Tastesspicy: Before starting at MTS I had been a member at another gym. I hated that the machines were always in use, and it was only machines. It was tough to do another workout on your own.I found MTS and though I was petrified of a class base workout I decided to give it a try.I started 3 plus years ago and have never looked back! It will change your life!The workouts are fantastic and different every day. The trainers are the best! They will challenge you and help you to perfect your form. And the best thing about this gym...is the people you work out with along side you! They will power you through your workout and will encourage you. This is truly a family type atmosphere.

Ever since i started the first thing i noticed was how the coaches interact with the clients.They are so friendly and encouraging and truly want to see people succeed.They cared enough about me to not only know my name, but my history of injuries, past gym experiences as well as my fitness/nutrition goals.I started a challenge with them and have been seeing awesome results thus far. Terah Ramaekers: If you want results, you have to try Minneapolis Fit Body Boot Camp! I signed up for a 12 week challenge at the beginning of the year and have already lost 40 pounds and 10% body fat! The workouts are fun and are only 30 minutes, so you can hardly say you have no time for them. All the trainers and staff are incredible, and they really motivate you to push yourself a little harder than you would on your own. I'm hooked! You have to come check it out.

The trainers motivate you to push yourself and give the very best you can both in and outside the gym. They're also always willing to talk to you regarding workouts, nutrition counseling, and any problem areas you might be facing. I've seen a lot of improvements over the past 6 months both with weight and body fat loss as well as gaining strength and endurance. However, I think it's the supportive environment of the gym and the fact that everyone makes the effort to get to know you, that sets FBBC apart from any big name gym experiences I've had in the past.

Jon Severson: My wife and I did the 6 week transformation and it proved to be worth every single second.The workouts are different every time and you are held accountable for the goals you make which was something we needed. I learned so much about diet as well! Their formula works! If you are looking for results, this is your place. Jon, Justin, Sofia, Amanda, and Tony make this place rock!

Kristen Grubb: One of the first things Jon, the co-owner, said upon meeting me at my new member orientation was if I came 5 days a week, I would see results. I've been a member for almost a year, and he was right - it's amazing the results I've seen! I had been working out for a few years at a big box gym but hadn't seen a lot of changes. Not only have I lost weight and inches at Fit Body - I'm so much stronger than I've ever been and have greatly increased my endurance. The 30 minute workouts are different every day so I never get bored. The trainers and other staff are knowledgable, motivational and provide you with as much accountability as you need. This is one of the most expensive bootcamp in the twin cities but it honestly is worth it. I will be back in the future.Thanks for the great experience.

Kenny Lasser: The trainers are friendly, encouraging, and efficient.They make a point to personally greet new members they do not recognize which makes for a welcoming environment. The trainers I have worked with so far have been excellent at gauging where my weight maximums are, detecting when I am approaching a point of failure, noticing when I am slipping into improper form, and helping to push through the most difficult final few reps in a set. There is a impressively smooth flow, even when there are a lot of people in the location, of moving from machine to machine without having to pause for too long a period of time. Its clear that they have tight planning going on behind the scenes to finish each visit in the advertised time range.

Daniel Sampson: I have been a client for over 5 years now. Simply put, these workouts work! Twice a week, 30 minutes with a personal trainer. The focus is on scientifically proven resistance training. The monitor your progress as you go so you get feedback to realize your goals. Great trainers and easy scheduling.

Brittany: I’ve been going to Studio ME for about a year and it has been great! The coaches meet you where you’re at and give you the support you need to keep motivated. If you have an injury, they have an in house physical therapist and can work the PT movements into your personal training sessions - which has been a game changer for me. The gym has great energy and the founder Megan and the staff do a fantastic job at creating an inviting space where you feel like you belong.

Amanda Brown: . The coaches are caring and develop a personal relationship to understand your needs. The community is also fantastic -- it's motivating to know you'll show up and see your workout buddies for each class.

Prior to finding StudioMe, I bounced around a few places, but never found a place that made me comfortable and interested in continuing to work out.The class programming is smart – the coaches work together to develop classes that are purposeful and enjoyable.Edit 4/15/2024:I recently had a few physical therapy sessions from Dr. Bailey. I was struggling with chronic muscle tightness in my neck from sitting too much for my job. After 2 sessions, I'm feeling significantly better. She listened to my concerns, gave me some exercises to do at home and provided treatment in the office. She also worked with my coach to adjust my training to incorporate exercises specific to my treatment plan. I benefited greatly by having my PT and coaches under one roof. I highly recommend Dr. Bailey.

Mike Newbauer: I booked a physical therapy appointment for knee pain that just wasn’t going away. Dr. Bailey was very attentive to my needs and listened to all my concerns. She spent a full hour with me, performing assessments and identifying the root cause then took the time to explain what was going on and made sure I understood the exercises and what to expect in my treatment plan.I will be having a follow up with Dr Bailey to continue my recovery. She is very knowledgeable in her field and made me feel very comfortable.

I joined Studio Me about 5 months ago after not working out consistently for a year and a half and lacking motivation to consistently use my apartment’s gym. I knew that I needed accountability from a coach/class and a routine to keep showing up in the ways that I wanted and that led me to joining Studio Me.The workouts at Studio Me are well planned and effective! Joe Song: I joined Studio ME about six months ago and I love the bootcamp class I'm in. I'd never regularly gone to group fitness classes before and I'm so glad I started. The class is the same small group of people every time and I've gotten to know everyone's name, and vice versa. All the Studio ME coaches know my name even if I haven't worked directly with them. It is so friendly! I'm getting a great workout, too. I feel stronger even after this short time.I have also worked with the on-site physical therapist, Dr. Bailey, who has helped me enormously! I had impingement in my shoulder and she gave me a custom program to work on it. After each appointment, she would program the exact exercises in an app, which really helped me keep with it. Now, my shoulder movement pain is gone!

Tyler Cooper: I have been coming to Studio ME Fitness for almost 10 years. There simply isn't a better place to get strong and healthy in Minneapolis. The coaches are well trained, and the gym is very clean and well maintained.They also have a full time physical therapist on staff. I suffered a shoulder injury from a fall on the ice last winter and Dr. Bailey worked with the fitness coaches to build a rehab program for my shoulder. She also taught me at-home stretches to do, and used dry needling to get my shoulder back to 100%. I go to Studio ME to get strong and hopefully help prevent injuries, but when they do happen, it sure is nice to have Dr. Bailey to help get me back on track.If you are looking for a place to get strong and healthy, a place that welcomes everyone, a place that is run by smart people who believe in science, and a place with a wonderful community...then look no further than Studio ME Fitness.

Kyle H: Wonderful gym! The trainers are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, attentive, and helpful. The people are incredibly nice, accepting, and supportive of a variety of body types and ability levels.The classes offer a great variety with lots of timeslots. There are also daily "recesses" where you can do whatever you'd like outside of a class.They're incredibly LGBTQIA+ accepting. I've always felt welcomed.

Katherine Shane: strength classes, etc. Incredibly body positve, to the degree that i have never heard any staff ever initiate a conversation about weightloss or muscle building unless someone asked first. Even then, its hardly ever mentioned. I have always felt welcome safe and included as short, wide, queer, late 50s woman with injury restrictions. It's one of the only places where I can say things like 'l am a power lifter' and no one looks at me like I am nuts, or 'oh that's so cute she thinks she can lift things' or like I am some super role model. I am just an athlete like anyone else.

Coaches will find a way for you to start or continue your fitness journey2. Quality programming and coaching - I would routinely injure myself at my old gym. I juries are rare at Solcana because I'm taught how to do things the right way and programmed in a way that I don't hurt my back or strain my shoulder.3. LGBTQ and BIPOC centered - Solcana does their best to be a welcoming community for all and centers people who are typically marginalized. Derek H: I did not expect to buy a gym membership here. Jason, the GM, he was well-spoken, compassionate, and genuine. I've been to a lot of gyms and signed up with a lot of people, but he made an impact on me. He wants to help you meet your goals and push you out of your comfort zone. I never felt pressured during the entire conversation. The gym is hand cleaned top to bottom by Jason. Have you ever heard of a GM cleaning their store by hand before? Jason takes his job seriously. It's never packed, and I feel like my goals, no matter how small, are recognized. I work at the Kim Nybo State Farm a few doors down, so it's a perfect location for me before work.

Adrianne Peterman: Had a great experiences at this gym! I am so excited to start going regularly. Jason the manager is really caring and passionate about this place and getting you to your goals not just physically but mentally.

I was nervous at first, intimidated, but he was a super genuine guy and really made sure I understood what I was paying for. All these people who say they were "trapped" clearly didn't take time to read the fine print or ASK QUESTIONS! So far the new manager has been super friendly and nice and willing to work with your budget. Don't ask questions then you get bad results. Duh? ALSO if you look at some of the profiles who are leaving bad reviews.. almost ALL of their reviews are just bad reviews bashing companies.. seems suspicious if you ask me.. maybe those bad reviewers need to get off their high horse..

arch0049: Making a new review after being a member for about a year. Still say five stars. The only knocks on this place I can think of are the parking situation and some of the members. It is in a densely populated urban area, the lot fills and parking is sparse from 330p-630p. There are many oddball members. None of them make the gym feel unsafe, they are just annoying. But back to the great parts of the gym, plenty of space, every piece of equipment you should expect from a 24 hour gym, new manager is just as great as long time manager that recently left, tons of classes, staff and cleaning contractor do a great job keeping it neat, and easy access from the freeway or on public transit and they have rearranged some equipment and added a deadlift platform in last few weeks. Place is still amazing, maybe even better than when I joined.

Kate Dudgeon: Bodies and Burgoon is a fantastic gym! Jason is such a knowledgeable, caring, and fun trainer. I learned so much about how train and care for my body from him. Jason works with you one-on-one to understand and help you meet you fitness goals. The gym has every device/tool you could imagine and space is clean and welcoming. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking to jumpstart their fitness routine and make some serious progress towards their fitness goals.

Ryan Hudson: I'm currently one of the online athletes that work with Kirk. I started working with him about a year ago now, and he has completely changed my view on what I'm capable of achieving. Within one year of working with Kirk, I went from a 4-5 mile long run to a 15-18 mile long run, 3 mile recovery to 8 miles, and a half marathon being the longest I have ever done to completing 57 mile ultra. Not to mention the countless PR's I have set and broken throughout the year, and being on the age group podium 3 out of my 4 races this year. Incase I haven't made it clear yet, working with Kirk will get you results.

Kiley: I would highly recommend Kirk and his personal training. He is very motivated in helping his clients reach their goals in the gym and he ensures that it is a realistic approach. When I first started training, Kirk and I had a consultation where he really got to know me, my workout history, and my current diet. I had hit a plateau in my workout goals and Kirk was able to help me push past that and really exceeded my expectations. He really pushes everybody to be their best in and out of the gym and is great at holding you accountable with weekly check-ins. Not only is Kirk great as a trainer, he is simply a great person who really cares about you and your lifestyle. You can easily tell that he wants you to be happy and healthy while having a plan that is maintainable... none of these fad or extreme diets like other trainers are recommending. Another plus of Kirk's training was the fact that I met some really wonderful people in my morning group training sessions, I always looked forward to seeing everybody at my workouts!

Fro Plamondon: Kirk is a very knowledgeable and experienced trainer. He offers as much or as little as you desire outside of just the physical training in forms of extra stretching or workout recommendations, meal planning, etc. Kirk also does a great job ramping the difficulty up or down for of any of the exercises depending on your current fitness level.I 100% would recommend his services for anyone looking for some personal training at any level.

Lacey Bourgois: I had the pleasure of training with Kirk during the Spartan National Series last year. He did a fantastic job with programming & periodization that catered specifically to my race season and set me up for success. I often struggle with following a structured training plan, but Kirk was really flexible and offered smart alternatives when needed. I would definitely recommend him as a coach to anyone out there looking for a running or OCR coach, as well as personal training!

Amy Hager: Dynamic impingement due to multidirectional laxity, left shoulder. For months I did the required PT exercises, I put in the work. After months I was still in pain. They decided to schedule me for surgery. I was not happy with this decision. The PT place I was at was always packed, people are rushed through, I never felt heard. I felt there was more that I could be doing. I just didn’t know what. I decided to get in contact with Jonathan Watters. I explained the situation and he gave me a few simple exercises to do. Within two months I noticed less and less pain. I still went to my pre op appointment, the surgeon was asking me questions, asked me to show him some movements, which I did no problem. He then told me that he has no idea what has happened in the past two months, but he is not at all comfortable with going through with the surgery. Music to my ears!Jonathan is experienced, knowledgeable with years of real research and holds you accountable. He is truly dedicated to making lives better. You will be told not only what to do and how to do it, but also the WHY it works. Which I think is really lacking in so many programs. Thank you Jonathan for helping me avoid the scalpel!

Daniel Feidt: Jonathan is the best. He listens. He has more than 20 years experience. And he can coach people of all abilities. I’m 72 years old male and had a single lung transplant patient. Because of prescribed steroids I’ve lost so much muscle mass that just getting up the stairs was difficult. Meeting in weekly virtual sessions Jonathan organized a series of sitting and standing exercises, gradually increasing the reps and sets as I became stronger. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
