Hampton Inn & Suites Minneapolis/Downtown: what do users think?

Jason Lewis: This place is perfect for catching any event in the downtown area. The staff even let me pay for the parking at the front desk. As I knew when I was leaving they took my payment and gave me tickets to get out of the parking garage. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Needless to say every time I'm in town to catch a Twins game I will be staying there.Rooms: Rooms are super clean and niceNearby activities: There is a lot to do all around this hotelSafety: Felt safe. I was not worried about staying there.Walkability: This hotel was within walking distance to Target Field. It was nice that they had skywalks to and from the hotel. Even though we walked outside on the street.Food & drinks: There were tons of food places everywhere. The hotel front desk even gave us a list of places and times they opened. Every helpful.

Alexi Wells: Loved the convenience of staying here for our visit and attendance of a concert. We tried using the digital room key feature but it was touch and go. It only worked sometimes and we ended up getting locked in the elevator which resulted in us requesting physical room keys.Rooms: Our room had a unique layout but that made it so the TV was really far from the bed. It could tilt toward a chair but both my husband and I wanted to watch.Nearby activities: Target center and field are connected by the sky walk which I'm sure includes many other activities. Many bars close bySafety: Room key is required for most doors and elevatorsWalkability: The skyway connects much of downtown as well as the hotel.

E Mendoza: , you can use the skywalk

Donald Mansmann: , Target Field

Erin Turner: and the serving area was spacious so it never got crowded. Our king room was very clean, and the bed was soo comfortable. We were celebrating our anniversary and they left us a sweet gift and handwritten card in our room. Highly recommend for a stay in the area!

Chris (Christopher): ,

Tabitha Little: . It was Thanksgiving but came up for my sons birthday. He tried so hard to let me know a place I could get food since everything was closed.Later in the night I went down to the store and was telling Cynthia

Anna Vincent: This stay was beyond excellent; made that way by the extremely genial staff. The location was perfect for our needs also. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only small thing that was a negative is that non of the USB ports were operable. That was easily solved by bringing in our own chargers for our devices. I can't wait to go back in the nicer weather to try out the rooftop bar.

Gina Masterson: Every employee I encountered seemed to really enjoy working there. This doesn't always happen! The front desk was super willing to stop and help when they noticed any hesitation near the desk. The woman working F&B every morning was always smiling and seemed to really want for everyone to have a great day. LOVED THE LAUNDRY ROOM AMENITY! The room was clean and well thought out. 5 minute walk to campus - perfect for me in every way

Gina Ostrand: Efficient and friendly checkin, clean in all spaces including rooms.Location close to stadium and within walking distance to a Fresh Thyme if you need anything. Breakfast kept clean and fresh and all day coffee bar open was convenient.Nearby activities: Withing walking distance to Football stadium, also easy to reach other activities and restaurants associated with U of Minn.

Matthew Barkman: We did reserve two roomsWe had one room was 2 bedOther roomWas a suites it was one roomSuites with king size bed and pull out coachWe got there at 930 pm we did leave at 9.00 amThe whole hotel was very cleanThe front desk not overly friendly at night and morningThe breakfast was goodThey had waffle they had whipping cream and fruit sauceThey had biscuits and gravyHot egg and hot meatNo hashbrowns and they had no fruit cupsThe coffee was very good they had fresh fruits, banana and appleThe could refilled the coffee quicker and the food quicker at breakfast the orange juice could have tasted betterThe room we’re very comfortable and beds are very comfortable. The pillows are very comfortable. The rooms are very clean. We did not use the pool and we don’t use hot tub and we don’t use the exercise we were only there for for one night everything seems newly renovated I do like walk in showerThey do have shuttle to the mall and to the airport we do not use it . We did have a carWe did the booking last min we called an afternoon That eveningThe front desk could’ve been a bit more friendlierThe breakfast roomWas good sizeEverything seem very clean

Richard Butler: The front desk person was professional, friendly and shared some great information.Rooms: My room was clean and spacious.

Jeromy Prosser: We have stayed here twice. We like to stay here before an early morning flight out due to the proximity to the airport. The rooms have always been very clean and in good condition. The staff is always super polite and friendly as well. If I had any single complaint it would be that the pull out beds need to be refreshed, they say and buckle quite easily. This hotel also gets bonus points for going the extra mile. When we stayed here last my daughter forgot her stuffed friend in the room. We didn't notice until we were already on a flight out. After calling the desk they sent someone up to the room to search for it. They found it and kept it safe for her until our return! We greatly appreciate going the extra step for our daughter!

Roslyn Walhovd: Hampton Inn is always awesome when it comes to traveling with pets. They made us feel welcome and we had a great stay. Room was big, clean, and quiet. They also went above and beyond when I forgot my wedding ring in the room after checkout and helped me find it and save it for me at the front desk. Front desk staff is amazing! Thank you!

Craig Sharpe: Very quiet comfortable stay people were super friendly and knowledgeable about the areaRooms: Spacious and clean neat and tudyNearby activities: Mallnof America is in walking dustanceSafety: Safe environment for adults and children and petsFood & drinks: Food and drinks delicious and plentiful

J A: Nice place to stay. We did the park sleep fly. Which I highly recommend.front desk Service was great. Walking distance to places to eat. Has a pool. Reminders of your ride to airport almost constant. Which the calls n texts are nice but not hours prior to. It wakes u up at night with calls or texts. Nice they sent an uber due to the shuttle driver calling in sick.Rooms: Nice n cleanNearby activities: Gas station n local area to eat n have drinksWalkability: Less than 50 feetFood & drinks: Good food

Scott Bensen: I was just there for a background check. The lady doing them is very nice.Location: 4/5 …

Gilberto Salazar: A very well located hotel near the malls and the airportRooms: They are very clean and with the necessary services.Noteworthy details: The tranquility you feel

Richard B.: I stayed in a single king room on the first floor. My room was clean. It appeared to recently updated. The bed was comfortable. The room temperature maintained exact comfort throughout the night. The bathroom was spotless with plenty of shampoo, soaps and body lotion available. The tv was big enough for the room with 30-40 channels for viewing. A small desk, mini fridge and coffee maker were available in the room. The morning breakfast buffet had plenty of choices for all ages. I did not see any fresh fruit, though. Coffee, lemonade and water were complimentary 24 hours. Other snacks and food items were available for purchase.Amenities on hand included a swimming pool, fitness room, washer/dryer, computer with internet & hotel shuttle.Nice hotel, just off 35E with plenty of restaurants/businesses nearby. Ample lighted parking on-site. Using the digital key off the Hilton app worked very well too.

Vanessa: . Not the hotel’s fault and it could’ve been due to staying on first floor. All in all, this was a great place to stay. I’ll definitely come again and recommend it to others.

Scott Pechacek: Went to a concert at the Xcel Energy Center. It was an easy, short drive between the two venues.Rooms were very nice, CLEAN, and spacious.Didn't try their breakfast.Their workout room was very limited and the equipment was in poor condition.

West and Sons.L.L.C: Ms Panda is amazing I will definitely be considering coming back she is the best front service person I ever experienced she was polite respectful caring you couldn’t ask for a better more respectful attitude she has thanks so much for your serviceRooms: Great

tburt50: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The public spaces and rooms were clean and modern. The room was much nicer than I was anticipating. I especially appreciated the quiet room because I didn’t hear a thing during the 2 days I stayed here. The hotel is a few blocks from the Mississippi and directly across the street from the Excel Energy Center. It was so nice to attend a Wild game and not have to worry about traffic. I took no longer than 2 minutes to walk there. I’m definitely going to stay here again if I ever get a chance to return to the Twin Cities.

Lindsey Charbonneau: Stayed for proximity to Xcel Energy Arena. Valet workers were extremely friendly and helpful.Nearby activities: Minnesota Wild hockey

Jennifer Herdman: The staff was very friendly and accommodating! I had to leave later than check out time and they held my bags for me and let me leave my car in valet parking hours after checkout at no extra fee. The hotel and room were nice and clean. I was confused on how to park when I arrived as there was only a valet parking zone in front of the building, but a simple call to the front desk cleared that up. I will definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

John Kopp: Very nice place and friendly employees

Tobias Hogan: Perfect location for me. Great service staff! I stay here multiple weeks per month for work travel. The staff is top notch!Walkability: Close to restaurants

Amanda Nelson: Just stayed here one night and there were tons of families with teens for state hockey. Not only were the teens super respectful, we didn't hear them at all during the night. Our room was perfectly clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with many choices. The staff was kind and patient. The location was awesome for an event out and shopping the next day. My only tiny compliant was that the pillows were way too soft, but then again, I could have probably requested a former one. We will definitely stay there again.

Joy Pandya: Rooms: Clean rooms with comfortable beds.Nearby activities: Downtown Minneapolis and the mall of America is only ~15 minutes away. So there are plenty of things to do at a very short driving distance.Safety: The hotel is in a safe area, rooms have double locks.Walkability: Not good. You will need a car to do anything or to go anywhere.Noteworthy details: The hotel does not have a hottub, only a couple water pool.

Ricky Ou: Thank you for letting me and my family spend a wonderful day here. Very clean! Breakfast is also perfect.

Gabrielle Moran: This property was clean and felt updated. The room was spacious enough for two people and their luggage. A silly thing I loved was they actually had a normal sized comforter. Usually most hotels have a flimsy blanket type comforter but this hotel had a thicker one that felt like something you’d actually use at home. I loved the walk in shower, personally not a tub fan. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast, but they offered a grab and go as well so you could grab a water and muffin and some other options if you were in a hurry. Loved that touch! Only a short drive to things like the Mall of America and the venue for a concert we attended while their. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I can for sure say I’ll stay again!

Terry Young: Overall - good quality version of the Hampton brand with one glaring issue of poor management.Located in the midst of every mid- to upscale shopping/restaurant/services establishment imaginable. Terrific area. But I happened to have three shirts I needed to have dry cleaned. I put them in the hotel-provided plastic bag and took them by the front desk this morning. I asked what the turnaround time would be.I got a 5 minute explanation / apology / excuse why they haven't been able to provide laundry service at this location for two years. Two years. Someone isn't doesn't their job well here.

Ryan Denny: was excellent! It had just recently been remodeled, so it even smelled new.Walking distance to several places such as Famous Dave's, Best Buy, and Chuck E Cheese. The breakfast was really good, but the eating area isn't very big, and even smaller when all the tables are full of people just talking, but that's a people thing.

Hezekiah Fuzzytail: Hotel is going through some upgrades and are painting at this moment...

Caroline Gutgsell: Despite the construction on the first floor, our stay was phenomenal! Love the updates on the third and fourth floors. Breakfast was hit or miss. The hard boiled eggs were a great go-to on miss days.Rooms: We stayed on the fourth floor. Gorgeous rooms!Nearby activities: The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes are right by the hotel! Plenty of other places to shop as well. It’s about 30 minutes away from the Mall of America. Great option for people who don’t want to stay in the middle of the big cities.

Michael Sullivan: Rooms: Our room was incredibly clean and seemed brand new. In fact, the hotel seemed like it was brand new. Very clean!Safety: Felt very safe and appreciated the proximity to Hwy 610.Food & drinks: Breakfast was very good! Cheese omelets, bacon, and lots of other foods.

Ijahman Waller: Felt “home-y”. Phenomenal staff after hours, felt safe and comfortable. Staff were accommodating and very down to earth beings. Jasmine Tucker: Absolutely love this place!🙏🏻❤️Staff is wonderful, and very nice. They allow pets which is amazing, and staff is always happy to meet our dog 🐶The rooms are clean, spacey and the beds are comfortable!!😃Breakfast was fast and warm, even when they had a full house. Kept up with all the people who wanted breakfast, cleared out a couple times but was quickly replaced with hot & fresh food!😌Not interested in hotel breakfast?Pancake house is literally a walk away, and that’s amazing because who doesn’t love the greatest breakfast place ever!😍😍All doors lock and you’re safe in the building, no worry about anybody randomly coming in!Rooms: Clean, spacey and comfy beds.Safety: All doors lock!Walkability: Pancake house right across the street and gas station near.Food & drinks: They have snacks available for a small fee.

eric everson: Pretty nice hotel from the outside. I've never actually been inside, but hey, it's a Hilton. I was just driving by it to turn around and Google asked for a review. So, here ya go!Location: 5/5 …

Czech Mate: Very nice place. It was 8 degree outside and the lobby was toasty warm...very nice breakfast in the lobby on a cold day. Staff is very friendly. Keep it up!

Sidney McCrary: The service was excellent, but the room could’ve been cleaner. Not horrible, but a little dusty.

Heidi Wormley: Thank you, Anthony for another great stay at your hotel our team enjoys your staff, and always the friendly smiles that we get when we travel down to play in tournaments👍Rooms: Very clean and well-maintained

From front desk, breakfast crew, and housekeepers all spoke with a smile! The manager even came around at breakfast to welcome us and see how things were. Highly recommend .Thanks to Morgan, Marie and Lucas!Noteworthy details: Staff very friendly!

Robin Liner: We stayed in this hotel for a week. Every I teraction we had with staff was pleasant. The breakfast was nice and changed daily. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.Rooms: The room was spacious and clean.

Paul Briggs: Hotel highlights Great value

Christina Ryan: We booked a block of rooms for my daughter's wedding. Diane Merker was our contact and she was so great to work with. She set up everything we needed and assisted in answering all my questions and requests. Everything worked so well for our large group - the rooms, pool, party room and complimentary breakfast made the stay very comfortable. The hotel is in great shape and the staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle service worked great between the hotel and The Wilds and the driver was really nice. I would recommend the Hampton Inn Shakopee to anyone needing a room block for an event.

Kurt S: This property checked all the boxes.I had a great stay, enhanced by the great staff!Everybody I spoke to was warm welcoming, and genuinely cared that I was a guest at their property. The room was great - well appointed, clean, good lighting. The shower was hot, the towels were soft... soap, shampoo, & conditioner were all supplies right in dispenser...Breakfast was typical Hilton offerings. Coffee was hot around the clock!I used and enjoyed the well stocked fitness center, and everything was organized and working!I will use this Hampton Inn on my next visit to the Shakopee area!Walkability: The immediate area is flat and very walkable.Just down the street there is about 2miles of paved path around some water and wet lands. If you scan a map, it can even connect you to shopping & more dining options.

Gaonue Xiong: Great customer service.

Jasmine Tucker: Been staying here for about a week, the rooms are decent, beds are comfy, food is good and the staff is what glues this place together. The comment below that Tim had stated is a BIT dramatic. There isn’t dust, the ladies clean the rooms every morning. I walk down for breakfast and they clean every morning when you check out. I walk past the doors and they smell perfect of cleaning products. The high school basketball team was loud, yes, but to ask 1 girl to do something about 40 people is insane. Ask the parents! The breakfast is fine every morning, wake up a little earlier and you’ll get what you need. Expecting to have food after 40-60 teenage male basketball players come through is just insane. The staff is amazing, nice and feel like family.Don’t let one bad comment ruin your night here, it’s a cozy place.Rooms: Comfy beds, soft pillows and good blankets.Hot shower water.

Denis Kirk: was there to assist because we were already gone and again just went above and beyond anything we were expecting. To the entire staff, THANK YOU so much for ALL of your help. We are truly grateful and thankful for all your help and support. The interaction with this team made a very difficult situation just a little bit easier. Thank you and God bless your team!

Ron Shepard: . My show soap dispenser was empty the whole stay. I could not get any replacement towels

Samantha Gerland: The front desk attendant was very nice, our room was clean and had black out curtains and the breakfast was very tasty. I don’t think there was a fridge or microwave, but we didn’t need one. I would definitely go back.Rooms: Clean, no fridge or microwave, large flat screen tv

Northern Hyperblast: The rooms were neat and clean. You can tell most of the hotel seems new, and has been maintained well. Great location if you need to be close to the U of M Fairview Medical Centers.I forgot my jacket in the closet on checkout day and the staff saved it for me with everything left in the pockets. I am extremely grateful for the hotel staff's commitment to selflessness and greatly appreciate being able to get all of my belongings back. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Olivia Wing: I loved the secure parking! I didn't worry about my car the entire trip and that was very important. Also, the location was exactly where we needed to be. 5 stars for secure parking and location. The linens were really rough and scratchy. The room was small and starting to show some wear. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. The pillows went flat immediately. There was only decaf coffee in the room. All the vending machines have been removed from the property. The pantry downstairs was bare. The restaurant/bar was closed. Breakfast was $18. It was a little bit of a food desert and we had to order in but would have preferred not to. All of the staff were attentive and the housekeepers greeted us in the halls. The halls are also showing wear. This hotel needs some TLC and food options. Also, this hotel put $180 hold on my card at check-in; that was fine--I agreed to that. But, then they pre-authed my card for another $155 card. Eventually the $155 turned to a charge but the other $180 pre-authed stayed on my card from Feb 22nd to March 1st. I was glad that I put the room on a separate card but it doesn't seem like a good business practice to tie up funds for a hotel that caters to the medical community.Safety: Secure parking is available

Gerald Bellin: The Hotel and staff were great. Parking was a little on the steep side though. Overall a nice place to stay and super clean!

Ashi: This hotel is very clean and updated. Not only that, but the warm and welcoming customer service experienced during check-in is consistent with what I've experienced at Hilton Hotels. They have a nice pool area with a hot tub, I regret not bringing my swimsuit! If I come back to this area, I will definitely stay again!Rooms: Very clean and well kept

Pat McFadden II: Poor parking

Lazaro Rupp: . A non-disclosure agreement keeps me from telling you if I won the $10,000 prize, but let's just say that next time I am in town, I'm probably staying in the discarded needle suite at the "Bed Bug Inn".PROS.SERVICE. Check-in is at four, but the guy was gracious enough to let me get into a room around 2:30pm, not exercising his right to make me wait.

Helen Hamer: Definitely enjoyed this hotel..very clean my room was awesome, enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub I would definitely be going back.Rooms: Very nice and very clean with wonderful window view.

Jamie Schulz: We rented a room for the night so the kids could swim. They had a super fun time. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, as was the breakfast crew. The lobby was clean. However, the rooms were very warn, and the pull out couch was very dirty, especially the mattress. We made it work by using the comforter over the mattress and then the sheet, but rooms could be updated.

Hannah: .The staff was super friendly, and breakfast was great. Each day, we had some different selection of the warm part of the breakfast.I will definitely be back :

Elizabeth H: Pros- really friendly front desk employee, easy check in, room was nice a clean. I very much enjoy the quality soap offered in pump bottles instead of the typical cheaper mini bottles most hotels offer.Pool, and hot tub available with also the option of breakfastCons- beds a little hard but my husband and I slept just fine with no issues, and a little dated but not a big deal.Thank you for the awesome stay!Rooms: Comfy pillows and a nice walk in shower availableNearby activities: Shopping availableFood & drinks: Free breakfast

Jessica Java: My sister and I stayed a couple nights here. The people were amazing, polite, and always had a smile and a hello. The food from the bar and grille was awesome and very delicious and the men working in the kitchen and the front were all amazing themselves. Great service and hospitality...would definitely recommend you to anyone

Tanner Whiteford: Great location and wonderful staff. The bar tender Dante, has made my stay even more enjoyable and his level of professionalism is his roll was unmatched. I will stay here from now on when I come back.Rooms: Very comfortable bed and quiet room on the edge of the city.Food & drinks: Wonderful bar staff

Dawn Schwinghammer: The partnership that Hilton has with Abbott Hospital for patients and their families is priceless. Our experience was flawless which was greatly appreciated during my husbands surgery.Desk staff were patient supportive and friendly. The valet staff hands down are invaluable! Shuttling worried families back and forth to the hospital gave us peace of mind. The restaurant staff were friendly and also patient ...great food! Our room was clean and comfortable. Nothing negative, but suggested: better pillows, and breakfast starting at 6am.Nearby activities: Shuttling to Abbott

Jack Lee: Stayed here while in town on a business trip and overall had a great experience. Lots of restaurants and other places within walking distance. It’s also easy to get on the highway from this hotel which was a plus because I had to drive out of downtown Minneapolis. Service was great and got free breakfast vouchers too! I’d stay here again if needed!

Hampton Inn & Suites Rogers: what do users think?

Christina Smersh: Hampton Inn and Suites staff are amazing, friendly, and very helpful. I appreciate you all making our stay more pleasant. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The laundry room, gym, pool, hot tub, patio and other amenities made our stay even better. The ponds nearby created a nice ambiance with the frogs, birds, and rabbits. It is conveniently located next to 101, 94, and South Diamond Lake Rd. Rogers theatre pictured above is within walking distance. As well as many great restaurants such as China Kitchen, Short or Tall, Maynard's, Denny's, and other fast food options.

Nicole Janas: Great hotel!! Super accommodating staff working here at the front desk as well as the housekeeping staff. Cleanest, most well stocked breakfast area I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. The breakfast attendant, Therese was always restocking food, cleaning, wiping down tables and refilling things. It looked the same at 8am as it did at 6am when I went down for coffee. Phenomenal job! Great hotel.Rooms: Room was clean.Food & drinks: The cleanest appearing breakfast area I’ve encountered at a hotel. Everything was so well stocked and fresh. The area was clean. The breakfast attendant, Therese, was hard at work wiping down counters and tables, restocking and refilling breakfast items.

Thomas McGowan: Nice hotel in a good part of town. Lots of food nearby. The rooms were clean. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was served starting at 6 am every morning and was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had. Was some kids in the hallways visiting for sports tournaments that were being loud but was still able to sleep/work with little distraction. Quiet other than that.

David Taylor: Clean and courteous and a fair price for the location.

Molly Jones: Great place. Great service. There is a very nice, fenced patio area, with a grill and gas fire. The hot tub & a glass of wine felt fabulous after a travel day.Outstanding customer service! We went to the recommended restaurant, which was just down the block.Rooms: Clean, comfortable. High quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion pump bottles.Comfortable for 2 people. 3+ will start to feel cramped. You don't need a charging block. There are USB charging ports, wall by the bed & 2 on the alarm clock , and at the desk.Nearby activities: Downtown is within walking distance.Safety: Low key area. We felt safe walking to the restaurant in the dark. Well lit. Low traffic area. Secure patio & doors except the front door.Walkability: -Walking distance to many restaurants-brewery down the block has Delicious burgers & salads.Food & drinks: High quality, as always.Return user.

Tyf Roberts: Great experience! Best continental breakfast we've had in a while. Room was spacious & clean. I appreciate the quality & that they don't use the single use shampoo bottles. Funny that they have they do for the coffee creamer tho. Showers have good water pressure and shower heads. Only complaint is that the hot tub jets are messed up & instead of feeling good, they just splash you.

Hampton Inn & Suites St. Paul Oakdale/Woodbury: what do users think?

Linda Yang: Stayed here 2 nights and overall was good! Room was clean, sheets/pillows smell clean. One thing I did not enjoy was Sunday morning all these crazy kids running down the hall but this was not the hotel's fault and couldn't have done anything differently. Breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast so don't expect the world. Good location. Look forward to staying here again.

Lucy Lueth: I only stayed overnight for the holidays but the staff was very nice and the room was good for the price!

S K: Beautiful.

Lisa Stoner: Rooms: We had a very spacious suite at a very reasonable price. So clean and the beds were so comfortable.Food & drinks: Wonderful breakfast that was very delicious.
