Many people were interested in signing up, but being very sick is also very expensive, so the program didn't fill. Instead of giving up on the idea of helping people in need, they held a fundraiser that raised enough money for 5+ scholarships for people to attend this program. Minneapolis is lucky to have a business like TwinTown!

Kelly Roseann: Solid gym with an EXCELLENT staff. A tad smaller than usual Anytime Fitness gyms but that doesn't change much. In fact it feels less crowded than other gyms. Overall great vibes from the gym and the people who workout here!

Helen Pang: Best HIIT gym in Minnesota! Been coming here since they opened in 2017 and I never get bored. The workouts are consistent and challenging, allow you to modify to your body’s needs as well. The space is spotless with complimentary sweat towels, bath towels and products. Safe space for people of all walks of life and age range.

The people are incredibly nice, accepting, and supportive of a variety of body types and ability levels.The classes offer a great variety with lots of timeslots. There are also daily "recesses" where you can do whatever you'd like outside of a class.They're incredibly LGBTQIA+ accepting. I've always felt welcomed.

Katherine Shane: strength classes, etc. Incredibly body positve, to the degree that i have never heard any staff ever initiate a conversation about weightloss or muscle building unless someone asked first. Even then, its hardly ever mentioned. I have always felt welcome safe and included as short, wide, queer, late 50s woman with injury restrictions. It's one of the only places where I can say things like 'l am a power lifter' and no one looks at me like I am nuts, or 'oh that's so cute she thinks she can lift things' or like I am some super role model. I am just an athlete like anyone else.

I juries are rare at Solcana because I'm taught how to do things the right way and programmed in a way that I don't hurt my back or strain my shoulder.3. LGBTQ and BIPOC centered - Solcana does their best to be a welcoming community for all and centers people who are typically marginalized. Joshua Shields: Apparently I just finished my 15th session! I’be been having so much fun working out I didn’t realize I’d sweat through that many. While I have my favorites, being uber competitive, I love the variety each workout brings. Ironically, I’m even starting to not mind burpees as much. A few of the other movements, while great, are a lot harder! If you find yourself thinking, maybe I should get in shape or just find an outlet to let off steam I highly recommend checking it out. Marc is great about demonstrating each and the other members are great!

I've been to a lot of gyms and signed up with a lot of people, but he made an impact on me. He wants to help you meet your goals and push you out of your comfort zone. I never felt pressured during the entire conversation. The gym is hand cleaned top to bottom by Jason. Have you ever heard of a GM cleaning their store by hand before? Jason takes his job seriously. It's never packed, and I feel like my goals, no matter how small, are recognized. I work at the Kim Nybo State Farm a few doors down, so it's a perfect location for me before work.

Hly V Yang: All these bad reviews must have not met the new manager they just hired. He's got lots of tattoos. I was nervous at first, intimidated, but he was a super genuine guy and really made sure I understood what I was paying for. All these people who say they were "trapped" clearly didn't take time to read the fine print or ASK QUESTIONS! So far the new manager has been super friendly and nice and willing to work with your budget. Don't ask questions then you get bad results. Duh? ALSO if you look at some of the profiles who are leaving bad reviews.. almost ALL of their reviews are just bad reviews bashing companies.. seems suspicious if you ask me.. maybe those bad reviewers need to get off their high horse..

arch0049: Making a new review after being a member for about a year. Still say five stars. The only knocks on this place I can think of are the parking situation and some of the members. It is in a densely populated urban area, the lot fills and parking is sparse from 330p-630p. There are many oddball members. None of them make the gym feel unsafe, they are just annoying. But back to the great parts of the gym, plenty of space, every piece of equipment you should expect from a 24 hour gym, new manager is just as great as long time manager that recently left, tons of classes, staff and cleaning contractor do a great job keeping it neat, and easy access from the freeway or on public transit and they have rearranged some equipment and added a deadlift platform in last few weeks. Place is still amazing, maybe even better than when I joined.

People are helpful and dedicated to bettering their health.Besides the people here, the equipment is amazing. It is all well loved and cared for. People actually wipe down the equipment when they are done with it. The staff makes sure everything is in working order and do very frequent deep cleans of the space. They have everything you could need here. Cardio machines, free weights, machines, dynamic movement equipment, ropes, tires, sledgehammers, and crossfit racks. Everything you could need to get and stay fit is located inside the doors of Lions.This place feels like home. People care for you and want to see you succeed. Here you are not just another monthly payment, you will be valued and cared for like the closest of friends. Do yourself a favor and get to Lions as soon as you can.

It will change your life!The workouts are fantastic and different every day. The trainers are the best! They will challenge you and help you to perfect your form. And the best thing about this gym...is the people you work out with along side you! They will power you through your workout and will encourage you. This is truly a family type atmosphere.

I signed up for a 12 week challenge at the beginning of the year and have already lost 40 pounds and 10% body fat! The workouts are fun and are only 30 minutes, so you can hardly say you have no time for them. All the trainers and staff are incredible, and they really motivate you to push yourself a little harder than you would on your own. I'm hooked! You have to come check it out.

The trainers motivate you to push yourself and give the very best you can both in and outside the gym. I've seen a lot of improvements over the past 6 months both with weight and body fat loss as well as gaining strength and endurance. However, I think it's the supportive environment of the gym and the fact that everyone makes the effort to get to know you, that sets FBBC apart from any big name gym experiences I've had in the past.

Kristen Grubb: One of the first things Jon, the co-owner, said upon meeting me at my new member orientation was if I came 5 days a week, I would see results. I've been a member for almost a year, and he was right - it's amazing the results I've seen! I had been working out for a few years at a big box gym but hadn't seen a lot of changes. Not only have I lost weight and inches at Fit Body - I'm so much stronger than I've ever been and have greatly increased my endurance. The 30 minute workouts are different every day so I never get bored. The trainers and other staff are knowledgable, motivational and provide you with as much accountability as you need. I've never had a gym text me before asking if I was making it in for the evening session since they didn't see me in the morning. They help you set goals and work to help you achieve them and then go beyond. So glad I found this gym!

Win-win in my book.Pros: Music selection is great.Sessions are usually less then 15 people.A small staff that knows you.Help with nutrition.Sessions are really fast and you actually see results quickly. I was down 2.3% body in 3 weeks.Cons: Parking. All parking is street parking. If you come for the 8:30am give yourself time for parking.Wish I had enough in my budget to continue after my trial. This is one of the most expensive bootcamp in the twin cities but it honestly is worth it. I will be back in the future.Thanks for the great experience.

Adam Morgan: , It still has a ton to offer. It's got free weights, cardio equipment, class offerings, a spa, and nice locker rooms. I'm able to get a well rounded workout here and have felt very welcomed ever since joining. Plus, I don't hear much grunting from guys doing lifts. So, 5 stars from me!
