this gym! I am so excited to start going regularly. Jason the manager is really caring and passionate about this place and getting you to your goals not just physically but mentally.

Hly V Yang: All these bad reviews must have not met the new manager they just hired. He's got lots of tattoos. I was nervous at first, intimidated, but he was a super genuine guy and really made sure I understood what I was paying for. All these people who say they were "trapped" clearly didn't take time to read the fine print or ASK QUESTIONS! So far the new manager has been super friendly and nice and willing to work with your budget. Don't ask questions then you get bad results. Duh? ALSO if you look at some of the profiles who are leaving bad reviews.. almost ALL of their reviews are just bad reviews bashing companies.. seems suspicious if you ask me.. maybe those bad reviewers need to get off their high horse..

arch0049: Making a new review after being a member for about a year. Still say five stars. The only knocks on this place I can think of are the parking situation and some of the members. It is in a densely populated urban area, the lot fills and parking is sparse from 330p-630p. There are many oddball members. None of them make the gym feel unsafe, they are just annoying. But back to the great parts of the gym, plenty of space, every piece of equipment you should expect from a 24 hour gym, new manager is just as great as long time manager that recently left, tons of classes, staff and cleaning contractor do a great job keeping it neat, and easy access from the freeway or on public transit and they have rearranged some equipment and added a deadlift platform in last few weeks. Place is still amazing, maybe even better than when I joined.

Michi Prigge: Jason runs a great training program and gym. He takes the time to get to know your individual goals and supports you through the entire process. Very much recommend this establishment
